技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1的前序部分的射频识别(RFID)织物标签。
背景技术
WO 02/093524A公开一种RFID织物标签,其具有安置在载体上并连接到RFID芯片的开式天线(open antenna)。该天线是偶极天线的形式,通过RFID芯片细分为两部分,并用作设计用于超高频或者微波段的工作频率的E场天线。与RFID芯片一起,该E场天线形成不适于近程的应答器。
US 2006/0043198A1描述电容地和电感地耦合RFID芯片到偶极天线(E场天线)以及耦合到环形天线(H场天线)的不同方法。这些方法似乎更不适于用在织物标签中。
发明内容
本发明的目的是改善前面提及类型的RFID织物标签,使其同样适合于短距离。
所述目的通过如权利要求1所述的RFID织物标签实现。
由于该天线具有环,RFID芯片通过熔焊、钎焊或者用导电性胶粘剂粘附接合而直接连接到环的侧面,或者,通过电容地或者电感地耦合间接连接到环的侧面,设置有RFID芯片的天线环用作H场天线,在天线环外部的天线部分用作E场天线,RFID织物标签被提供,其例如通过E场天线覆盖远至10米的远程,例如通过H场天线覆盖小于1米的近程。
例如,H场天线主要响应磁波,而E场天线主要响应电波。磁波关于电波相位偏移。在RFID织物标签的情形下,由RFID芯片和天线组成的应答器一般是被动式应答器,其只有当H波或者E波被施加到其上时才变为主动的。其从也称作束的电磁波获得其用于接收和传输的电能。
RFID织物标签的有利的改进在权利要求2-13中描述。
根据权利要求2,RFID芯片永久地连接到天线环的侧面,提供特别简单的方案。
但是,根据权利要求3,还可能安置RFID芯片在辅助载体上的导体环的末端上,至少所述导体环部分在距天线环短的距离处平行于所述天线环延伸,所述导体环电感耦合到所述天线环。根据权利要求4,还可能安置RFID芯片在辅助载体上的导体环的末端上,导体环至少在两个位置与天线重叠或者交叉,并且在距天线短的距离处与天线平行地延伸,并电感耦合到天线。
根据权利要求5,另一可能性是,天线环与天线的其它部分分离并连接到其它RFID芯片。
织物载体是织物片状结构的形式,天线紧固到该结构。为了该目的,天线可以通过利用缝纫或者缝合的方法施加到织物片状结构,例如根据权利要求9,或者,可以以导电油墨的形式印刷上,例如,根据权利要求13。但是,如果天线结合在片状结构中,如权利要求6所述,其更加有利,这能够例如通过将其针织到针织品中而实行,如权利要求7所述。但是,根据实施例,织物片状结构是编织品,在编织品的生产过程中,天线在织机上编织到编织品中,如权利要求8所述,是特别有利的。
如果当安置芯片和导体环时使用辅助载体,辅助载体可以由塑料组成,如权利要求10所述。
根据权利要求11,天线可以由金属线形成。但是,根据权利要求12,还可能由导电涂覆聚合物线形成。

具体实施方式
图1和2示出具有织物载体2的RFID织物标签的第一示例性实施例,织物载体2由编织物制成,开式天线4以曲折的方式织入到编织物中。RFID芯片12通过连接基座14紧固到天线的环6的侧面8、10,天线的环6在中心区域中,也就是说,在天线的一半长度处单独出来。连接基座14通过例如熔接、钎焊或者通过导电性胶粘剂连接15到天线4。天线环6形成用于近程的H场天线,天线部分16,18位于天线环6的外面,用作用于远程的E场天线。
图3示出原理上类似于图1和图2地构造的另一RFID织物标签,但是天线4a的天线环6a通过中断部20,22与天线部分16a,18a分开。RFID芯片24连接到天线部分16a,18a,并通过E场覆盖远程。天线环6a的末端连接到RFID芯片12a,其响应近程H。
图4和5示出第三RFID织物标签,类似于前面的例子,其具有载体2,天线4b以曲折的方式安置在载体2中,所述天线顺次细分为用于远程E的天线部分16b,18b和用于近程H的单独出来的天线环6b。在该例子中,RFID芯片12b并不直接连接到天线4b,而是以感应的方式间接连接。为了该目的,RFID芯片12b安置在辅助载体26上,辅助载体26也具有导体环28,导体环28大致平行于天线环6b延伸。RFID芯片12b在导体环28的末端30,32通过其连接基座14连接。承载RFID芯片12b的辅助载体例如通过粘附连接或者编织到载体2上的织物袋连接到载体2,以使得导体环28平行于天线环6b,并且距天线环6b在短距离处,结果,天线4b接收到的能量感应地传输到导体环28,并在RFID芯片12b中变得有效。这都施加到E场波和H场波。
作为对根据图4和5的实施例的替代,导体环可以与天线环重叠或者交叉至少两次,并且在距天线环一定距离至少部分地平行于天线环延伸。
处于相同频率或者不同频率并且在例如1-2500MHz的范围内的波,也就是束,能够用近程H和远程E。在本发明中,重要的是,用于近程H的天线,其例如小于1米,实质上响应波的磁部分。用于远程E的天线,其例如延伸远至10米以用于被动式应答器,实质上响应关于磁部分相位偏移的波或者束的电部分。

Claims (13)

1.一种具有开式天线(4,4a,4b)的RFID织物标签,所述开式天线(4,4a,4b)安置在织物载体(2)上并在中心区域连接到RFID芯片(12,12a,12b,24),其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)在中心区域具有环(6,6a,6b),所述RFID芯片(12,12a,12b)连接到所述环(6,6a,6b)的侧面(8,10),设置有所述RFID芯片的所述天线环(6,6a,6b)用作H场天线,天线部分(16,16a,16b,18,18a,18b)位于所述天线环外面并用作E场天线。
2.如权利要求1所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述RFID芯片(12,12a)优选地通过熔接、钎焊或者用导电性胶粘剂粘附连接而永久地连接到所述天线环(6,6a)的侧面(8,10)。
3.如权利要求1所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述RFID芯片(12b)安置在具有所述导体环的辅助载体(26)上的导体环(28)的末端(30,32),并且至少部分所述导体环(28)在距所述天线环(6b)短距离处平行于所述天线环(6b)延伸,并且所述导体环电感耦合到所述天线环。
4.如权利要求1所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述RFID芯片(12b)安置在具有所述导体环的辅助载体(26)上的导体环(28)的末端(30,32)处,并且所述导体环(28)与所述天线(4,4a,4b)在至少两个位置重叠或者交叉,并且在距所述天线一定距离处部分地平行于所述天线延伸,并且所述导体环和所述天线彼此电感耦合。
5.如权利要求1所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线环(6a)与所述天线的剩余部分分开,并连接到另一RFID芯片(24)。
6.如权利要求1-5之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)结合在所述织物载体中。
7.如权利要求1-6之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述织物载体是编织物或者针织物。
8.如权利要求7所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线在所述编织物的生产过程中在织机上伴随地编织。
9.如权利要求1-6之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)通过缝合施加到所述载体。
10.如权利要求3所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述导体环(28)和所述RFID芯片(12b)安置在塑料辅助载体(26)上。
11.如权利要求1-10之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)具有金属线。
12.如权利要求1-10之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)具有导电涂覆聚合物线。
13.如权利要求1-10之任一所述的RFID织物标签,其特征在于,所述天线(4,4a,4b)通过印刷在导电油墨上而安置在所述织物载体上。
