Abstract

剪力板
本发明涉及一种应用在浇入套管上的剪力板。
内螺纹套管可以在浇筑过程中嵌入诸如墙板或梁这样的混凝土构件中,以在构件随后的装配中,在浇筑构件中提供固定点。为了确保套管在轴向荷载下能牢固地锚定,可以采取套管深嵌在混凝土中的办法,同时利用穿过套管内端部的横向绑定筋并且/或者利用套管的扩大底座。倘若套管离构件边缘足够远,由于套管和构件边缘之间的混凝土的内力所致,套管也可能承受巨大的剪切荷载。然而,如果套管的位置离构件边缘相对较近,就不会出现这种影响,在该情形下套管要承受朝向构件相邻边缘方向的剪切荷载,通常就不使用套管。
本发明提供一种剪力板,该剪力板应用在浇入混凝土构件中的套管的外端部,该剪力板具有与套管接合的外露部分,以及外露部分以外的倾斜部分,该倾斜部分倾斜远离混凝土构件的相邻表面,套管的外端部露出混凝土构件。
在优选实施例中,外露部分本身是基本平行于构件的所述表面延伸的板状形式。该板状部分具有一个容纳套管外端部的孔,也可以具有第二个与第一个孔纵向间隔布置的孔,以容纳第二个套管。
优选的,在倾斜部分之外,剪力板具有一对反向倾斜的腿部,这对腿部位于端部,可以提高锚固力。倾斜部分也可以选择性地设置一个或多个孔来增加锚固力。
本发明还提供一种浇注混凝土构件,该构件具有至少一个浇注其中的内螺纹套管,该套管与上述剪力板配合使用,套管靠近构件的某一边缘设置,剪力板沿着基本上垂直于该边缘的方向延伸离开该边缘。

附图描述了套用于套管上的剪力板,该剪力板处在承受剪力荷载的情形,套管位于相对靠近混凝土构件(以墙板为例)的某一边缘,并沿着与墙板的某一表面垂直的方向延伸,该表面与上述边缘垂直,这样,套管的外端部露出墙板表面外,从而套管的螺纹孔开口于该表面外。剪力板包括适于沿混凝土构件的表面平行延伸的外露部分2,套管的外端部露出该表面外。剪力板的该外露部分开孔,供套管的外端部使用。在具体实施例中,在浇注构件中需要设置两个邻近的间隔的固定点的情形下,剪力板的外露部分开设两个纵向间隔的孔4,以配合两个横向间隔设置的套管6。然而,可以理解的是,剪力板可以用于仅有一个套管的情形,相应地,剪力板的外露部分2可以只开设单个孔4以便用于单个套管。
外露部分2以外剪力板设置有向内的倾斜部分8,其倾斜方向远离构件的表面,从而增加嵌固的深度。在倾斜部分8以外,剪力板分成两个腿部10,一个向上弯曲,另一个向下弯曲,以便增加锚固力。虽然剪力板远端有两个分叉的腿部10是优选的,但是,在类似的情形中,当施加剪切荷载时,剪力板的向下倾斜部分本身足以提供要求的锚固力,腿部是可以省去的。可选地,倾斜部分可以包含一个或者多个长形孔,在浇注时混凝土穿过其中以便增加锚固力。上述孔可以通过冲切操作形成。
剪力板的外露部分2、倾斜部分8、腿部10由所需尺寸的金属坯料整体冲压/压制形成,孔4也通过相同的方法形成。
使用时,剪力板套设在一个套管6(或者一对套管)上,其中,套管6位于靠近墙板或者其它构件的边缘处,剪力板沿着垂直于该边缘的方向延伸离开该边缘,这样,剪力板就能够抵抗朝边缘方向施加于套管上的剪力荷载。
使用该剪力板可以扩大浇入套管的应用范围。仅仅作为示例,在竖立的墙结构中,在靠近墙板的竖直边缘设置一对套管,以便在墙板表面形成锚固点,其用于连接该墙板与相邻墙板的连接体系中。
上述实施例仅是作为示例来描述,在本发明的保护范围内可以做出很多变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种应用在浇入混凝土构件中的套管的外端部的剪力板,具有与套管接合的外露部分,以及在外露部分之外的倾斜部分,该倾斜部分倾斜远离混凝土构件的相邻表面,套管的外端部露出混凝土构件。
2.一种应用在浇入混凝土构件中的套管的外端部的剪力板,具有与套管接合的外露部分,以及在外露部分之外的倾斜部分,该倾斜部分倾斜远离混凝土构件的相邻表面,套管的外端部露出混凝土构件,其特征在于,外露部分是沿基本上平行于构件的所述表面延伸的板状形式,并开有容纳套管外端部的孔,以便套管垂直于外露部分延伸。
3.根据权利要求2所述的剪力板,其特征在于,外露部分具有第二个孔,所述第二个孔与第一个孔纵向间隔布置,以容纳第二套管。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一所述的剪力板,其特征在于,倾斜部分之外具有一对反向倾斜的腿部,这对腿部位于端部,为剪力板提高锚固力。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一所述的剪力板,其特征在于,倾斜部分开设至少一个供构件浇注时收纳混凝土的孔,以此增加锚固力。
6.一种具有至少一个内螺纹套管的浇注混凝土板,所述套管连接前述任一权利要求所述的剪力板,所述套管沿垂直于所述板的表面的方向延伸,并靠近所述板的边缘,所述剪力板沿着基本上垂直于边缘的方向延伸远离边缘,剪力板的外露部分沿着基本上平行于所述表面的方向延伸。
