高强度、低温稳定的氟草烟酯除草制剂
本发明涉及氟草烟酯(fluroxypyr ester)除草制剂。更特别地，本发明涉及高强度的氟草烟酯制剂，其在低温下保持液体状态。
氟草烟是已知的、有效的除草剂。氟草烟甲基庚酯，商业上作为StaraneTM除草剂(陶氏益农公司的商标)出售，通常配制成在芳香族烃溶剂中浓度为200克酸当量/升(gae/L)的可乳化浓缩物。鉴于多种经济和环境因素，需要高强度制剂。例如，希望提供高强度制剂以减少运输和装卸成本，以减少必须处理的包装材料的数量，和以减少释放到环境中的溶剂的数量。高强度制剂应当是稳定的，且在贮存和运输中保持效力。而且，高强度制剂应当是清晰均匀的液体，其在环境温度是稳定的，且在低温下不出现任何沉淀。
芳香族烃基可乳化的氟草烟甲基庚酯浓缩物的主要限制是它在低温和高浓度下有限的稳定性。尽管使用氯化的溶剂或1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮可制备更高浓度的可乳化浓缩物制剂，但这些溶剂具有较少优选的环境概貌。本发明能满足这些需要并提供很多的好处和优点。
令人惊奇地，现在已发现使用N，N-二甲基烷基酰胺作为溶剂可制备低温稳定的、高强度可乳化的氟草烟酯浓缩物。通过广泛领域的测试已发现，在广谱阔叶杂草方面新发明在生物学上等价于已经存在的基于石油烃溶剂的Starane制剂。
本发明提供高强度的除草制剂，其包括氟草烟酯混合物、表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物和作为溶剂的N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺，其中所述制剂含有约340克/升(g/L)至约600g/L的氟草烟酯，约100g/L至约200g/L的表面活性剂，以及约300g/L至约560g/L的N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺溶剂。
通常本发明涉及高强度的含有氟草烟酯的除草制剂，特别涉及氟草烟甲基庚酯。除草制剂包括充足数量的氟草烟酯以提供在低至0℃的温度下不结晶的高强度制剂。高强度除草制剂包括至少约300gae/L至约350gel/L基于氟草烟酸等价物的氟草烟酯。这通常对应于约430g/L至约505g/L的氟草烟甲基庚酯。
氟草烟的其它酯可适合于本发明，例如，但不限定于，2-丁氧基-1-甲基乙酯、2-丁氧基乙酯、丁酯、2-甲基丙酯、2-乙基己酯和1-癸酯。
所述的表面活性剂在特征上可以是阴离子、阳离子或非离子。特别是在“McCutcheon′s Detergents and Emulsifiers Annual”(MC PublishingCorp.，Ridgewood，New Jersey，1998)和“Encyclopedia of Surfactants”(卷I-III，Chemical publishing Co.，New York，1980-81)中描述了本领域制剂中常用的表面活性剂，其也可使用于本发明的制剂。通常的表面活性剂包括烷基硫酸盐，例如月桂基硫酸二乙醇铵；烷基芳基磺酸盐，例如十二烷基苯基磺酸钙；烷基和/或芳基烷基苯酚-烯化氧加成产物，例如壬基苯酚-C18乙氧基化物；醇-烯化氧加成产物，例如三癸基醇-C16乙氧基化物；肥皂，例如硬脂酸钠；烷基萘磺酸盐，例如二丁基萘磺酸钠；磺基琥珀酸盐的二烷基酯，例如二(2-乙基己基)磺基琥珀酸钠；山梨醇酯，例如油酸山梨醇酯；季胺，例如氯化月桂基三甲基铵；脂肪酸的聚乙二醇酯，例如聚乙二酯硬脂酸酯；环氧乙烷和环氧丙烷的嵌段共聚物；单和双烷基磷酸酯的盐；和其混合物。表面活性剂或表面活性剂的混合物经常以约100g/L至约200g/L的浓度存在。
通常组成高强度除草制剂的剩余物的溶剂是N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺。N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺商业上可以多种商标名获得，例如Agnique KE 3658和3308(Cognis Inc.)或Genagen 4166和4296(Clarian GmbH)，且通常以混合物供给，例如N，N-二甲基辛酰胺/葵酰胺。溶剂通常以约300g/L至约560g/l，更优选约350g/L至约450g/L的浓度存在。
高强度除草制剂在低温下不显示任何组分的分离或沉淀(或结晶)。例如，高强度制剂在低于约10℃的温度下，更优选在约0℃的温度下仍然保持为清晰的溶液。
除了以上所述的制剂，本发明也包括这些氟草烟酯制剂组合一种或多种额外的相容组分的组合物。其它额外的组分可包括，例如，一种或多种其它除草剂、染料、和任何其它额外的提供功能用途的组分，例如，稳定剂、芳香剂、降低粘度添加剂、和冰点降低剂。
用作补充剂或添加剂的额外除草剂化合物应当不对抗本发明采用的氟草烟酯组合物的活性。合适的除草剂化合物包括，但不限制于，2，4-D、2，4-MCPA、莠灭净、氨基桑螟、磺草灵、阿特拉津、氟丙嘧草酯、氟酮唑草、整形醇、矮壮素、氯苯胺灵、氯磺隆、绿麦隆、醚磺隆、烯草酮、二氯吡啶酸、环丙嘧磺隆、Pyroxsulam、麦草畏、敌草腈、精2，4-滴丙酸、双氯磺草胺、吡氟草胺、二氟吡隆、敌草隆、草甘膦、环嗪酮、甲氧咪草烟、甲基咪草烟、灭草烟、灭草喹、咪唑乙烟酸、唑吡嘧磺隆、MCPA、甲磺隆、氨氯吡啶酸、嘧草硫醚、稀禾定、甲嘧磺隆、草硫膦、磺胺磺隆、丁噻隆、特草定、噻唑烟酸、噻吩磺隆、醚苯磺隆、苯磺隆、和绿草定。本发明的除草制剂可以与其他除草剂或多种除草剂共配制、与其他除草剂或多种除草剂罐混、或与其他除草剂或多种除草剂顺序应用。
在配制的组合物中可以使用染料作为标记物。通常优选的染料可以是选自EPA批准的免于耐受性的所列惰性物的任何油可溶的染料。这些染料可包括，例如，D&C Red#17，D&C Violet#2，和D&C Green#6。通常通过一边搅拌加入希望数量的染料至配制的组合物来将染料加入至组合物。染料通常在最终的制剂组合物中存在的浓度为约0.1-1.0重量％。
在应用前用水稀释本发明的组合物。通常用于谷物和牧草的稀释的组合物一般包括约0.0001至约5.0重量％的氟草烟酯。
实施例1：高强度氟草烟甲基庚酯制剂的制备
在室温下通过搅拌将480g/L的技术氟草烟甲基庚酯溶解在404g/LGenagen4166(Clarian GmbH；N，N-二甲基辛酰胺/癸酰胺混合物)，13g/LSoprophor FLK(Rhodia Inc；聚乙烯三苯乙烯基苯酚磷酸盐，钾盐)，78.5g/L Tensiofix N9811 HF(OmniChem nv；专有的阴离子-非离子掺合物)和78.6g/L乙氧基化的三苯乙烯基苯酚中，制备含有333gae/L的氟草烟甲基庚酯的高强度制剂。
不像基于芳香烃溶剂的商业制剂，这些商业制剂要求具有高阻隔性能的包装材料，例如氟化的HDPE或金属或布设金属的容器，以防止所述商业制剂移动穿透包装材料，本发明的制剂可以包装在标准HDPE容器中。此外，与基于芳香烃溶剂的商业制剂相比，封条和O-型圈对新制剂不敏感得多。
实施例2：高强度氟草烟甲基庚酯制剂的低温贮存稳定性
将实施例1的制剂冷却，并确定结晶点小于-1℃。有晶种的制剂样品在-5℃下2-3周后不结晶，但在-9.9℃下3-4个月后形成少量晶体。轻微搅拌下加热至室温，形成的晶体又回到溶液中。

Claims (3)

1.一种除草制剂，其包括选自氟草烟的甲基庚酯、2-丁氧基-1-甲基乙酯、2-丁氧基乙酯、丁酯、2-甲基丙酯、2-乙基己酯、1-癸酯和其混合物的氟草烟酯混合物、表面活性剂或表面活性剂混合物和作为溶剂的N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺，其中所述制剂含有430g/L至600g/L的氟草烟酯，100g/L至200g/L的表面活性剂，以及300g/L至560g/L的N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制剂，其中氟草烟酯是氟草烟甲基庚酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制剂，其中N，N-二甲基(C6-C12)烷基酰胺是N，N-二甲基辛酰胺/癸酰胺的混合物。
