技术领域
本发明一般涉及套筒轴承,特别是涉及具有自润滑内轴颈轴承部和用于减小冲击载荷的外弹性体部的套筒轴承,例如用于车辆悬架系统的套筒轴承。
背景技术
各车辆悬架元件一同运行来提供各种功能,例如保持适当的乘车高度,保持车轮定位,支撑车辆重量,保持轮胎与地面的接触,控制车辆的行进方向,并通过减小冲击载荷来提供平稳行驶。这些元件中的部分元件通过套筒轴承连接在一起以便实现其间的相对运动。通常,将套筒轴承制成具有由橡胶或乙烷构造的外部和由润滑轴颈轴承材料构造的内部。所述外部提供所需的阻尼特性,而内部则减小连接元件之间的摩擦从而允许这些连接元件在使用过程中进行相对运动。
已知构造套筒轴承组件例如以上所述的元件的方法是先针织所述内部,再将外部注塑成型于该内部周围。已知内部是由纱线组分针织而成的,该纱线组分包括润滑纱线材料,例如聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,简称PTFE)纤维,和建筑纱线材料,例如聚酯纤维。这两种纱线针织在一起,使得PTFE顺着聚酯的图案。针织所述内部时,将其在特大型心轴上拉紧,以避免纤维产生圆周方向松弛,然后将该内部置于模腔内,再将所述外部注塑成型于该内部周围。
虽然根据上述方法构造的套筒轴承组件在使用时通常都是有效果的,但仍能够对其进行一些改进。例如,假使PTFE顺着聚酯的针织图案,那么制造过程中所针织的套筒轴承组件采用了不产生效果的PTFE。其结果是,已确定每次旋转中采用约三匝PTFE,因此仅需要百分之三十的PTFE来提供轴承表面,而其余百分之七十的PTFE纱线是不必用作轴承表面的。如果PTFE是套筒中最昂贵的纤维,那么这一点最终导致了成本浪费。进一步地,由此所产生的针织内部典型地允许所注入的熔融橡胶穿过针织纱线进入套筒的轴承表面区域。这种状况的发生,部分由于需要将纤维在心轴上拉紧来去除纤维松弛,也因为针织纱线不能提供足够紧密的结构来防止橡胶穿透。同样地,降低套筒效力的整体摩擦力减小。此外,在将橡胶注塑成型于已知针织套筒中时,结合于针织部外表面的橡胶会引起针织部进一步沿圆周伸长,从而导致针织部产生折痕。这种情况发生时,产品就废弃了。最后,在注塑成型过程中,心轴因暴露于熔融橡胶所带来的热中而变得越来越热,因此对于操作者将所述内部在心轴表面拉紧提出了挑战。照这样,操作者通常戴着耐热手套,因此令该过程更为复杂。
根据本发明制造的套筒轴承组件克服或大大最小化了现有技术的任何限制,例如以上所描述的各种限制。
发明内容
一种套筒轴承组件,包括:由多条纱线构造的内部,以提供大致圆柱状的轴颈轴承表面,用于接收在其中相对移动的轴颈和至少部分注塑成型于所述内部周围的弹性外部。所述多条纱线与至少部分所述纱线机织在一起,该至少部分所述纱线相应所述轴颈轴承表面的长度经向机织,相应所述轴颈轴承表面的圆周方向纬向机织,以形成所述内部的衬底。所述多条纱线中的至少一条纱线被提供作为与所述衬底在纬向上机织的自润滑纱线,从而充分形成相对所述衬底径向向内的所述轴承表面。
根据本发明的另一方面,提供一种构造套筒轴承组件的方法,该套筒轴承组件具有设有轴颈轴承表面的圆柱状内部和至少部分在所述内部周围延伸的外部。该方法包括通过机织沿相应所述轴颈轴承表面的长度的经向延伸的纱线和沿相应所述轴颈轴承表面的圆周方向的纬向延伸的纱线来构造所述内部的衬底。该方法还包括将一纬向延伸的自润滑纱线与所述衬底机织从而充分形成所述轴承表面。进一步地,将所述内部设置于模腔中并采用至少部分位于所述内部周围的弹性体材料注塑成型所述外部,以将所述外部结合至所述内部。
根据本发明制造的套筒轴承组件提供了一均匀的自润滑轴承表面,减小了相对收容于其中的轴承的摩擦,提供了充分连续的自润滑轴承表面,减小了加工过程中产生废弃产品的潜在可能性,提高了制造效率,降低了与制造该组件有关的整体成本,将对昂贵轴承表面材料的使用降至最少化,将与轴颈接触的总轴承表面材料的百分比最大化,提高了制造效率并降低了劳动复杂程度,延长了该套筒轴承组件的使用寿命。

如图2所示,内部12的一当前较佳实施例由第一和第二纱线16、18机织而成,该第一、第二纱线16、18分别为聚酯和PTFE。可在各种圆型织机形式上机织纱线16、18,例如在织机产品圆织机(图未示)上、狭幅针织机(图未示,该方法要求沿套筒长度采用一致的针缝合来连接相对边,由此沿内部12的长度方向上产生一些微直立的接缝口)上、或者曼达耳AS圆织机(图未示)上。在经向(如图2所示的纸张的内外)和纬向上机织聚酯纱线16以形成衬底21,而PTFE纱线18仅用于纬向上以充分形成轴承表面20。如上所提及的,衬底21的聚酯纱线16主要起到结构上支撑PTFE纱线18的作用,并有助于产生一熔融弹性体材料进入轴承表面区域的屏障。聚酯纱线16在此表现为,例如机织形成2:1纬面斜纹图案,从而形成衬底21,以便聚酯纱线16在经过一条聚酯经向纱线16下方之前可提供跨越两个聚酯经向纱线16的跳花22。另外,如图3所示,另一种当前较佳实施例包括机织聚酯经向和纬向纱线16形成的平坦织纹图案,以形成衬底21,有时也作为平纹织纹图案供参考。这种图案,一般期望作为最基础的织纹图案,具有跨过一条聚酯经向纱线16上方再经过下一条聚酯经向纱线16下方的聚酯纬向纱线16,等等。此外,图3中的实施例与将要进一步讨论的图2相同。
返回图2,PTFE纱线18与衬底21一起机织,其中PTFE纱线18仅在纬向上延伸。PTFE纱线18机织为棉缎织纹图案,也就是纬面织纹图案。因此,PTFE纱线18穿过衬底21的四条或更多条经向聚酯纱线16的下方来提供跳花24,在此通过举例来进行描述并没有任何限制,如跨过一聚酯经向纱线16上方之前从五条聚酯经向纱线16下方穿过。为了提供更为光滑的内轴承表面20,优选在每次回转中移动四条PTFE纱线纤维18来机织棉缎织纹。机织PTFE棉缎织纹的结果是,约百分之八十或更多的PTFE纱线18呈现在轴承表面20上,轴承表面20的其他部分则由衬底21的聚酯经向纱线16来提供。
在图4和图5中,展示了内部12另外的几个当前较佳实施例,其中这些实施例分别与图2和图3所示的实施例类似。图4和图5中的实施例的显著不同是由于衬底21的经向纱线26在提供作为PTFE纱线18的纬向PTFE纱线18的跳花24之间延伸,且衬底21其他经向纱线保持为聚酯纱线16,如在先讨论的实施例所示。因此,衬底21沿纬向纱线18精选的经向纱线26作为连续、不中断PTFE纱线18层提供了整个轴向表面20,从而最小化轴承表面20与轴颈表面之间的摩擦。
如图6所示,在采用当前较佳的机织上述套筒轴承组件的方法之一来机织内部12的基础上,执行其他步骤来构造该套筒轴承组件10。得到的内部12优选设置于适合尺寸的心轴上,该心轴的外径优选接近于制成的内部12的内径;然后将内部12放置于注塑成型设备的模腔内。由此,已知内部12无法在圆周方向上显著拉伸,本发明可最小化将内部12设于心轴上所需的工作量。然后,通过将所需弹性材料,例如橡胶,在压力下注入模腔且至少部分围绕所述内部12的外表面28周围,来形成外部14。可允许外部14冷却至预定温度和/或冷却一预定时间段,然后将得到的套筒轴承组件10从模腔中取出。
如上所述内部12通过机织形成,模腔中的熔融材料无法穿过紧密机织的纱线16、18进入轴承表面20区域。机织衬底21进一步阻止熔融材料穿入轴承表面20区域,因此,PTFE纱线18形成轴承表面20不会由于外部材料存在于轴承表面20而带来任何不必要的摩擦静态和/或动态系数的增加。此外,衬底21和轴承表面20的织纹图案提供了沿圆周方向围绕内部12的纬向纱线16、18,以提供相对较高的环向强度,从而解决了前述提到的注塑成型过程中内部12中会形成折痕的问题。因此,本发明能够将产品废弃率降至最低,同时,衬底21的平纹或斜纹机织结构为在使用时将润滑轴承表面20保持在所需的彼此紧密抵触关系提供了框架,从而延长了套筒轴承组件10的使用寿命。
可以理解,在此,可将能够实现同样功能的本发明其他实施例结合在本发明的范围内。同样可以理解,套筒轴承组件可加工为各种形状和尺寸,并用于各种应用场合和工业领域,而并不限于以上所提及处,本发明由本申请或任何相关申请所公布的权利要求所界定。

Claims (20)

1、一种套筒轴承组件,包括:
由多条纱线构造的内部,以提供大致圆柱状的轴颈轴承表面,用于容置在其中相对移动的轴颈;
至少部分注塑成型于所述内部周围的弹性外部;以及
所述多条纱线与至少部分所述纱线机织在一起,该至少部分所述纱线相应所述轴颈轴承表面的长度经向机织,相应所述轴颈轴承表面的圆周方向纬向机织,以形成衬底,所述多条纱线中的至少一条纱线被提供作为与所述衬底在纬向上机织的自润滑纱线,从而充分形成所述轴承表面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述自润滑纱线机织为纬向棉缎图案。
3、根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,在圆周方向上彼此相邻的跳花之间,所述自润滑纱线在经向机织的所述衬底的至少四条所述纱线下跨过,并从经向机织的所述衬底的一条所述纱线上跨过,所述衬底的该纱线中的一条被提供作为自润滑纱线。
4、根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底机织为纬向斜纹图案。
5、根据权利要求4所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底采用聚酯纱线机织。
6、根据权利要求4所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底的所述纬向纱线中被选的纬向纱线被提供作为自润滑纱线。
7、根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底机织为平纹织纹图案。
8、根据权利要求7所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底采用聚酯纱线机织。
9、根据权利要求7所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述衬底的所述纬向纱线中被选的纬向纱线被提供作为自润滑纱线。
10、根据权利要求1所述的套筒组件,其特征在于,所述自润滑纱线是PTFE。
11、一种构造套筒轴承组件的方法,该套筒轴承组件具有设轴颈轴承表面的大致圆柱状内部和至少部分在所述内部周围延伸的外部,该方法包括:
通过机织沿相应所述轴颈轴承表面的长度经向延伸的纱线和沿相应所述轴颈轴承表面的圆周方向纬向延伸的纱线来构造所述内部的衬底,并将一纬向延伸的自润滑纱线与所述衬底机织从而充分形成所述轴承表面;
将所述内部设置于模腔中,以及
采用至少部分位于所述内部周围的弹性体材料注塑成型所述外部,以将所述外部结合至所述内部。
12、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将所述自润滑纱线机织为纬向棉缎图案。
13、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括,提供所述自润滑纱线的跳花,在圆周方向上彼此相邻的跳花之间,该自润滑纱线经过经向延伸的所述衬底的至少四条所述纱线的下方,并经过经向延伸的所述衬底的一条所述纱线的上方。
14、根据权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:提供所述经向延伸的所述衬底的一条所述纱线作为自润滑纱线。
15、根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:提供所述自润滑纱线作为PTFE。
16、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将所述衬底机织为纬向斜纹图案。
17、根据权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括,完全采用聚酯复丝纱机织所述衬底。
18、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:将所述衬底机织为平纹织纹图案。
19、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:在圆织机上机织所述内部。
20、根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,进一步包括:在狭幅针织机上机织所述内部。
