Abstract

一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分的重量百分比为:柴油50%~70%,甲醇18%~32%,添加剂10%~25%,由于醇基燃烧后,生成水,所以降低了尾气中有害物质的排放;添加剂改善了甲醇十六烷值不足的缺点,本发明在低温或长时间放置的情况下,不产生相分离,产品透明稳定,抗水特性好,本发明中的添加剂可与任何标号的国际柴油相配合使用,使用本发明,发动机不需要做任何改装或变动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料领域,特别涉及一种掺兑的醇基柴油燃料。
背景技术
柴油一直是我国紧缺的燃料,特别是在冬季和农忙季节更加突出,为了解决柴油紧缺问题,目前出现了很多甲醇柴油,但在现有的甲醇柴油的技术设计和研发成果中,对低温相分离和遇水相分离问题还存在明显差距,特别是保存期限短的问题一直达不到商业应用的程度;同时还存在的问题是:用各种助剂调配出来的甲醇柴油的理化性能指标尚不能完全达到发动机用,特别是车用柴油的理化性能指标更是有差距。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺点,本发明的目的在于提供一种醇基柴油燃料,具有性能稳定、动力强、抗相分离稳定的的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分的重量百分比为:柴油50%~70%,甲醇18%~32%,添加剂10%~25%。
所述的甲醇可用乙醇替换。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇7%~30%,正辛醇10%~30%,丁二酰胺1%~10%,油酸10%~30%,2-羟基乙胺3%~10%,三聚酸10%~20%,亚磷酸三异丙脂3%~15%,斯盘1%~8.5%
由于醇基燃烧后,生成水,所以降低了尾气中有害物质的排放;,添加剂改善了甲醇十六烷值不足的缺点,本发明在低温或长时间放置的情况下,不产生相分离,产品透明稳定,抗水特性好,本发明中的添加剂可与任何标号的国际柴油相配合使用,生产出来的醇基柴油燃料保质期可达到1年以上,使用本发明,发动机不需要做任何改装或变动。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分重量百分比为:柴油60%,甲醇25%,添加剂15%。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇30%,正辛醇25%,丁二酰胺3%,油酸20%,2-羟基乙胺3%,三聚酸12%,亚磷酸三异丙脂3%,斯盘4%。
本实施例所制备的醇基柴油燃料,甲醇十六烷值指数为46,密度为835.7(kg/m3),凝点为-1度,氧化安定性为0.97,铜片腐蚀为1a(淡橙色),冷滤点为8度。
实施例2
本实施例的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分重量百分比为:柴油51%,乙醇29%,添加剂20%。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇10%,正辛醇15%,丁二酰胺10%,油酸25%,2-羟基乙胺8%,三聚酸18%,亚磷酸三异丙脂8%,斯盘6%。
本实施例所制备的醇基柴油燃料,密度为835.5(kg/m3),凝点为-1.5度,氧化安定性为0.95,保存期限达到一年仍不产生相分离。
实施例3
本实施例的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分重量百分比为:柴油70%,甲醇20%,添加剂10%。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇22%,正辛醇12%,丁二酰胺7%,油酸15%,2-羟基乙胺6%,三聚酸15%,亚磷酸三异丙脂15%,斯盘8%.
本实施例所制备的醇基柴油燃料,密度为835.2(kg/m3),凝点为-1.8度,氧化安定性为0.93,油质透明清亮,无杂质,不分层,稳定性好,对车用发动机没有任何损害。
实施例4
本实施例的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分重量百分比为:柴油65%,甲醇23%,添加剂12%。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇15%,正辛醇28%,丁二酰胺8%,油酸29%,2-羟基乙胺4%,三聚酸10%,亚磷酸三异丙脂4%,斯盘2%.
本实施例所制备的醇基柴油燃料,密度为835.1(kg/m3),凝点为-1.2度,氧化安定性为0.91,冷滤点为8.5度,油质透明清亮,无杂质,不分层,稳定性好。
实施例5
本实施例的技术方案是:一种醇基柴油燃料,其组分重量百分比为:柴油55%,甲醇27%,添加剂1 8%。
所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇9%,正辛醇20%,丁二酰胺5%,油酸17%,2-羟基乙胺10%,三聚酸20%,亚磷酸三异丙脂12%,斯盘7%。
本实施例所制备的醇基柴油燃料,密度为834.7(kg/m3),凝点为0度,氧化安定性为0.9,冷滤点为8度,经存放1年观察仍不出现相分离。

1.一种醇基柴油燃料,组分的重量百分比为:柴油50%~70%,甲醇18%~32%,添加剂10%~25%,其特征在于,所述的添加剂的组成及其重量百分比为:异丁醇7%~30%,正辛醇10%~30%,丁二酰胺1%~10%,油酸10%~30%,2-羟基乙胺3%~10%,三聚酸10%~20%,亚磷酸三异丙酯3%~15%,斯盘1%~8.5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种醇基柴油燃料,其特征在于,所述的甲醇可用乙醇替换。
