Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于由连续铸坯机排出的板坯(3)的保温的装置,所述板坯可在一辊道(1)上输送,以便继续加工。为了优化连续铸坯机与热轧机之间的热平衡,建议:设置一个可放置于辊道(1)上并可在其上输送的支承元件(2)用以承接板坯(3)以及一个可套装到支承元件上并基本包围着该支承元件(2)的绝热箱(4)。
Description
本发明涉及用于由连续铸坯机排出的板坯的保温的装置,所述板坯可在一辊道上输送,以便继续加工。
在炼钢设备和连续铸坯机的运行当中,最大的成本激励因素之一便是能量,其绝大部分用于产热。
用于进行冶炼的大量能量在连续铸坯机中为了引起凝固又被从钢消除掉。在该处理过程之后,需要进行强能量的重新加热,以便达到所要求的热轧过程输入温度。
由DE 43 33 717已知,为了输送卷材,为其配置可加热的多个热罩,它们以结构单元的形式连接于横向输送车。
此外由EP 648 552 B1已知,也为板坯设置可动的输送装置,它包括一个带有在其中设置的许多辊子的可动的底部,板坯放置于其上,以及包括一个绝热的罩,该罩可套装到底部上。
本发明的目的是,通过优化在连续铸坯机与热轧机之间工艺过程的能量平衡,使板坯保持尽可能地热,因而就热学而言的平均温度便是尽可能高的。同时应该将尽可能多的热量一直保持到轧机进料,以便将用于重新加热的成本减至最小。
按照本发明,上述目的通过一种用于由连续铸坯机排出的板坯的保温的装置得以实现,所述板坯可在一辊道上输送,以便继续加工,其特征在于,设置一个可放置于辊道上并可在其上输送的支承元件用以承接板坯以及一个可套装到支承元件并基本包围着该支承元件的绝热箱。
由连续铸坯机连续地排出连铸坯,例如是以板坯形式,然后连铸坯被切分成各个板坯或板坯段。
其中,通常是在一辊道上实现输送,该辊道紧接着连铸坯导向装置的辊式导轨。如果连接着例如在线轧制机构,对于后继的输送也是如此,
现在为了避免在路途上的温度损失,使用按照本发明的装置。
按照本发明,对于正常运行需要每一连铸坯仅仅两个绝热箱,或者,在使用每一连铸坯例如三个绝热箱时存在至少一个“停驻位置”,在该位置可以让一个绝热箱可以走过另一绝热箱。
或者,可以很有利的是,将各绝热箱直接用作中间缓冲存放器,只要缓冲时间不超过几秒即可。
可以设想,各绝热箱附加配有一加热机构。在这方面可以涉及燃烧器或电阻加热器。
也可能是感应加热机构或者间隔时间地导入一辊底式炉中,其承担着温度的保持和均匀化之目的。
在这里也可以利用绝热箱实现输送,其直接在连续铸坯机之后装载并且紧接在感应加热机构和辊底式炉的组合之前卸载。
另外,利用绝热箱实现叠组亦即堆叠板坯的输送也是可能的。
以叠组方式输送的优点是,总是可以同时在轧机的炉子上装载多个产品。这样,对于多个产品只须一次打开炉子而不为每一产品单独打开,因此损失掉的热量要少得多。
以下参照附图更详细地说明本发明。其中:

按照本发明的用于由连续铸坯机排出的板坯的保温的装置包括一个可在一辊道1输送的绝热的支承元件2用以承接板坯3以及一个绝热箱4,支承元件可被推移到该绝热箱中。为此,绝热箱构造成隧道状的,亦即沿纵向方向并因此在辊道的方向是敞开的,而另一侧则是封闭的。由此可以将支承元件2(支承元件在其一个端部具有一封闭壁,该壁的尺寸相当于绝热箱的净开口尺寸)推移到绝热箱中,然后从该侧也将其封闭。
为了能够将支承元件这样地推入或插入绝热箱中,在附图所示的实施形式中为绝热箱设置一升降装置。该升降装置包括平行于辊道在其旁边设置的升降缸5。利用它们可将绝热箱大致提升到辊道高度以上,从而可在辊道上继续输送支承元件,直到其位于绝热箱之下。
然后可以在辊道上将整个装置(包括支承元件与处在其上的一个或多个板坯和绝热箱)继续送往下一工作站。
各图中未示出绝热箱的具体设计形式,其可以设有加热和/或冷却装置。
图3-6中示出了用于支承元件的装载站的实例。其中,将板坯3逐个从铸造设备移到辊道1上来。如果要实现板坯从铸造设备的输送以及接着向一个辊道和在同一辊道上继续输送,则为了装载必须实施横向移动,其中为此设置了一平行的辊道。该横向移动机构能使支承元件准备好、板坯移过来以及使板坯横移到支承元件上,如由图3和4看出的那样。如果板坯接着处在支承元件上,如图5所示,则可将其在辊道上向升高的绝热箱的方向移动并插入绝热箱中(图6)。
在推移时,支承元件处在一可上升和下降的辊道中,从而也可以叠置地移动多个板坯。这在图4中可看出,在那里推进了一第二板坯。如图,再次提升辊道,包括支承元件和两个板坯,然后实施往绝热箱中的插入。
Claims (9)
1.用于由连续铸坯机排出的板坯(3)的保温的装置,所述板坯可在一辊道(1)上输送,以便继续加工,其特征在于,设置一个可放置于辊道(1)上并可在其上输送的支承元件(2)用以承接板坯(3)以及一个可套装到支承元件(2)上并基本包围着该支承元件的绝热箱(4)。
2.按照权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述绝热箱(4)设有加热/冷却装置。
3.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述绝热箱(4)可水平地推移到支承元件(2)上。
4.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,绝热箱(4)可垂直地放置到支承元件(2)上。
5.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,其特征在于,所述绝热箱(4)相对于所述支承元件(2)可被垂直提升,从而使支承元件能够水平移出或移进绝热箱(4)。
6.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的装置,所述支承元件(2)具有一个垂直于纵向方向延伸的后壁,并且所述绝热箱(4)具有两个平行于支承元件的纵向方向延伸的纵壁和一个前面的端壁,其中,各壁设计为,使得由支承元件和绝热箱所构成的内腔是完全封闭的。
7.操纵按照前列权利要求1-6所述的用于保温的装置的辊道装置,其特征在于,为通常的接在连续铸坯机上的辊道配置一个横向移动机构,通过它,板坯可从辊道侧面转移;借助该横向移动,板坯可被推移到支承元件上;并且设置一个相对于辊道平面提高的用于绝热罩的支座装置,使得支承元件可被推入绝热罩并能接着使其下降到支承元件上,以便共同地继续输送。
8.按照权利要求7所述的辊道装置,其特征在于,辊道的实现横向移动的区域设计成可上升和下降的。
9.按照上述权利要求之一项所述的辊道装置,其特征在于,用于绝热箱(4)的支座装置包括在辊道(1)的两侧设置的升降缸(5)。
