Abstract

一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、若干容置于壳体内的发光二极管、一安装于该壳体上的罩体及二分别枢接于该罩体相对两侧的弹性臂,所述罩体包括一套设至所述壳体的壁部及一形成于壁部顶端的檐部,所述发光二极管嵌灯还包括一安装于所述壳体底部的散热器,所述散热器的外径大于所述罩体壁部的外径。与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯不仅安装及拆卸均较为方便,且具有防脱落的构造,可保障周围人员的安全。

Description

发光二极管嵌灯
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发光二极管嵌灯,特别是指一种可防止脱落的发光二极管嵌灯。
背景技术
相比于传统的发光源,发光二极管具有重量轻、体积小、污染低、寿命长等优点,其作为一种新型的发光源,已经被越来越多地应用到各领域当中,如路灯、交通灯、信号灯、射灯及装饰灯等等。
在室内照明中,一些灯具被设计成嵌入于墙壁或是天花板内,以此获得较佳的整体视觉效果,这些灯具被业界统称为嵌灯。传统的嵌灯一般包括一圆筒状的壳体、若干容置于壳体内的发光二极管、一固定至壳体上的罩体及二枢接于罩体相对两侧的弹性臂。所述罩体包括一套设于壳体上的壁部及一形成于壁部顶端的檐部。所述罩体的壁部穿入墙壁或是天花板的孔洞内且通过其檐部抵靠于墙壁或是天花板的外侧。所述弹性臂收拢时贴置于壁部而处于竖直朝向,其张开时处于一大致水平且略微向外倾斜的朝向,从而弹性抵压于墙壁或是天花板的内侧,以将嵌灯固定在墙壁或是天花板内。
但是,该种传统的嵌灯通过二弹性臂抵压在墙壁或是天花板的内侧以支撑壳体,如若弹性臂发生松动而回弹至原竖直位置,其将无法抵压墙壁或是天花板。罩体由于没有物体予以支撑,将会从墙壁或是天花板的孔洞内滑落,而给周围的人员带来危险。
发明内容
有鉴于此,实有必要提供一种可防止脱落的发光二极管嵌灯。
一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、若干容置于壳体内的发光二极管、一安装于该壳体上的罩体及二分别枢接于该罩体相对两侧的弹性臂,所述罩体包括一套设至壳体的壁部及一形成于壁部顶部的檐部,所述嵌灯还包括一结合至壳体下方的散热器,所述散热器的外径大于所述罩体的壁部的外径。
与现有技术相比,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯具有一外径大于罩体的壁部的外径的散热器,即使弹性臂因松动而向内回弹,其仍将被所述散热器超出罩体的部分所卡掣而处于一大致水平且略微向内倾斜的位置,此时该二弹性臂的外径与其处于抵压墙壁或是天花板的状态时的外径大致相等,而远大于天花板或是墙壁的孔洞的内径。由此,松动后的二弹性臂仍然可继续抵压墙壁或是天花板的内侧,从而避免整个发光二极管嵌灯掉下,保障周围人员的安全。
另外,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯为通过螺丝将罩体及壳体固定,组装或是拆卸时只需从发光二极管嵌灯外部转动螺丝即可,过程较为便捷。
下面参照附图,结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的描述。

具体实施方式
如图1-2所示,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯用于嵌入天花板或是墙壁(图未示)的孔洞内而对天花板或是墙壁的外部照明。该发光二极管嵌灯包括一壳体10、若干容置于壳体10内的发光二极管20、一通过螺丝60固定至所述壳体10上的罩体40、二分别枢接于罩体40相对两侧的弹性臂50及一安装于壳体10底部的散热器30。所述螺丝60包括一头部62、一自头部62水平向内延伸的光滑的杆部64及形成于其末端的一螺纹部66。
所述壳体10呈圆柱形,其顶面向下凹陷出一腔室12。该腔室12呈内径自上至下逐渐减小的圆台状,其底面均匀地开设三凹部(图未标),用于容置所述发光二极管20。每一凹部的内径亦自上至下逐渐减小,其侧壁面形成一反射面,当这些发光二极管20通电之后,其所发出的部分光线可被这些发射面所反射而分别汇聚至相应的光柱内,从而辐射出较大的光强。所述壳体10的外侧壁面上的相对两侧分别向外凸伸出二矩形的凸耳14,其中每一凸耳14的上部均开设一水平朝向的螺孔140,供螺丝60的螺纹部66螺合。
请一并参阅图3,所述散热器30安装于所述壳体10的底部,其可在一较小的范围内沿周向转动。该散热器30包括一中空的柱体32及若干自该柱体32的外周面水平向外辐射的鳍片34,其中这些鳍片34的外端至所述柱体32中轴的距离大于所述壳体10的外径,即是说,散热器30的外径大于所述壳体10的外径。所述鳍片34将自发光二极管20产生并传导至柱体32的热量散发至周围的空气当中,从而对发光二极管20散热。三连接部36等距地形成于所述柱体32的外周面上,其中每一连接部36均连接三相邻鳍片34的内侧的部分,以对散热器30进行加固。
请再参阅图1及图2,所述罩体40环绕安装于所述壳体10上,其包括一环形的壁部42及一自该壁部42顶端水平向外延伸的檐部44。所述壁部42的内直径与所述二凸耳14的外壁面的间距相等,其可干涉地与凸耳14相卡掣;所述散热器30的外径大于所述壁部42的外径,其可在弹性臂50松动之后对弹性臂50起一卡掣作用,限制其继续向上回弹,进而使该二弹性臂50仍抵压住天花板或是墙壁的内侧,起到一安全防护的作用。二相对的卡槽420开设于所述壁部42的下部且与所述二凸耳14相互对应,其中每一卡槽420均呈“T”形,其下部竖直贯穿所述壁部42的底端,其上部则水平设置且其长度大于下部的高度。该二卡槽420用于卡设弹性臂50而使其枢接于罩体40上。所述壁部42在靠近所述二卡槽420的上方的位置处分别开设二水平的穿孔422,该二穿孔422与所述凸耳14的螺孔140对齐,供螺丝60的杆部64插设。所述檐部44的外缘呈波浪形,其外径大于所述鳍片34外端至柱体32中轴的距离。该檐部44用于抵靠于天花板或墙壁的外侧而对发光二极管嵌灯限位。
所述弹性臂50分别卡设于所述二卡槽420内。每一弹性臂50均由一弹性的金属线一体弯折而成,其包括一螺旋部52及一自该螺旋部52向上形成的抵压部54,该抵压部54相对于壳体10的外壁向两侧倾斜设置。所述螺旋部52卡设于所述罩体40的卡槽420内而将弹性臂50枢接于罩体40上。所述抵压部54的宽度大致等于所述散热器30的三相邻鳍片34的间距,其可随着散热器30的转动抵靠在三相应的鳍片34上而处于一大致水平且略微向下倾斜的位置,或是穿过该三相应的鳍片34间的间隙而处于竖直向下的位置。所述抵压部54用于弹性抵压于天花板或是墙壁的内侧而与罩体40的檐部44共同将发光二极管嵌灯固定。
安装该发光二极管嵌灯时,首先将二弹性臂50的螺旋部52分别卡设于罩体40的二卡槽420内;再将罩体40套置于所述壳体10上,使其壁部42与壳体10的凸耳14相干涉,其穿孔422与壳体10的凸耳14的螺孔140对齐;之后,从发光二极管嵌灯外部将螺丝60穿过罩体40的壁部42,向内旋转螺丝60而使其螺锁于壳体10上,此时螺丝60的螺纹部66与所述壳体10的螺孔140相螺合,其杆部64插设于罩体40的穿孔422内,其头部62抵压凸耳14的外壁面;随后,旋转所述散热器30,使弹性臂50穿过鳍片34间的间隙处于竖直向下的位置,再将该状态下的发光二极管嵌灯自下至上置入天花板或是墙壁的孔洞内,使其罩体40的檐部44抵靠天花板或是墙壁的外侧;然后,向下扳动二弹性臂50,使其向外抵压于天花板或是墙壁的内侧;最后,旋转所述散热器30,使其相应的三鳍片34处于与弹性臂50正对的位置。由此,完成了发光二极管嵌灯的安装过程。
拆卸发光二极管嵌灯时,只需反向操作上述流程即可。
与现有技术相比,由于本发明的发光二极管嵌灯具有一外径大于罩体40的壁部42的外径的散热器30,即使弹性臂50因松动而向内回弹,其仍将被所述散热器30超出罩体40的部分所卡掣而处于一大致水平且略微向内倾斜的位置,此时该二弹性臂50的外径与其处于抵压墙壁或是天花板时的状态时的外径大致相等,而远大于天花板或是墙壁的孔洞的内径。由此,松动后的二弹性臂50仍然可继续抵压墙壁或是天花板的内侧,从而避免整个发光二极管嵌灯掉下,保障周围人员的安全。此外,本发明的发光二极管嵌灯的罩体40通过螺丝60固定至壳体10上,当需要组装或是拆卸发光二极管嵌灯时,只需从发光二极管嵌灯外部向内或是向外旋转螺丝60即可。因此,无论是组装还是拆卸均较为便利。

Claims (11)

1.一种发光二极管嵌灯,其包括一壳体、若干容置于壳体内的发光二极管、一安装于该壳体上的罩体及二分别枢接于该罩体相对两侧的弹性臂,所述罩体包括一套设至所述壳体的壁部及一形成于壁部顶端的檐部,其特征在于:所述发光二极管嵌灯还包括一安装于所述壳体底部的散热器,所述散热器的外径大于所述罩体壁部的外径。
2.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述壳体呈圆柱状,所述散热器可绕壳体的轴线旋转。
3.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述壳体的相对两侧分别向外凸伸出二凸耳,每一凸耳均开设一螺孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热器包括一垂直安装于壳体底部的中空的柱体及若干自柱体外侧面辐射向外延伸的鳍片,所述鳍片的外端至柱体的中轴的距离大于所述壳体的外径。
5.如权利要求4所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述散热器还包括三自柱体的外侧面向外形成的连接部,每一连接部均连接三相邻鳍片的内侧部分。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述罩体的壁部与所述凸耳相干涉。
7.如权利要求6所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述罩体的壁部的下部开设二与所述壳体的二凸耳相对应的卡槽,所述二弹性臂分别卡设于该二卡槽内。
8.如权利要求7所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述每一卡槽呈“T”形,其下部竖直贯穿所述侧壁的底部,其上部则水平设置。
9.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述罩体的壁部于靠近每一卡槽的上方位置处开设一穿孔,该穿孔与所述凸耳的螺孔对齐。
10.如权利要求8所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述每一弹性臂由一弹性的杆体一体形成,其包括一卡设于所述壁部的卡槽内的螺旋部及一自螺旋部倾斜向上形成的抵压部。
11.如权利要求1所述的发光二极管嵌灯,其特征在于:所述发光二极管嵌灯还包括若干螺丝,其穿过罩体的壁部的穿孔而螺锁于壳体的螺孔内。
