Abstract
本发明的洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂，利用复合型低泡沫非离子表面活性剂，尤其是聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯共聚物为主要成分，占总重量的高达50％，再配合以特殊的助溶剂，充分发挥湿润作用，从而软化硬水，净化水质，增强表面活性剂的湿润作用，进一步清除器皿上的斑点；同时，由于聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯其分子质量比一般的非离子表面活性剂高，改变器皿上的疏水性为亲水性，漂洗液在塑料、不锈钢餐具表面铺开来，形成一层薄膜，很容易受热蒸发，从而解决了餐具表面水不易蒸发的问题，有利于推广使用。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及餐饮用具的清洗用品，具体指一种洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂
【背景技术】
目前，随着生活水平的提高，原已广泛在宾馆、饭店、食堂等公共场合使用的自动洗碗机，已经走进千千万万的家庭之中。不同的洗碗机有着不同的洗涤循环过程，每个洗涤循环过程都由多个步骤组合而成，如浸泡预洗、主洗、漂洗、杀菌和干燥；洗碗机的应用对清洁剂也有一定需求，在漂洗过程中，加有催干剂的漂洗液用于漂洗，使漂洗溶液能以均匀薄水帘状从被洗器皿表面快速流下，大大减少器皿上残留的污垢和加速器皿干燥，看上去光洁美观，减少人工擦拭的烦琐劳动和二次污染。
许多表面活性剂都可用在催干剂中，其主要作用是减少器皿表面能量和降低漂洗液与器皿界面张力。通常，漂洗液泡沫对漂洗过程是很不利的，泡沫会降低催干剂的效果，甚至有时会溢出洗碗机柜，影响机器正常运作，而且由于塑料、不锈钢器皿的表面疏水性，清洗液在餐具表面以微小水珠状存在，不易蒸发，给后续消毒程序带来不便，所以市场上需要一种低泡沫并具有消除污垢的催干剂。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于解决器皿的漂洗表面遗有残留污垢，泡沫多、不能快速沥水干燥的问题，而提供一种洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂。
本发明的洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂，包括以下组分：(以重量百分比计)
聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚2.0％-20.0％；
烷基封端聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型的聚醚2.0％-10.0％；
长链脂肪醇芳基醚0.5％-3.0％；
脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型聚醚2.0％-15.0％；
异丙醇1.0％-20.0％；
去离子水92.5％-50.0％。
去离子水中还能加入食用色素、防腐剂。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合实施例，对本发明作详细说明。
本发明洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂，一较佳实施例如下：
聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚，重量百分比为15.0％；
烷基封端聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型的聚醚，重量百分比为10.0％；
长链脂肪醇芳基醚，重量百分比为0.5％；
脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型聚醚，重量百分比为15.0％；
异丙醇，重量百分比为10.0％；
去离子水，重量百分比为55.0％。
先将15.0％的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚溶于适量的水，再加入10.0％烷基封端聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型的聚醚，待搅拌溶解后，再加入其它成分：0.5％的长链脂肪醇芳基醚，15.0％的脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型聚醚，10.0％异丙醇，搅至溶解，最后常温包装即可。复合型低泡沫非离子表面活性剂，尤其是聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯共聚物为主要成分，配合以特殊的助溶剂，充分发挥湿润作用，从而软化硬水，净化水质，增强表面活性剂的湿润作用，进一步清除器皿上的斑点，另一方面，各种成分络合增溶，溶限效应、晶格畸变等性能，阻止漂洗液中的各种无机盐形成硬垢，大大增强洗涤效果；同时，由于聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯其分子质量比一般的非离子表面活性剂高，改变塑料、不锈钢餐具上的疏水性为亲水性，这样漂洗液在塑料、不锈钢餐具表面铺开来，形成一层薄膜，很容易受热蒸发，且水薄膜蒸发速度比一般现有的催干剂快四十秒至二分钟不等，从而较好解决了餐具表面不干水问题，去离子水中还能加入食用色素、防腐剂，使得催干剂气味芳香，保存时间长。
本发明催干剂在使用中，其比例为1∶10000-30000，其浓度低，也不容易产生泡沫，在热水中分散，不成团析出，对机器污染小。本发明低泡沫，催干能力强，特别适用于其它催干剂同量下不能催干的塑料，不锈钢餐具，只需添加0.01-0.3％的本催干剂，就能使餐具快速催干，达到用量少，效果好，节省人工和成本的目的。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施方式，本发明的保护范围并不以上述实施方式为限，但凡本领域普通技术人员根据本发明所揭示内容所作的等效修饰或变化，皆应纳入权利要求书中记载的保护范围内。
Claims (2)
1.一种洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂，其特征在于：包括以下组分，以重量百分比计：
聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯嵌段型聚醚2.0％-20.0％；
烷基封端聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型的聚醚2.0％-10.0％；
长链脂肪醇芳基醚0.5％-3.0％；
脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯型聚醚2.0％-15.0％；
异丙醇1.0％-20.0％；
去离子水92.5％-50.0％。
2.根据权利要求1所述的洗碗机漂洗用的催干剂，其特征在于：去离子水中还能加入食用色素、防腐剂。
