Abstract

本发明涉及照明灯具，具体是嵌入式灯具，包括灯座、灯体和灯罩，所述的灯座的端面上设有圆形的凹槽，灯体设于所述的凹槽内，灯罩装配在所述的凹槽的开口处，灯罩的轮廓与所述的凹槽匹配并通过螺纹与所述的凹槽配合。和现有技术相比，本发明的灯罩通过螺纹装配在灯座上，只需旋转灯罩即可进行拆装，安装、维修容易，灯罩与灯具的连接更为紧凑，外型更为平整美观。

嵌入式灯具
本发明涉及照明灯具，具体是嵌入式灯具。
背景技术
目前习知的嵌入式灯具，皆采用将灯具嵌入天花板、墙壁、或柜台的方式，并采用灯罩封堵保护灯具。通常灯罩通过以下两种形式安照在灯具上: (1) 通过外力强行使灯罩卡接在灯具上，灯具损坏需要维修时只能用工具撬开，而且安装时容易歪扭变形; ( 2 )通过若干螺丝钉将灯罩锁接在灯具上，拆装时需要逐个操作螺丝钉。可见，现有技术中嵌入式灯具的灯罩安装结构显然不利于拆装和使用。
发明内容
为弥补现有技术的不足，本发明提出一种嵌入式灯具，改善了嵌入式灯具的灯罩安装结构。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案:
嵌入式灯具，包括灯座、灯体和灯罩，所述的灯座的端面上设有圆形的四槽，灯体设于所述的四槽内，灯罩装配在所述的凹槽的开口处，灯罩的轮廓与所述的凹槽匹配并通过螺纹与所述的凹槽配合。
上述技术方案还包括:所述的灯罩包括卡环和透镜，卡环的外沿轮廓与所述的凹槽匹配并通过螺纹与所述的凹槽配合，透镜则设于卡环中间。
上述技术方案还包括:所述的透镜是匹配卡环的透明钢化玻璃。
上述技术方案还包括:所述的透镜是圆形或方形或其他形状。
上述技术方案还包括:所述的灯罩的表面与所述的灯座的端面齐平。
上述技术方案还包括:所述的灯体是LED 灯或其他灯。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果在于:
灯罩通过螺纹装配在灯座上，只需旋转灯罩即可进行拆装，安装、维修容易，灯罩与灯具的连接更为紧凑，外型更为平整美观。

下面结合说明书附图和具体实施方式对本发明做进一步说明，本发明所保护的范围并不局限于此。
如图1 和图2 所示，嵌入式灯具，包括灯座1 、灯体3 和灯罩2 ，所述的灯座1 的端面上设有圆形的凹槽11 ，灯体3 设于所述的凹槽11 内，灯罩2 装自己在所述的凹槽11 的开口处，灯罩2 的轮廓与所述的凹槽11 匹配并通过塔、纹与所述的凹槽11 配合，所述的灯罩2 的表面与所述的灯座1 的端面齐平。所达的灯罩2 包括卡环21 和透镜22 ，卡环21 的外沿轮廓与所述的凹槽11 匹自己并通过螺纹与所述的凹槽11 配合，透镜22 则设于卡环21 中间。所述的透镜22 是匹配卡环21的圆形透明钢化玻璃。所述的灯体3 则可以采用LED 灯或其他灯。

Claims (6)

1.嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:包括灯座、灯体和灯罩，所述的灯座的端面上设有圆形的凹槽，灯体设于所述的凹槽内，灯罩装配在所述的四槽的开口处，灯罩的轮廓与所述的四槽匹配并通过螺纹与所述的四槽配合。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:所述的灯罩包括卡环和透镜，卡环的外沿轮廓与所述的凹槽匹配并通过螺纹与所述的凹槽配合，透镜则设于卡坏中间。
3.根据权利要求2 所述的嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:所述的透镜是匹配卡环的透明钢化玻璃。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:所述的透镜是圆形或方形或其他形状。
5.根据权利要求1 或2 或3 或4 所述的嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:所述的灯罩的表面与所述的灯座的端面齐平。
6.根据权利要求5 所述的嵌入式灯具，其特征在于:所述的灯体是LED 灯或其他灯。
