自钻孔螺钉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自钻孔螺钉。
背景技术
旨在拧入到木料或类似物料中的螺钉常常被构造成自钻孔螺钉的形式,以便不再需要为这些螺钉预先钻出螺丝孔。为实现上述目的,存在具有滚压尖端的螺钉,其中所述螺钉的远端于是具有锥形尖梢,所述螺钉的螺纹自始至终都被滚压出达到螺钉尖端附近。
还存在具有被构造成类似于钻头尖端的冷压成型尖端的自钻孔螺钉。这些螺钉因此包括一对具有例如大小为118°的夹角的冷压成型切削刃。
还已公知具有伸出超过刮除边缘的对中尖端的木螺钉。然而,这些螺钉旨在用于刮除目的,而不是用于钻孔目的(参见DE 50995)。
对于例如那些用于建造露台的非常硬质的木料而言,已经发现:由于相关木料硬度的原因,使得那些长期以来使用的自钻孔螺钉产生了不令人满意的结果。
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:设计出一种自钻孔螺钉,所述自钻孔螺钉能够便利地、快速地穿透即便是非常硬质的木料,并且所述自钻孔螺钉因此可以便利地且快速地拧入到即便是非常硬质的木料中。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出了一种具有如权利要求1所述的那些技术特征的自钻孔螺钉。从属权利要求中提供了本发明的其它优选技术方案。
由此,所述螺钉包括切削尖端,所述切削尖端具有一对切削刃,所述切削刃大体上正交于所述螺钉的纵向轴线。换言之,所述螺钉的顶锥角为大约180°。
在对本发明的详细描述中,由于所述螺钉的切削刃不再形成真正锐利的尖端,因此所述螺钉的尖端,即其远端,可以具有伸出超过其切削刃的对中尖端。该对中尖端旨在当开始进行钻孔时防止螺钉侧向跑偏。
在对本发明的详细描述中,从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述两个切削刃彼此平行。
特别是,从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述两个切削刃被布置成彼此间偏移一定距离,并且优选在穿过对中尖端的直径线的相反方向上产生偏移。
然而,从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述两个切削刃可能同时位于一条线上。
所述对中尖端例如可具有锥形形状,或者特别是具有金字塔形形状,其中所述对中尖端的金字塔形结构的边缘在钻孔过程中将会起到积极作用。
特别是,所述金字塔形对中尖端的底部的外形轮廓为平行四边形,例如为菱形形状。
在对本发明的详细描述中,所述切削刃沿着对中尖端底部的侧部进行延伸。然而,从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述切削刃还可以在所述金字塔形对中尖端的边缘处进行延伸,上述情况同样落入本发明的保护范围。
特别是,顺着所述切削刃的凹部在大致两条螺纹之上进行延伸。
所述螺钉的尖端是冷压成型而成的,而不是机加工而成的,并且所述螺纹接下来被滚压到要不然不带螺纹的螺钉杆上面,所述螺钉杆上已经设有锐利的尖端和切削刃。

具体实施方式
图1示出了具有圆柱形杆1的螺钉的侧视图。在该图示实例中,螺钉头2是平头,所述螺钉头被形成在图1所示的杆1的上端部上面。当然,也可以在图1所示的杆1的上端部上面成形出其它类型的螺钉头。
尖端3被成形在螺钉杆的远端上,即被形成在与螺钉头相对的一端上。源自螺钉尖端(screw’s tip)的螺纹4在螺钉杆1的几乎一半长度上面延伸。该螺纹可以是对称螺纹、不对称螺纹或双线螺纹。
位于螺钉尖端3的远端的平面上具有一对正交于所述螺钉的纵向轴线的切削刃5。在图1所示的侧视图中,两条切削刃5沿着正交于所述螺钉的纵向轴线的方向延伸。在大致两条螺纹之上沿着轴向方向进行延伸且侧向深度大概为螺钉杆直径的一半的凹部6顺着被称作螺钉前进方向的方向成形且在图1中位于右手侧的切削刃5前面。这同样适用于图1中位于左手侧的切削刃5,其中在本实例中凹部位于螺钉杆的远侧上,且因此在图1中并未示出。
在将螺钉应用到木料或类似物料上面时使螺钉对中并且防止所述螺钉在随后的钻孔作业过程中产生侧向偏离的对中尖端7被成形在该平面的中心且位于所述切削刃对之前。
下面参见图2,图中示出了经过放大的螺钉的端视图。对中尖端7具有金字塔形形状,对中尖端的底部具有呈平行四边形形式的周界,所述底部具有两条长侧边和两条短侧边。在该端视图中,切削刃沿着金字塔形对中尖端7的底部的长侧边进行延伸。在该端视图中,所述两条切削刃5彼此平行并且分别自在二者之间延伸且穿过金字塔形对中尖端7顶点的中心线偏移相同的距离。
已经发现:具有一对相互平行的切削刃5的螺钉尖端的这些构造允许更快速地钻入到非常硬质的木料中。
下面转向如图3-5中所示出的螺钉,与前面所述的实施例不同的是,该金字塔形螺钉尖端7现在具有不同的取向。在如图1和图2所示的实施例中,在端视图中示出了所述偏移的切削刃5沿着对中尖端7底部的侧部进行延伸,而在如图3-图5所示的实施例中,在端视图中示出了所述切削刃5在金字塔形螺钉尖端7的边缘处进行延伸。在后一种情况下,所述螺钉尖端的底部的外形轮廓为平行四边形,并且在图示实施例中,平行四边形的四条侧边具有相等的长度,即呈菱形。对所述菱形进行取向,从而使得所述菱形的更长的对角线正交于所述切削刃5,这样就使得自对中尖端7的底部开始向外延伸至所述螺钉轴周界的所述切削刃的长度将更长,具体情况如这种螺钉的端视图图5中所示。
图7是用于形成所述螺钉尖端的闭合的夹紧模具的端视图,其中在形成所述螺钉尖端的过程中顺着所述切削刃5的对中尖端7和凹部相一致。图6是这种夹紧模具中的一个半模的顶视图,其中特别明显的是,所述半模的内部轮廓与所述螺钉尖端的形状相匹配,特别是用于形成螺钉的金字塔形尖端7的那些轮廓。
该成对的轮廓相同的夹紧模具被闭合,以便在杆上面形成螺钉尖端,所述杆上还没有螺纹,这将会使其杆上的材料产生形变。将要被夹紧模具中的空腔10所占据的溢料将向外成形,随后变为切削刃5、8。线性刃8’接靠在处于闭合状态的夹紧模具的相对表面上面,以便形成侧向切削刃8。以上步骤同样适用于用于形成横向切削刃5的刃5’。
位于夹紧模具上面的两个刃接靠在相关部位17上面,以便形成金字塔形切削尖端7的外形轮廓。
一旦夹紧模具已被打开,那么在螺钉杆的远端周围已经形成的周向溢料会发生断裂,由此在螺钉杆上面产生侧向切削刃8且在其尖端上面产生切削刃5。
一旦已经形成其切削尖端,随后就将螺纹4滚压到螺钉杆1上面。

Claims (14)

1、一种自钻孔螺钉,包括:
1.1 螺钉头(2),
1.2 杆(1),
1.3 螺纹(4),和
1.4 尖端(3),所述尖端具有
1.5 一对切削刃(5),
1.6 所述切削刃在大体上正交于所述螺钉纵向轴线的方向上进行延伸。
2、根据权利要求1所述的螺钉,其中所述尖端(3)具有伸出超过所述切削刃(5)的对中尖端(7)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的螺钉,其中从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述两个切削刃(5)彼此平行。
4、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的螺钉,其中从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述两个切削刃(5)被布置成彼此间偏移一定距离。
5、根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的螺钉,其中所述两个切削刃(5)位于一条线上。
6、根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的螺钉,其中所述对中尖端(7)具有锥形形状。
7、根据权利要求2-5中任一项所述的螺钉,其中所述对中尖端(7)具有金字塔形形状。
8、根据权利要求7所述的螺钉,其中所述对中尖端(7)的底部周界的外形轮廓为平行四边形。
9、根据权利要求7或8所述的螺钉,其中所述对中尖端(7)的底部周界的外形轮廓为菱形。
10、根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的螺钉,其中从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述切削刃(5)沿着金字塔形对中尖端(7)底部的侧部进行延伸。
11、根据权利要求7-9中任一项所述的螺钉,其中从螺钉的尖端进行观察,所述切削刃(5)在金字塔形对中尖端(7)的边缘处进行延伸。
12、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的螺钉,其中所述凹部(6)顺着被称作螺钉前进方向的方向成形,所述切削刃(5)在大致两条螺纹上面进行延伸。
13、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的螺钉,其中螺钉尖端(3)是冷压成型而成的,而不是机加工而成的。
14、根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的螺钉,其中在已成形出所述螺钉尖端(3)之后,所述螺纹被滚压到螺钉上。
