Abstract

本发明公开了一种大直径高速树脂切割片和重负荷树脂砂轮的制作方法,改进之处在于坯件的压制在压力为32000~72000KN的压机上进行,压制时间5~120min。压制温度优选40~180℃,对于大直径高速树脂切割片压制时间最好5~20min,对于重负荷树脂砂轮压制时间最好30~120min,可采用多套分层放置模具方式进行压制,每次压制3~20片。本发明的制作方法大幅度提高压制压力,并配以合适的压制时间、温度,增强了物料在压制过程中的流动、相融和聚合性能,加大了产品密度和回转强度,从而有效提高其切削性能和使用寿命,并能提高生产效率,保证质量稳定。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于钢材高温高速切割的大直径高速树脂切割片和用于钢材重负荷磨削的重负荷树脂砂轮的制作方法。
背景技术
直径在1250~1800mm之间,使用线速度在80~120m/s之间即大直径高速树脂切割片和重负荷树脂砂轮由于其特殊的工作状况,对产品的成型密度和回转强度,有着非常高的要求。该类产品现有的制作方法中的压制过程是在压力为16000~31000KN的压机上完成的,压制温度为常温,并且采用单套模具操作,即一次只能压制一片砂轮坯件。由此方法制成的切割片和砂轮,成型密度在2.1g/cm3以下,回转强度难以达到工作要求,使用寿命较短,通常一片切割片只能切割60~85吨直径60mm的棒材,同时现有制作方法生产效率也较低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能提高产品成型密度和回转强度,保证使用性能,并且提高生产效率,稳定产品质量的大直径高速树脂切割片和重负荷树脂砂轮的制作方法。
本发明的技术方案是:大直径高速树脂切割片和重负荷树脂砂轮的制作方法,包括对坯件的压制和固化,改进之处是:所述坯件的压制在压力为32000~72000KN的压机上进行,压制时间5~120min。
进一步的方案是:所述坯件压制时的优选压制温度为40~180℃,采用均匀分布在压头上的电加热管加热,并由温控器控制温度,该温度可根据产品的品种和规格预先设定。
对于大直径高速树脂切割片的制作,压制时间为5~20min,因为切割片厚度小,压制时间可以较短,压制时可以单片或多片一次成型。
对于重负荷树脂砂轮的制作,采用多套分层放置模具的方式进行压制,压制时间为30~120min,每次压制3~20片,由于压机工作台面大,而该砂轮直径相对较小,可以一层同时放置3~5套模具(每套模具中一片砂轮),一次成型,或者上下重叠2~4层,各层间由压头隔开,这样最多一次成型20片。由于该砂轮厚度较大,压制时间也要相应较长。
本发明中对切割片和砂轮坯件的压制突破了树脂类砂轮压制的常规措施,大幅度提高压制压力,并配以合适的压制时间,大大增强了产品中磨料与树脂结合剂及纤维网之间的聚合性,其成型密度从现有的2.1g/cm3提高到2.4g/cm3,回转强度在原有基础上提高到1.1~1.3倍,完全满足高速切割和重负荷磨削加工的要求,而且大压力压制后产品的反弹变化很小,厚度和平整度得到保证,尤其对于大直径切割片,控制了产品的厚度尺寸,也就能降低切割过程中钢材的损耗。采用大压力压制,还能降低产品中树脂的含量,有利于降低生产成本,提高产品的切削性能。本发明中优选压制温度为40~180℃,可根据产品的品种和规格预先设定并有效控制,能进一步增强物料在压制过程中的流动、相融和聚合性能,提高产品质量。对于重负荷树脂砂轮,采用多套分层放置模具的方式进行压制,不仅提高了生产效率,也能进一步保证产品质量稳定。
