Abstract
本发明的目的提供一种耐高温胶粘剂,由树脂和无机填料组成,在于采用有机硅聚合物改性酚醛树脂,然后添加氧化锌(ZnO),二氧化钛(TiO2)等进行填充,组成的中温固化胶粘剂,这样胶黏剂在高温使用过程中,不仅可以与无机填料发生缩合,而且酚醛树脂也可以与氧化锌(ZnO),二氧化钛(TiO2)等无机材料发生化学反应,形成碳化金属材料,达到耐高温的目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种胶粘剂,尤其是高压电容的胶粘剂。
背景技术
目前的高压电容的胶粘剂一般是酚醛树脂和无机填料组成,这样在高温度下则烧结成硅酸盐,达到瞬间耐高温的目的。但普遍存在粘接剂韧性极差,固化温度高,这样持久性能和可靠性能就比较低,只能用于非结构密封,无法满足长期储存或者短期使用过程中耐振动和耐疲劳等性能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的提供一种耐高温、持久性强的胶粘剂。
一种耐高温胶粘剂,由树脂和无机填料组成,其特征在于采用有机硅聚合物改性酚醛树脂,然后添加氧化锌(ZnO2),二氧化钛(TiO2)等进行填充,组成的中温固化胶粘剂。
这样胶黏剂在高温使用过程中,不仅可以与无机填料发生缩合,而且酚醛树脂也可以与氧化锌(ZnO2),二氧化钛(TiO2)等无机材料发生化学反应,形成碳化金属材料,达到耐高温的目的。
具体实施方式
具体实施过程中,首先将有机硅聚合物中加入少量氧化钙和蒸馏水,100℃反应1h后水洗至中性,再加入酚醛、甲醛、和催化剂,于100℃反应8h后,减压脱水除去小分子和副产物,的粘稠状液体“热固性有机硅改性酚醛树脂。
最后取一定质量的有机硅改性酚醛树脂,按比例加人氧化锌(ZnO2),二氧化钛(TiO2)等无机材料,少量丙酮稀释,高速搅拌(7000r/min)20min,使无机材料充分分散,然后置于130℃烘箱中1h,使偶联剂充分与酚醛树脂和纳米TiO2反应。冷却后,加人丁睛-40和固化剂,搅拌均匀,制的有机硅改性酚醛树脂复合胶黏剂。
实例:采用有机硅聚合物改性酚醛树脂,然后添加3%的氧化锌(ZnO2),7%二氧化钛(TiO2)组成胶粘剂,这样能耐500度高温,韧性也所增加。

1.一种耐高温胶粘剂,由树脂和无机填料组成,其特征在于采用有机硅聚合物改性酚醛树脂,然后添加氧化锌(ZnO2),二氧化钛(TiO2)等进行填充,组成的中温固化胶粘剂。
