技术领域
本发明涉及一种摩托车的保险杠,特别是弯梁摩托车的保险杠结构。
背景技术
目前弯梁车保险杠的结构多采用将下支撑安装在发动机左右缸体上,这样虽然保险杠整体刚性较强,能有效保护驾驶员腿部安全。但当车辆侧摔时,由于冲击能量较大,随着下支撑传递到发动机缸体上,造成缸体螺纹部分破裂,发动机损坏,用户维修成本极大。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足,本发明提供了一种弯梁车保险杠结构,当车辆发生侧摔时,在有效保护发动机和驾驶员腿部的同时,保险杠主体不受破坏和变形,发动机箱体螺纹不破坏,节省了维修费用。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在保险杠上安装上支承和下支撑,且下支撑与发动机的底部连接,这样就加强了保险杠整体刚性,能有效保护驾驶员腿部安全,当车辆侧摔时,冲击力随着下支撑传递到发动机的底部上,这样就不会使缸体受损。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明:
在图1、图2所示中,一种摩托车保险杠,包括保险杠主体1、上支承2、3和下支撑4,下支撑4的前端固定在保险杠主体1上,下支撑4的后端与发动机的底部连接。
下支撑4的前端通过螺栓5和抱夹6固定在保险杠主体1上;下支撑4的后端是通过螺栓与发动机的底部连接。
由于上支承为2件,左右刚性较好,再通过下支撑抱夹连接,前后刚性较好;当车辆侧摔时,通过上支承2、3和下支撑4的变形,吸收了撞击能量,在有效保护发动机和驾驶员腿部的同时,保险杠主体1不受破坏和变形,发动机箱体不会被破坏,节省了维修费用,用户只需要更换上支承2、3和下支撑4即可。

1.一种摩托车保险杠,包括保险杠主体(1)、上支承(2、3)和下支撑(4),其特征在于:所述的下支撑(4)的前端固定在保险杠主体(1)上,下支撑(4)的后端与发动机的底部连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的摩托车保险杠,其特征在于:所述的下支撑(4)的前端通过螺栓(5)和抱夹(6)固定在保险杠主体(1)上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的摩托车保险杠,其特征在于:所述的下支撑(4)的后端是通过螺栓与发动机的底部连接。
