Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及根据权利要求1前序部分的地下卡车的翻斗车身的机械后挡板。本发明还涉及具有这种机械后挡板的翻斗车身。
背景技术
为了能够倾卸地下卡车的翻斗车身,例如,翻斗车身设置有适合于在关闭和打开位置之间移动的受控后挡板。
翻斗车身可以枢转或固定地布置在地下卡车上。当翻斗车身固定地布置在地下卡车上时,通常所说的排出装置挡板位于翻斗车身的前端并且适合于在受控后挡板处于其打开位置时将货物从翻斗车身卸下。
特别地,在一种设置有固定翻斗车身和用于在具有低顶棚高度的区域(在该区域,不能使用可枢转翻斗车身)卸货的地下卡车,通常所说的弹射式系统(teletram)上,当后挡板打开以卸载矿石时,受控后挡板朝向后轮单元向下移动。
当上述类型的弹射式系统的受控后挡板打开时,出现以下问题,即,用于打开受控后挡板的有效运动距离受到限制,也就是说,从地面到翻斗车身底部的高度受到限制。这导致可以装在翻斗车身上的货物/矿石受限于受控后挡板的高度。翻斗车身的侧壁通常高于处于关闭位置的受控后挡板的高度。因此,翻斗车身的侧壁后部通常朝向受控后挡板的上缘向后倾斜,从而形成不能装载货物的死角。
在已知弹射式系统上减少这种问题的方法在于设计圆弧形式的受控后挡板,让弧形的受控后挡板下部的一部分在弹射式系统的后轮单元之间进行圆形运动。这样,有可能增大受控后挡板的高度,从而提高翻斗车身的承载能力。然而,后挡板高度仍然低于翻斗车身侧壁的高度。
因此,人们希望优选地通过增大后挡板高度来提高翻斗车身的承载能力,从而使翻斗车身侧壁可以在其整个长度上具有相同的高度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于消除或至少减少现有技术的问题和布置机械后挡板,由此可以提高翻斗车身的承载能力。
根据本发明,这一目的通过具有权利要求1特征部分的上述类型的机械后挡板实现。

优选实施方式
图1显示了用于地下卡车/弹射式系统的翻斗车身1,其一方面设置已知的受控后挡板2,另一方面设置根据本发明的机械后挡板3。机械后挡板是指非受控后挡板,即,挡板布置成通过后挡板3上的载荷在所述载荷由(适当的情况下)排出装置挡板10倾卸时施加的作用力抬起,并且通过重力返回其关闭位置。受控后挡板是指利用某些工具或装置根据需要打开和关闭的后挡板。
虽然发明对象在下面的描述中称作机械后挡板,应当注意的是,所述后挡板还可以通过例如一个或多个液压缸或通过用于打开和关闭后挡板的其它工具进行控制,如下文更详细描述的那样。
机械后挡板3包括基本竖向后挡板片4和两个基本水平提升臂5、侧壁以及必要的加固和紧固装置以在提升臂5处加固、固定和安装后挡板片4。根据本发明,提升臂5或者后挡板片4通过适当的铰接装置9枢转布置在翻斗车身1上,所述铰接装置优选地布置在翻斗车身1的侧壁处并靠近其后部上边缘。在优选实施例中,提升臂5枢转布置在翻斗车身1上。在后挡板片4枢转布置的情况下,提升臂5形成翻斗车身1的侧壁后部的延伸部。
如技术人员已知,受控后挡板2通过用于打开和关闭受控后挡板的托架6枢转连接到翻斗车身1的侧壁上。如已知的那样,受控后挡板2的打开和关闭优选地通过至少如液压缸7的装置7完成。
在图1中,机械后挡板3的打开位置,即,弹射式系统的卸载位置例如以点划线表示。当倾卸设置有根据本发明的机械后挡板3的弹射式系统时,受控后挡板2首先降下,并且排出装置挡板10将载荷推出翻斗车身。由排出装置挡板作用在载荷上的作用力根据其高度提升和打开机械后挡板,当载荷不再对后挡板起作用时,机械后挡板将通过重力回落到其关闭的原始位置。在这个位置,机械后挡板3的凸缘靠在翻斗车身1的相应侧边上。
从图2可以推断出,翻斗车身1设计成使翻斗车身的下部位于一个或多个车轮单元8之间,受控后挡板2设计成匹配翻斗车身的形状,是指后挡板2的下部在其卸载位置适合于位于后轮单元8之间。参见图1。
图3详细显示了处于关闭位置的机械后挡板3和受控后挡板2。在本发明的优选实施例中,后挡板片4和受控后挡板2以这样的方式彼此重叠,使得从翻斗车身的后方观察,后挡板片4的下边缘位于受控后挡板2的上边缘以内。优选地,受控后挡板2的上边缘靠在后挡板片4上,并与后挡板片的下边缘向上隔开很短的距离。尤其是在机械后挡板设置有启闭装置的情况下,可以使用机械后挡板3的其它夹紧机构。这些启闭装置的形式可以为液压缸或例如杆(未显示),所述杆布置成在受控后挡板2的托架6和机械后挡板3的提升臂5之间或后挡板片4上操作。
利用根据本发明的机械后挡板3,有可能装满死角,否则,该死角将由于翻斗车身1的侧壁后端朝向受控后挡板2倾斜而产生。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于地下卡车的翻斗车身(1)的机械后挡板(3),所述机械后挡板的目的在于提高翻斗车身的承载能力,该机械后挡板枢转布置在打开位置和关闭位置之间,包括连接在两个提升臂(5)上的后挡板片(4),所述提升臂枢转布置到翻斗车身(1)上,翻斗车身(1)还包括布置成在翻斗车身的打开和关闭位置之间受到控制的受控后挡板(2),受控后挡板(2)的打开和关闭运动以圆形运动方式进行,其特征在于,在机械后挡板(3)和受控后挡板(2)的关闭位置,后挡板片(4)和受控后挡板(2)布置成在位置上彼此重叠,使得后挡板片(4)的下边缘位于受控后挡板(2)的上边缘以内,以朝向受控后挡板(2)锁定后挡板片(4)。

5.如权利要求1所述的机械后挡板,其特征在于,地下卡车为弹射式系统。
6.一种地下卡车的翻斗车身,其特征在于,所述翻斗车身设置有根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的机械后挡板。
