Abstract

Description
技术领域
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及一种通过喷管吹拉法制造并通过三重起泡法而双轴延伸的用于食品包装的多层片状或管状食品肠衣或食品膜,例如收缩袋、可密封膜、卷绕膜等。
背景技术
实际上,此类多层管状或片状的包装膜已经以5或7层膜的形式投入使用。
因此,例如EP 0 236 099 B2公开了一种具有多达7层的用于食品的多层管状包装膜——称为包装氧屏蔽膜。然而,所公开的膜的缺点在于,外层由聚烯烃(简称PO)组成,而聚烯烃虽然为内层提供了良好的抗湿防护,但相比内层(密封层)并不具有明显提高的耐温性。
EP 0 476 836 B1论述了一种6层包装膜,与EP 0 236 099 B2相反,该6层包装膜包含由PET制成的耐温外层,然而由EVOH和PA组成的用于氧屏蔽和增强机械强度的核心层没有得到单独的纯PO层的湿度防护,因为无论PET还是助粘剂(下文中简称为AP)均不满足这些对于水蒸气屏蔽的要求。
而且,缺乏外PO层导致非常高的向外蜷曲的趋势。
EP 1 034 076 B1也论述了一种包装膜,称为可热收缩热塑性多层膜,其具有由PA制成的耐热外层。然而,这仅仅是5层压结构,而且其也并不具有任何PO层作为将水蒸气隔离在外部的屏蔽层。这接着导致特别高的卷曲趋势,伴随以高度弱化的水蒸气屏蔽层以及高度弱化的强度,因为EVOH和PA均暴露于湿气而不受任何防护。
作为WO 2005/011978 A1公开的PCT/EP2004/051560更进一步公开了一种5层包装膜,其具有由PET制成的耐温外层和作为屏蔽层的由EVOH制成的核心层。但是,此文中也不提供将湿气隔离在外部的屏蔽层。另外,在PCT/EP 2004/051560中论述的制造方法是完全不同的制造方法。也即,在PCT/EP2004/051560中公开的膜并不通过双轴延伸的吹膜方法(三重起泡方法)制造,而是通过双轴延伸的平带方法(车底架方法)制造。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目标在于进一步改进这种类型的多层片状或管状食品肠衣或食品膜以能够获得足够紧密的氧屏蔽层,同时具有高水蒸气屏蔽层、良好的机械强度、良好的光学属性、适于后续处理的优良的适应度、外层的耐高温属性、以及令人满意的收缩率,而同时避免上述缺陷。
该目标和这些方面通过权利要求1的特征实现。
具体实施方式
根据本发明,本文提出了一种尤其是由喷管吹拉法制造的且在三重起泡工艺中双轴延伸的用于食品包装的多层的片状或管状食品肠衣或食品膜,如收缩膜、可密封膜、卷绕膜等,其首次以包括从外到内计数至少七层的层压结构为特征。
从外起算,第一层包含PET作为层成分,第二层包含助粘剂,第三层包含离聚物,第四层包含助粘剂,第五层包含EVOH,第六层包含助粘剂,从外起算的第七层——同时也是最内层——包含聚烯烃,优选聚乙烯。
EVOH有利地形成期望的氧屏蔽层。离聚物可确保期望的机械特性。聚酯纤维可确保优良的光学属性,如光泽和透明度,并且可通过耐高温性而实现高的后续处理速度(循环次数)。
使用PO进一步实现了所需要的水蒸气屏蔽层,并且可以正面影响内层的可密封性,即,在最低可能密封温度下可实现高密封粘接强度。
在本申请的涵义内,聚烯烃有利地包括PE和EVA以及EM(M)A,以及聚烯烃本身的混合物,还有聚烯烃与离聚物的混合物。
另外,EVA代表EVA以及EVA与聚合物、离聚物、或者EM(M)A的混合物。助粘剂(缩写成AP)代表一种粘合层。EVOH应被理解为EVOH以及EVOH与其他聚合物的混合物。
因此有利地正提供一种用于食品包装的食品肠衣或食品膜,其替代性地允许实现高达60%的限定的高收缩率,或者相反低至0%的限定的低收缩率。
通过如此首次提出的层压结构,可有利地实现针对收缩袋等的特别高的收缩率,在约90℃的水温下测量达到至少30%-70%,优选至少40%-60%。
通过如此首次提出的层压结构,可有利地实现针对可密封膜等的特别低的收缩率,在约90℃的水温下测量达到最多0-30%,优选2-5%。
对于如此首次提出的层压结构,可有利地提供例如优选具有LDPE、LLDPE、EVA、EM(M)A、离聚物或POP或它们的混合物等的聚烯烃,作为设置在收缩袋或可密封膜内侧上的密封层的起始材料。
由层成分EVOH而获得的特别显著的氧屏蔽层确保了由此包装的食品良好保存达数周,而不会出现任何的质量下降。
另外,受助于结构极好的氧屏蔽层,本发明的食品肠衣或食品膜首次提供了一种食品包装,从而即使对空气特别敏感的物品甚至在较长的存储时期后也完全没有由于氧气进入而发生色彩变化乃至老化或改变其品位或香味的风险。
由于EVOH的屏蔽属性可能受到湿度负面影响,所以优选夹层式层压结构,即,将EVOH嵌入于两个聚烯烃层之间,所述两个聚烯烃层用作从内部以及从外部的水蒸气屏蔽层。
由此,可以使良好的水蒸气屏蔽层是可利用的,这对于需要保鲜的肉类或其他食品特别重要。因此,采用本发明的食品肠衣或食品膜包装的食品保鲜时间特别长。
由于较低的水蒸气可渗透性,在食品的存储过程中,特别是肉类的存储过程中,重量损失保持特别低的水平。
另外,首次提出的食品肠衣或食品膜的最外层包含诸如PET的耐高温起始材料,因此允许以极其高的温度焊接所述膜,而不使膜接合到焊机终端。结果,在焊接机器上可实现更高的循环数。另外,所述膜基本上对外界损伤不太敏感,并通常具有,如对于PET而言,色泽和透明度方面的优良的光学属性。更进一步,所述膜特别适用于刻划或打印。
另外,本发明的食品肠衣或食品膜可使用本申请人的设备特别良好地进行制造和后续处理。
本发明的有利方面或改进方案源自所附从属权利要求的特征。
因此,本发明的用于食品包装的食品肠衣或食品膜的一优选实施方案中,规定,包含聚乙烯作为层成分的层也替换性地包含聚丙烯、EVA(乙烯基乙醇)、EM(M)A、离聚物或它们的混合物等。
在另一优选实施方案中,还规定,包含助粘剂的层包括基于作为基体材料的PE、EVA、EM(M)A或离聚物的助粘剂。
根据进一步的优选实施方案,规定,包括助粘剂作为成分的层替换性地包含聚烯烃和助粘剂的混合物或者EVA和/或EM(M)A和助粘剂的混合物。
根据进一步的优选实施方案,规定,包括EVOH作为层成分的层替换性地包含MXD6(改性的聚酰胺)。
在进一步的优选实施方案中,规定,包括EVOH作为成分的层替换性地包含PVA。
根据进一步的优选实施方案,规定,包含EVOH、PVA或MXD6的层替换性地包含这些起始材料与PA的混合物。
根据进一步的优选实施方案,规定,包括PET作为层成分的层替换性地包含聚已内酰胺(PA6)、聚已二酰已二胺(PA66)、PA6/66、PA11、PA12或这些聚酰胺的混合物等。

由此,本发明首次提出一种具有至少七层的层压结构的片状或管状食品肠衣或食品膜,其具有用作氧屏蔽层的EVOH层,并且其中外层由诸如PET的耐高温材料形成,该耐高温材料除了其优良的光学属性外,还能够使后续处理(循环数目)具有明显更高的速度。
Claims (13)
1.一种尤其通过喷管吹拉工艺制造并通过三重起泡工艺而双轴延伸的用于食品包装的多层片状或管状食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包括从外到内数起至少七层的如下层压结构,其中:
-从外起算,第一层包含PET作为层成分,
-从外起算,第二层包含助粘剂作为层成分,
-从外起算,第三层包含离聚物作为层成分,
-从外起算,第四层包含助粘剂作为层成分,
-从外起算,第五层包含EVOH作为层成分,
-从外起算,第六层包含助粘剂作为层成分,
-从外起算,第七层包含聚烯烃、优选聚乙烯作为层成分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包含聚烯烃、优选聚乙烯作为层成分的层替换性地还进一步包含聚烯烃、聚丙烯、EVA、EM(M)A、离聚物或它们的混合物等。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包含助粘剂的层包括基于作为基体材料的PE、PP、EVA、EM(M)A或离聚物的助粘剂。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包括助粘剂的层替换性地在单一层中分别包含聚烯烃和助粘剂的混合物,EVA和/或EM(M)A与助粘剂的混合物、离聚物和助粘剂的混合物,各种助粘剂的混合物或它们的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包括EVOH作为层成分的层替换性地包含MXD6(改性的聚酰胺6)。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包括EVOH作为层成分的层替换性地包含PVA(聚乙烯醇)。

12.根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,包括PET作为层成分的层替换性地包含PC(聚碳酸酯)。
13.根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的食品肠衣或食品膜,其特征在于,它被制成具有收缩袋或可密封膜形式的食品包装。
