本发明涉及一种发泡碳灰节能保温材料及其生产工艺,其特征在于:包括呈蜂窝状的格栅框架和纸质底板构成经耐火溶液浸泡的纸质骨架,所述蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室内填充有由发泡剂经高温发泡碳化膨胀后制成的保温质材,该保温材料设计合理,具有重量轻、成本低,施工方便等。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种保温材料,特别涉及一种发泡碳灰节能保温材料及其生产工艺。
背景技术:
建设部2005年6月10日召开的北方十四省、市建筑节能座谈会上提出:到了2010年,全国城镇建筑总能耗实现建筑节能50%;到2020年,北方和沿海经济发达地区和特大城市实现建筑节能65%的目标,绝大部分既有建筑完成节能改造。
外墙保温材料技术在施工和应用方面较多采用的是聚苯板和墙体一次性浇注成型和聚苯颗粒保温料浆建筑外墙外保温形式。这种建筑外墙保温技术施工方便,但质量难以控制,很多工程难以达到建筑节能规定的标准要求。另外,混凝土结构裂缝的控制是边缘学科,是系统工程,在国内很多地方建筑墙体开裂的问题一时还难以解决。为了减少多数建筑外墙保温施工项目中因保温材料和涂料厂家分开施工,出现工程质量问题时互相推诿、牵扯不清的现象,外墙保温材料行业发展的方向将是外墙保温材料和饰面层涂料要实现统一的有机结合。外挂外墙复合保温板技术可减少墙体本身问题对外保温效果的影响,且外墙保温材料可实现生产工厂化、产品结构化、质量标准化、组合多样化等优点,是建筑外墙保温的发展方向。但是外挂外墙复合保温板重量较大,成本高,施工不便,制约着墙体保温行业的发展。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种发泡碳灰节能保温材料,及该保温材料的生产工艺,该保温材料设计合理,具有重量轻、成本低,施工方便等优点。
本发明发泡碳灰节能保温材料,其特征在于:包括呈蜂窝状的格栅框架和纸质底板构成经耐火溶液浸泡的纸质骨架,所述蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室内填充有由发泡剂经高温发泡碳化膨胀后制成的保温质材。
本发明发泡碳灰节能保温材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:预制呈蜂窝状的格栅框架和纸质底板构成的纸质骨架,将纸质骨架浸泡在耐火溶液中以使纸质骨架的耐火温度达1000摄氏度以上,在纸质骨架蜂窝状格栅框架的容室内浸泡发泡剂,浸泡的发泡剂经高温发泡碳化,膨胀充满蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室,从而制成保温质材。
本发明发泡碳灰节能保温材料由纸质骨架制成框体,经耐火溶液浸透该纸质骨架,使纸质骨架具有1000摄氏度以上的耐火性,在蜂窝状格栅框架的容室内浸泡发泡剂,浸泡的发泡剂经高温发泡碳化,膨胀充满蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室,由于发泡剂经过高温发泡碳化膨胀后体积变大,具有保温、隔热、隔音等效果,且具有重量轻、成本低,施工方便等显著优点。

具体实施方式:
本发明发泡碳灰节能保温材料,包括呈蜂窝状的格栅框架1和纸质底板2构成经耐火溶液浸泡的纸质骨架3,蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室4内填充有由发泡剂5经高温发泡碳化膨胀后制成的保温质材。
上述耐火溶液为耐火胶,发泡剂为橡胶发泡剂、水泥发泡剂、混凝土发泡剂、塑料发泡剂、聚氨酯发泡剂。
本发明发泡碳灰节能保温材料的生产工艺如下,预制呈蜂窝状的格栅框架1和纸质底板2构成的纸质骨架3,将纸质骨架3浸泡在耐火胶中以使纸质骨架的耐火温度达1000摄氏度以上,在纸质骨架3蜂窝状格栅框架的容室4内浸泡发泡剂5,浸泡的发泡剂经高温发泡碳化,膨胀充满蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室,从而制成保温质材。
上述耐火溶液为耐火胶,发泡剂为橡胶发泡剂、水泥发泡剂、混凝土发泡剂、塑料发泡剂、聚氨酯发泡剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种发泡碳灰节能保温材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:预制呈蜂窝状的格栅框架和纸质底板构成的纸质骨架,将纸质骨架浸泡在耐火溶液中以使纸质骨架的耐火温度达1000摄氏度以上,在纸质骨架蜂窝状格栅框架的容室内浸泡发泡剂,浸泡的发泡剂经高温发泡碳化,膨胀充满蜂窝状格栅框架的各容室,从而制成保温质材,所述发泡剂为橡胶发泡剂、水泥发泡剂、混凝土发泡剂、塑料发泡剂或聚氨酯发泡剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发泡碳灰节能保温材料的生产工艺,其特征在于:所述耐火溶液为耐火胶。
