本发明属于食品技术领域，是一种含有竹叶黄酮提取物和叶黄素的植物饮料。该植物饮料每千克含有竹叶黄酮提取物100－500mg，叶黄素6－50mg，牛磺酸100－300mg，白砂糖10－30g，余量为水。该饮料为植物饮料，具有清痰止咳、提高视力、抗氧化、抗疲劳的作用，同时带有典型的竹叶清香。

背景技术
饮料是食品行业中最活跃的子行业之一，随着人们健康意识的不断提高，人们对饮料的要求不仅仅是清凉解渴，而且是一种营养保健食品，将天然植物提取物添加到饮料中去，满足了人们对饮料的健康需求。竹叶在我国具有悠久的药用和食用历史，是中医一味著名的清热解毒药。现代研究表明竹叶中含有的黄酮具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗疲劳，降血脂等功效。叶黄素是供万寿菊中提取出的天然色素，是人体视网膜中不可缺少的一种物质，而且人体无法自身合成，补充叶黄素有助于改善视力。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种可以改善视力的植物饮料，在清凉可口之余，提高视力，解除疲劳，促进了人体健康。
本发明是这样实现的：每千克饮料中竹叶黄酮提取物为100-500mg，叶黄素6-50mg，牛磺酸100-300mg，余量为水。具体制备工艺如下：按配方重量将竹叶黄酮提取物，叶黄素和牛磺酸依次溶解纯净水中，加热搅拌，脱气，均质，灭菌，罐装。
具体实施方式
实例一分别称取竹叶黄酮提取物100mg，叶黄素6mg，牛磺酸100mg和白砂糖10g，依次溶解于纯净水1000g中，加热搅拌，脱气，均质，灭菌，罐装。
实例二分别称取竹叶黄酮提取物300mg，叶黄素20mg，牛磺酸150mg和白砂糖15g，依次溶解于纯净水1000g中，加热搅拌，脱气，均质，灭菌，罐装。
实例三分别称取竹叶黄酮提取物500mg，叶黄素50mg，牛磺酸300mg和白砂糖30g，依次溶解于纯净水1000g中，加热搅拌，脱气，均质，灭菌，罐装。
Claims (2)
1.一种含有竹叶黄酮提取物和叶黄素的植物饮料，其特征在于每千克该饮料含竹叶黄酮提取物100-500mg，叶黄素6-50mg，牛磺酸100-300mg，白砂糖10-30g，余量为水。
2.按照权利要求1所述的含有竹叶黄酮提取物和叶黄素的植物饮料，其特征在于最佳配比为每千克该饮料含竹叶黄酮提取物300mg，叶黄素20mg，牛磺酸150mg，白砂糖15g，余量为水。
