Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种配设有能够开封以及再次密封的卡扣带的带有卡扣带的包装袋。
背景技术
作为用于包装食品、药品、医疗品、杂货等各种物品的包装材料,使用以下这样的带有卡扣带的包装袋:在袋的开口部配设有由凸形部件以及凹形部件形成的凹凸咬合的一对的带状的卡扣带,使其咬合状态开闭自如。
此外,在专利文献1中记载有为了确保包装袋内部的气密性及水密性而在比卡扣带更靠近内装物的位置上实施热封的方法。
在专利文献1中,安装在对置的膜内表面上的卡扣带的一方的带部朝向内装物侧宽度变宽,在该较宽部的一部分上形成薄壁部。较宽部在比该薄壁部更靠近内装物侧的位置上,与对置的包装袋内表面被密封,使包装袋密封。该包装袋通过在打开卡扣带的力的作用下将薄壁部切断而开封。
专利文献1:WO2004/050487 A2
但是在专利文献1中,薄壁部(厚度较薄部)的拆开容易度(断开性)受到对置的膜的密封位置及密封形状影响,不易具有稳定的断开性。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种带有卡扣带的包装袋,密封条件下的开封性不受影响,在开封时能够通过开封卡扣带的力而容易地切断薄壁部。本发明是一种带有卡扣带的包装袋,卡扣带分别被安装在对置的袋体内表面上,所述卡扣带具有:一对的凸形部件以及凹形部件相互地咬合的咬合部、分别与上述凸形部件和凹形部件连接的带状基部,上述带状基部中一方的带状基部具有比另一方的带状基部向内装物侧宽度加宽的密封基部,该密封基部的咬合部侧的面与相互对置的一方的袋体内表面粘接;上述密封基部的与咬合部侧相反的面与相互对置的另一方的袋体内表面实质上没有粘接,在上述密封基部上,形成有被设置为与上述咬合部的长度方向大致平行的一条能够切断的线状部,上述线状部的内装物侧端缘与被设置在上述线状部的内装物侧的密封部的开口部侧端部相接或者接近,上述密封部和上述线状部之间的尺寸具有沿着上述线状部的长度方向而变化的形状。
在本发明中,在密封基部上形成有能够切断的线状部,因此在开封带有卡扣带的包装袋时,能够用开封卡扣带的咬合部的力来切断线状部。
并且,线状部和密封部相接或接近,因此,在打开卡扣带时,袋体的对置的面在线状部的位置向打开方向弯曲,因此力施加在线状部附近,在线状部的位置能够容易且稳定地切断。另外,更优选构成为线状部与密封部相接,因为在线状部的位置上袋体的对置的面能够可靠地弯曲。
此外,密封部与线状部之间的尺寸沿着线状部的长度方向而变化,所以在打开卡扣带时,应力集中在密封部和线状部之间的尺寸最小的位置上。因为密封部与线状部相接或接近,所以应力施加在线状部附近,因此能够在线状部的位置上容易地被切断。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋优选构成为,上述线状部的内装物侧端缘与上述密封部的开口部侧端部之间的距离为3mm以下。
如果线状部的内装物侧端缘与密封部的开口部侧端部之间的距离超过3mm,则在打开卡扣带时不会在线状部的位置处弯曲,所以不易被切断。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋,优选上述密封部的形状具有1个以上的凸状或者1个以上的波状。
在这样的密封部的形状中,形成有多个向着线状部侧的突出部,所以在卡扣带开封时,与其开封位置无关,应力集中在密封部的某一突出部的顶点(开口部侧端部)上。线状部的内装物侧端缘,与该突出部的顶点相接或者接近,所以应力也施加在线状部附近,所以易于切断线状部。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋优选构成为,具有上述密封基部的上述带状基部中的上述咬合部与上述线状部的距离与另一方的上述带状基部中的上述咬合部与上述带状基部的内装物侧端部的距离相同。
根据本发明,具有密封基部的带状基部的从咬合部到线状部的长度与不具有密封基部的带状基部的从咬合部到内装物侧端部的长度相同,所以,若将密封基部和对置的包装袋内表面重合以进行密封,则不具有密封基部的带状基部的内装物侧端部到达线状部的位置。
从而,在借助密封杆密封时,若对密封部以及含有线状部的密封基部整体进行密封,则在从线状部到开口部侧,由于有对置的带状基部所以不能密封与密封基部对置的包装袋内表面。另一方面,在比线状部还靠内装物侧,能够使密封基部与对置的包装袋内表面密封。并且,能够可靠地密封直到线状部的内装物侧端缘,所以能够在线状部的断开性上获得更好的效果。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋优选为,上述密封部的融点比上述密封部以外的上述密封基部的融点低。
在本发明中,使构成密封部的材料的融点比构成密封部以外的密封基部的材料的融点低,所以通过调整密封杆的密封温度,能够只密封低融点的密封部。从而,能够可靠地密封直到线状部内装物侧端缘,所以在线状部的断开性上能够获得更好的效果。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋优选构成为,使上述线状部的厚度比与上述线状部邻接的部分薄。
根据本发明,使线状部比邻接的其他部分薄,所以在打开卡扣带时,袋体在线状部的位置向打开方向弯曲,易于在线状部上施加力。从而,能够在线状部的位置可靠地切断。
本发明的带有卡扣带的包装袋优选构成为,上述线状部由与上述密封基部的上述线状部以外的部分相溶性小的树脂构成。
根据本发明,线状部与在线状部以外处使用的树脂不同,并且这些树脂的相溶性小,因此该接合部分易于切断。从而,通过开封卡扣带的力,能够容易地切断线状部和密封部的接合面。

以下,参照附图说明本发明的实施方式。在各实施方式的说明中,省略或者简略说明标注同一符号的部件。
[第一实施方式]
首先,参照图1至图3说明本发明的第一实施方式。
图1是本发明的第一实施方式的带有卡扣带的包装袋的主视图,图2是图1的立体图。图3是图1的III-III线剖面图,是表示将咬合部为咬合状态的卡扣带相对于构成包装袋的袋体进行了密封的状态的剖面图。
如图1所示,本实施方式的带有卡扣带的包装袋1具有袋体2,该袋体2使作为包装材料的基材膜24重合而在其周缘形成侧密封部21以及顶端密封部22而形成。
在袋体2的开口部23的内表面上安装有卡扣带3,该卡扣带3包括一对的凸形部件32以及凹形部件33(图2)。
如图3所示的卡扣带3的剖面构成,凸形部件(阳部件)32一体地形成有:被熔接在袋体2上的带状基部321、截面为大致箭头形状的头部322、以及连结该带状基部321和头部322的连结部323。此外,凹形部件33(阴部件)与上述凸形部件32相同,包括:熔接在袋体2上的带状基部331、与该带状基部331连结而形成的截面为圆弧形状的第1钩部332以及第2钩部333,该第1钩部332和第2钩部333以对置的方式形成。
并且,卡扣带3中,凸形部件32的头部322和凹形部件33的第1钩部332及第2钩部333形成咬合部31,借助这些部件的咬合或分离,能够进行开封或者再次密封。
此外,该带有卡扣带的包装袋1,在从袋体2的底方向收纳了未图示的内装物之后密封袋体2的底边,从而成为密封状态。
与凹形部件33一体地形成的带状基部331具有比与凸形部件32一体地形成的带状基部321向袋体2的内装物侧(图1以及图3中的下侧)宽度加宽地形成的密封基部36。在密封基部36上,形成有一条平行于咬合部31的长度方向的线状部35,该线状部35形成为变薄的楔形状。
图4表示卡扣带3的剖面图。带状基部331的从线状部35到咬合部31的长度L2,与带状基部321的从内装物侧端部321A到咬合部31的长度L1相同。
此外,该带状基部321、331都使与咬合部31相反的一侧的面与对置的袋体2的内表面密封,从而卡扣带3被固定在袋体2上。
形成在带状基部331上的密封基部36的与咬合部31相反的一侧的面36A,实质上与对置的袋体2的内表面没有熔接。另一方面,密封基部36的咬合部31侧的面36B,被密封在对置的袋体2的内表面,形成密封部4。
密封部4优选形成在比线状部35更靠近内装物侧,且为具有两个以上的凸状或者2个以上的波状的形状,在本实施方式中,如图1以及图2所示,分别在线状部35侧上具有顶点的多个三角形状部4B和在这些三角形状部4B的底面侧的直线状部4C被一体地形成。
优选该三角形状部4B的顶点为密封部4的开口部侧端部4A,开口部侧端部4A与线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A的距离为3mm以下,在本实施方式中,形成为线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A与密封部4的开口部侧端部4A相接。
此外,密封部4如后述那样,经由袋体2而在加热状态中按压密封杆5时被形成,在该密封杆5的按压面上,沿着长度方向连续地形成有与密封部4的形状相同形状的按压突起5A(图6)。
在此,构成本实施方式的卡扣带3的凸形部件32,能够借助共挤压成型法一体化地获得带状基部321及与其连续的头部322和连结部323,同样地,凹形部件33也能够借助共挤压成型法一体化地获得带状基部331及与其连续的第1钩部332以及第2钩部333。如果借助这样的共挤压法成形卡扣带3,则能够使制造工序简化,能够减低制造成本,能够连续地稳定地制造卡扣带3。
这样的卡扣带3的凸形部件32、凹形部件33由聚丙烯构成。具体而言,能够使用聚丙烯均聚物、成块聚丙烯、无规聚丙烯(RPP)、丙烯-乙烯-丁烯三元共聚合体、聚烯烃类特殊软质树脂(TPO树脂。例如原始聚合物TPO)等的热可塑性树脂,及能够使用混合了这些树脂的混合物。
此外,在作为构成卡扣带3的树脂而使用无规聚丙烯(RPP)时,优选该RPP的熔流速度(MFR)为0.5~20g/10分钟,特别优选为1~15g/10分钟。若无规聚丙烯的MFR比0.5g/10分钟小,则有时与带状基部321、331连接而一体地形成的咬合部31的挤压成形性恶化,另一方面,如果大于20g/10分钟,则容易使凹形部件的第1钩部332、第2钩部333的顶端关闭,或容易使凹形部件32的连结部323歪斜,因此,有时不易挤压成能够再开闭的既定的形状。
使这样构成的卡扣带3熔接在形成袋体2的基材膜24上,将该基材膜24制袋化,从而能够获得如图1所示那样的带有卡扣带的包装袋1。
在此,作为形成袋体2的包装材料的基材膜24,优选使用在基材层242上层叠密封层241而构成的层叠膜,但也可以与所需的性能相对应而使用在基材层242和密封层241之间作为中间层而层叠了未图示的气体屏蔽层、遮光层、强度提升层等的结构的层叠膜层。
基材层242除了双向(双轴)延伸聚丙烯膜(OPP膜)之外,还能够适当地使用双向延伸聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(PET膜)、双向延伸聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN膜)等双向延伸聚酯膜,尼龙6、尼龙66、MXD6(聚己二酰间苯二甲胺)等双向延伸聚酰胺膜等,但也可根据需要而使用各种工程塑料膜。此外,可以单独使用这些,或者也可以组合地层叠地使用多个。
在令中间层作为气体屏蔽层时,中间层除了乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物皂化物(EVOH)、聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)等膜之外,能够使用铝箔,或者使用硅石、氧化铝、铝等的蒸镀层及PVDC的涂膜层。
此外,使用硅石、氧化铝、铝等蒸镀层及PVDC的涂膜层时,可以在上述基材层242的内表面上进行蒸镀或涂敷而形成,此外,也可以蒸镀或涂敷于其他的双向延伸尼龙膜(ONy膜)、双向延伸聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN膜)、双向延伸聚丙烯膜(OPP膜)等而形成,并将该膜层叠在中间层上。
其中,铝箔和铝蒸镀层,因为不透明所以能够兼作遮光层。
层叠基材层242和中间层的膜的叠层能够采用已知的干燥层叠法或者挤压层叠法(多层层叠法)。
最内层的密封层241能够使用聚丙烯(CPP)等。
另外,密封层241的叠层可以将上述树脂制膜成膜状并通过干燥层叠法或者挤压层叠法而层叠,此外也可以挤压涂层而层叠上述树脂。
此外,本实施方式的带有卡扣带的包装袋1,能够使用例如带卡扣带三面密封制袋机等简便地制造。
在咬合部31咬合的卡扣带3被熔接在袋体2的内表面上之后,借助隔着带有卡扣带的包装袋1的密封基部36而相互地相对配置的一对的密封杆5进行密封。
密封杆5,能够接近或远离,在相互地分离时带有卡扣带的包装袋1被保持在既定位置上。此时,根据密封部4的形状,使密封杆5的位置配置为包含密封基部30、线状部35、带状基部321的一部分的位置(图5),或密封部4的开口部侧端部4A与线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A相接的位置上。本实施方式中,密封部4的三角形状部4B具有顶点(开口部侧端部4A),所以在开口部侧端部4A与线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A相接的位置上配置密封杆5。
另一方面,在密封部4的形状为凸状时,能够将凸部的突出部分配置为比线状部35更向开口部侧突出(图5)。带状基部331的从线状部35到咬合部31的长度L2与带状基部321的从内装物侧端部321A到咬合部31的长度L1相同(图4),所以从线状部35到开口部侧不密封。这样,能够可靠地密封直到密封部4的线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A。
若在该状态下密封杆5相互地接近,则一方的密封杆5经由基材膜24而向密封基部36按压,在密封基部36上形成密封部4。
在此,一方的密封杆5如图6所示,与密封部4相同具有连续的波状的按压突起5A。
如此,本实施方式中,通过使用具有与密封部4相同形状的按压突起5A的密封杆5,能够容易地形成连续的波状的密封部4。
另外,熔接条件(温度、压力)能够与卡扣带3以及构成形成袋体2的基材膜24的树脂的种类而适宜地确定。
接着,参照图3、图7以及图8说明本实施方式的带有卡扣带的包装袋1的开封的状态。
在图3的状态下,卡扣带3的凸形部件32与凹形部件33为咬合的状态,在图3中咬合部31的下侧(内装物侧),比凸形部件32的带状基部321宽度宽的凹形部件33的带状基部331的密封基部36的咬合部31侧的面36B与对置的袋体2内表面密封,因此能够保持气密性、水密性,例如在搬运途中液状的内装物也不会进入至卡扣带3的咬合部31的间隙。
此外,在图3的构成的带有卡扣带的包装袋1中,对于密封基部36中与咬合部31相反一侧的面36A,没有与对置的袋体2内表面实质地粘接,所以即使在在由于例如蒸馏处理等而内压作用于袋体2的内装物侧时,即便应力集中在图3的[X]的部分而作用有内压,密封基部36的咬合部31侧的面36B也不会与对置的袋体2内表面剥离,内装物不会漏出。
接着,从带有卡扣带的包装袋1取出内装物时,切断开口部23,打开卡扣带3而解除咬合部31的咬合状态,则由于密封部4的开口部侧端部4A与线状部35相接,因此如图7所示,袋体2在线状部35的位置向打开方向弯曲,易于在线状部35上施加力。
并且,通过打开卡扣带3时的力来切断线状部35,带有卡扣带的包装袋1被开封(图8)。
再次密封带有卡扣带的包装袋1时,只要使凸形部件32与凹形部件33咬合而将咬合部31恢复为咬合状态即可。
根据上述的带有卡扣带的包装袋1,能够获得以下的作用效果。
(1)本实施方式的带有卡扣带的包装袋1,凹形部件33的带状基部331,具有比凸形部件32的带状基部更靠向内装物侧的宽度加宽的密封基部36,与密封基部36的开口部侧邻接而形成有形成为楔形状的线状部35,密封基部36与对置的袋体2的内表面被密封而形成密封部4。线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A与密封部4的开口部侧端部4A相接,并且线状部35被变薄地形成为楔形状,所以在开封卡扣带3时,在线状部35的位置上袋体2向打开方向弯曲,易于在线状部35上施加力。从而能够通过开封卡扣带3时的力而容易地切断线状部35。
(2)此外,密封部4为连续的波状,是在线状部35侧具有顶点的形状。从而,开封卡扣带3时的力集中在该顶点(开口部侧端部4A)处。开口部侧端部4A与线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A相接,所以力也施加在线状部35上,因此易于切断线状部35。
(3)带状基部331的从线状部35到咬合部31的长度L2与带状基部321的从内装物侧端部321A到咬合部31的长度L1相同,所以,凸形部件32的带状基部321的内装物侧端部321A到达对置的凹形部件33的线状部35,在将密封基部36与对置的袋体2的内表面密封时,能够使比线状部35更靠开口部的一侧不密封。
从而,密封部4的开口部侧端部4A能够可靠地密封到线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A而获得(2)的效果。
(4)带有卡扣带的包装袋1,凹形部件33的带状基部331具有比凸形部件32的带状基部更靠向内装物侧宽度加宽的密封基部36,密封基部36中的咬合部31侧的面36B与对置的袋体2内表面密封,所以能够保持气密性、水密性而防止液状的内装物进入至卡扣带3的咬合部31的间隙。
(5)密封基部36中的与咬合部31相反一侧的面36A与对置的袋体2内表面没有实质地粘接,所以即便在内压作用于袋体2的内装物侧上时,密封基部36的咬合部31侧的面36B与对置的袋体2内表面也不会剥离,内装物不会漏出。
从而,这样的构成的带有卡扣带的包装袋1,气密性、水密性优异,并且即便在内压作用于袋体2的内装物侧时内装物也不会漏出,因此,除了用于包装食品、药品、医疗品、杂货等的各种物品之外,还可以为能够对应借助高温而进行蒸馏杀菌处理的带有卡扣带的包装袋1。
(6)凸形部件32及凹形部件33由聚丙烯构成,所以能够提高耐热性。
[第二实施方式]
接着,参照图9至图11说明本发明的第二实施方式。本实施方式中除了密封基部36的构成不同之外,其他构成与第一实施方式相同,所以省略说明。
如图9所示,在本实施方式中密封基部36由融点比用于位于比线状部35更靠开口部一侧的带状基部331的材料低的材料构成。例如,密封基部36的材料为无规聚丙烯(融点135℃),位于比线状部35更靠开口部一侧的带状基部331的材料为聚丙烯均聚物(融点160℃)。此外,在本实施方式中,密封部4的形状为具有如图11所示那样的连续的凸状的形状。
图10是表示通过密封杆5使密封基部36和对置的袋体2的内表面密封的状态的图。此时,以包含密封基部36,线状部35以及带状基部321的一部分的方式进行密封。此时的密封温度能够为例如150℃。
这样的形状下,在开封卡扣带3时,力施加在向线状部35侧突出的部分(开口部侧端部4A)处,因此能够切断与开口部侧端部4A相接的线状部35。
这样的本实施方式的构成中,除了上述第1实施方式的作用效果(1)~(6)之外,还能够获得以下所示的作用效果。
(7)密封基部36与位于比线状部35更靠开口部一侧的带状基部331存在融点差,所以通过调整密封杆5的温度能够只使低融点的密封基部36密封。
此外,不仅仅是密封基部36,而是以包含密封基部36、线状部35以及带状基部321的一部分的方式进行密封,从而能够可靠地密封直到线状部35,能够获得线状部35的更高的断开性。并且,也可以将密封部4的凸状的凸部的开口部侧端部4A被配置在超过线状部35的位置上而不严格地设定密封杆5的位置,所以能够减少密封位置的失败或工时。
[第三实施方式]
接着,说明本发明的第三实施方式。本实施方式除了密封基部36的构成不同之外其他构成与第一实施方式相同,所以省略说明。
图12是本实施方式的卡扣带3的剖面图。
在本实施方式中,线状部35的材料和与线状部35邻接的密封基部36的材料由相溶性小的不同的材料构成。
例如,能够在密封基部36使用聚丙烯时,线状部35使用低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)。
密封形状为与上述的第二实施方式相同的形状(图11),所以在开封时该力施加在密封部4的开口部侧端部4A处,因此力也施加在与开口部侧端部4A相接的线状部35上。从而,如图13所示,在由相溶性小的不同的材料形成的线状部35和密封基部36的接合面36D处被切断。
通过这样的本实施方式的构成,除了上述第1实施方式的作用效果(1)~(6)之外,还能够获得以下所示的作用效果。
(8)用于线状部35的材料,由与用于密封基部36的材料相溶性小的材料构成,所以若力施加在线状部35附近,则易于在线状部35与邻接的密封基部36的接合面36D处层间剥离。从而,能够通过开封卡扣带3时的力容易地切断线状部35。
另外,本发明,不仅仅限定于上述的实施方式,在能够达成本发明的目的以及效果的范围内的变形或改良当然也包含在本发明的内容中。此外,实施本发明时的具体的构造以及形状等,在能够达成本发明的目的以及效果的范围内也可以是其他构造或形状等。
在上述的第一实施方式以及第二实施方式中,线状部35的形状为楔形状,但并不限定于此,除了矩形状及圆形之外,只要是能够形成为比与线状部35邻接的部分薄的形状就可以。
在上述各实施方式中,用连续的波状或者凸状来表示密封部4的形状,但是并不限定于此,只要是在线状部35侧具有顶点的形状即可,不限定其具体的形状。
在上述各实施方式中,表示了密封部4的开口部侧端部4A与线状部35的内装物侧端缘35A相接的构成,但是只要形成为开口部侧端部4A与内装物侧端缘35A的距离为3mm以内的距离就可以。
在上述各实施方式中,对于卡扣带3的凸形部件32以及凹形部件33,表示了凹形部件33的带状基部331比凸形部件32的带状基部321宽度加宽的方式,但是并不限定于此,也可以以凸形部件32的带状基部321比凹形部件33的带状基部331宽度加宽的方式在带状基部321侧设置密封基部36。
在上述各实施方式中,表示了在将卡扣带3安装在袋体2的内表面上时,将凸形部件32以及凹形部件33的带状基部321、331直接密封在袋体2的内表面(密封层241)上的状态(其中,除去凹形部件33的带状基部331中的密封基部36的与咬合部31侧相反一侧的面36A),但是,也可以例如在凸形部件32和凹形部件33的带状基部321、331上设置由能够密封的树脂构成的密封层。如果设有这样的密封层,则能够良好地进行卡扣带3向袋体2的安装(其中,该密封层也无需配设在凹形部件33的带状基部331中的密封基部36的与咬合部31侧相反一侧的面36A上)。
在上述各实施方式中,表示了使作为咬合部31的凸形部件32的大致为箭头形状的头部322和凹形部件33的大致为圆弧形状的第1钩部332以及第2钩部333咬合或脱离,从而能够进行卡扣带3的开封以及再次密封的方式,但是咬合部31的形状并不限定于此,只要具有开封以及再次密封的功能,凸形部件32的头部322及凹形部件33的第1钩部332以及第2钩部333的形状以及数量可以是任意的形状或数量。
实施例1
以下,列举实施例以及对比例而更具体地说明本发明,但是本发明不受实施例等的内容的任何限定。
进行了由密封部与线状部的距离、以及密封部的形状决定的线状部的开封性的性能评测和开封强度的测定。
卡扣带中,密封基部使用无规聚丙烯(融点135℃),比线状部更靠近开口部侧的带状基部使用聚丙烯均聚物(融点157℃),使线状部的厚度为30μm,使与线状部邻接的部位的厚度为300μm。包装袋的基材膜40使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(PET):厚度12μm/尼龙(Ny);厚度15μm/流延聚丙烯膜(CPP):厚度60μm的多层膜,使用带卡扣带三面密封制袋机,在以下的实施例1~3以及比较例1~4的条件下制作样品,样品袋的尺寸为宽200mm×高200mm。

(密封处理后的开封性评测)
对于在实施例1~3以及比较例1~4的条件下制作的样品,进行线状部的开封性的性能评测以及再次密封强度的测定。
开封性的性能评测的判定如下。
开封强度,以JIS Z 0238为准,将样品切割为15mm而夹紧开口部侧的带,进行180度剥离而测定强度。测定机使用イマダ公司制数字测力计。

A:与密封位置无关,能够容易地剥离
B:能够容易地开封
C:有阻力但能勉强开封
D:阻力很大开封困难

由表1的结果得知,实施例1至实施例3的开封性、开封强度都良好,特别是密封杆形状为凸状的实施例3时格外优异。
在比较例1至比较例3中,密封部的形状为直线,使得开封性降低,开封强度增大。特别是比较例3,因为密封部与线状部的距离长达4mm,所以不能开封。比较例4中密封形状为波状,但是因为密封部与线状部的距离长达4mm,所以使得开封性降低,开封强度增大
工业实用性
本发明,除了能够用于例,包装食品、医药、医疗品、杂货等的各种物品之外,因为还能够对应利用高温而进行的蒸馏杀菌处理,所以特别地能够广泛地用作蒸馏食品包装用的带有卡扣带的包装袋。
Claims (7)
1.一种带有卡扣带的包装袋,卡扣带分别被安装在对置的袋体内表面上,所述卡扣带具有:一对的凸形部件以及凹形部件相互地咬合的咬合部、分别与上述凸形部件和上述凹形部件连接的带状基部,上述带状基部中一方的带状基部具有比另一方的带状基部向内装物侧宽度加宽的密封基部,该密封基部的咬合部侧的面与相互对置的一方的袋体内表面粘接;上述密封基部的与咬合部侧相反的面与相互对置的另一方的袋体内表面实质上没有粘接,
在上述密封基部上,形成有与上述咬合部的长度方向大致平行地设置的一条能够切断的线状部,
上述线状部的内装物侧端缘与被设置在上述线状部的内装物侧的密封部的开口部侧端部相接或者接近,
上述密封部和上述线状部之间的尺寸具有沿着上述线状部的长度方向而变化的形状。
2.如权利要求1所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,上述线状部的内装物侧端缘与上述密封部的开口部侧端部之间的距离为3mm以下。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,上述密封部的形状具有1个以上的凸状或者1个以上的波状。
4.如权利要求1至3的任意一项所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,具有上述密封基部的上述带状基部中的上述咬合部与上述线状部的距离与另一方的上述带状基部中的上述咬合部与上述带状基部的内装物侧端部的距离相同。
5.如权利要求1至4的任意一项所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,上述密封部的融点比上述密封部以外的上述密封基部的融点低。
6.如权利要求1至5的任意一项所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,使上述线状部的厚度比与上述线状部邻接的部分薄。
7.如权利要求1至5的任意一项所述的带有卡扣带的包装袋,其特征在于,上述线状部由与上述密封基部的上述线状部以外的部分相溶性小的树脂构成。
