本发明公开了一种彩色节能砌块,由水泥、粉煤灰陶粒、炉渣、水、保色剂、着色剂制成,各组分按重量份数计为:水泥97-105、粉煤灰陶粒345-353、炉渣146-155、水38-42、保色剂1、着色剂5.5-8.5。本发明有益于节能利废环保,尤其是具有比重小、强度高、保温好、抗震强、色彩鲜艳持久、不用饰面、易于施工等优点,可直接应用于有色彩要求的建筑物。

技术领域
本发明属建筑材料领域,涉及环保利废新型建材制品,尤其是一种利用粉煤灰陶粒和炉渣生产的彩色节能砌块。
背景技术
利用水泥、砂、石等材料制成的砌块,具有比重过大、保温性能差、色彩单调等缺点,同时,因大量使用砂、石材料也不利于环保。而一般的加气混凝土砌块,具有强度低,收缩率、吸水率过大,与饰面砂浆、粘结砂浆等水泥基材料性能不相配,易导致开裂等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种彩色节能砌块,其各项性能均达国家最新标准,且有益于节能利废环保,尤其是具有比重小、强度高、保温好、抗震强、色彩鲜艳持久,直接应用于建筑物,不用饰面,简化施工程序等优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明彩色节能砌块,由水泥、粉煤灰陶粒、炉渣、水、保色剂、着色剂制成,各组分按重量份数计为:水泥97—105、粉煤灰陶粒345—353、炉渣146—155、水38—42、保色剂1、着色剂5.5-8.5。
其中所述粉煤灰陶粒直径小于10毫米,所述炉渣直径小于10毫米,所述着色剂为氧化铁颜料或铬系列颜料,所述保色剂为MNC-AH,所述水为40度洁净水。
本发明可以根据需要制作成相互间彼此配合的各种规则或不规则形状。
本发明以粉煤灰陶粒和炉渣为主要原料,降低了重量,提高了保温和抗震性能,节能利废环保,可广泛应用于有色彩要求的各种建筑物。
具体实施方式
本发明彩色节能砌块,由425号水泥、粉煤灰陶粒、炉渣、水、保色剂、着色剂制成,各组分按重量份数计为:水泥100、粉煤灰陶粒350、炉渣150、水40、保色剂1、着色剂7。
其中所述粉煤灰陶粒直径小于10毫米,所述炉渣直径小于10毫米,所述着色剂为氧化铁颜料或铬系列颜料,所述保色剂为MNC-AH,所述水为40度洁净水。
将上述原料搅拌均匀,置入模具,压制成型,蒸养8小时或自然养护12小时以上,即得制品。
本发明可以根据需要,通过改变模具的形状从而制作成相互间彼此配合的各种规则或不规则形状。

1、一种彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:它由水泥、粉煤灰陶粒、炉渣、水、保色剂、着色剂制成,各组分按重量份数计为:水泥97—105、粉煤灰陶粒345—353、炉渣146—155、水38—42、保色剂1、着色剂5.5-8.5。
2、根据权利要求1所述的彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:所述粉煤灰陶粒直径小于10毫米。
3、根据权利要求1所述的彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:所述着色剂为氧化铁颜料或铬系列颜料。
4、根据权利要求1所述的彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:所述保色剂为MNC-AH。
5、根据权利要求1所述的彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:所述炉渣直径小于10毫米。
6、根据权利要求1所述的彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:所述水为40度洁净水。
7、一种彩色节能砌块,其特征在于:它具有彼此间相配合的各种规则或不规则形状。
