本发明目的在于提供载重汽车轮胎,其中,在上述胎肩凸起上沿与轮胎的行驶方向平行的方向反复地形成哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽,将圆筒状沟槽的间隔设为凸起之间间隔的40~45%,上述沟槽的中央部呈具有规定长度的圆筒状构造,上述沟槽两端的空间部构成为具有比上述圆筒状构造的沟槽直径大的直径。

载重汽车轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及载重汽车轮胎,特别是涉及一种通过在胎肩部形成去耦花纹沟(decoupling groove)而成的轮胎。
背景技术
在具有1层钢材的胎体和构成为3~4层带束层且主要用于货车和巴士中的重载荷轮胎中,耐久性和胎面部的偏磨耗是左右轮胎品质的主要要素,为提高与之相对的性能而考虑应用过很多方案。
特别是,在胎面部和胎侧部相接的胎肩部处,偏磨耗等的发生率比其他部位高,因此存在很多针对胎肩部的花纹形状的实施例。
其中之一是胎肩凸起花纹(shoulder lug pattern),胎肩凸起花纹对减少轮胎的胎肩部的偏磨耗,提高轮胎的耐久性很有效果。然而,它会将胎面的活动原样地传给胎侧。因此,存在有并不能充分发挥减少胎面上所产生的偏磨耗现象的效果的缺点。
另外,近年来提供有一种轮胎,其通过使用在胎肩部形成较窄的周向的花纹沟的去耦花纹沟(Decoupling Groove)花纹,来减少轮胎的偏磨耗并提高耐久性。然而,当设置有去耦花纹沟时,胎面的胎肩部的刚性降低,因而存在花纹沟中嵌有石子的现象之类的缺点。
因此,提供如下一种轮胎,其在胎肩部的凸起内挖出圆筒状沟槽来提高散热性能,这样就具有了去耦花纹沟所具有的效果。然而,这种轮胎存在有散热性能有较大不足的缺点。
发明内容
于是,本发明为了解决上述课题而提供如下一种轮胎,其是在胎肩部的凸起内形成哑铃(dumbbell:哑铃)构造的圆筒状沟槽的轮胎,提高了从主强度带束层所产生的热量的散热性能,并且减少了胎面端部(即、胎肩部)的活动,从而能够获得设置有去耦花纹沟的轮胎那样的、防止偏磨耗以及提高耐久性的效果。
为了解决上述课题,本发明的特征在于,上述胎肩凸起上沿与轮胎的行驶方向平行的方向反复地形成有哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽,将圆筒状沟槽的间隔维持为凸起之间间隔的40~45%,上述沟槽的中央部呈具有规定长度的圆筒状构造,上述沟槽两端的空间部构成为具有比上述圆筒状构造的沟槽直径大的直径。

具体实施方式
下面,将基于附图对本发明进行更详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明是一种载重汽车轮胎,上述载重汽车轮胎包括:表面形成有花纹沟的胎面1和胎侧2及胎圈部,并且在胎面1中设有3~4层带束层,在胎肩部3上形成有凸起4,在凸起4上沿胎面1的带束层中的主强度带束层方向形成有沟槽,其特征在于,在胎肩凸起4上按照与轮胎的行驶方向平行的方式形成有哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5,圆筒状沟槽5隔着规定间隔。
即,本发明的哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5,按照与轮胎的行驶方向平行的方式形成在胎肩部3的凸起4上,它们并没有相互连接在一起,而是保持规定间隔地重复形成,如图2所示,沟槽5的中央部6呈具有规定长度的圆筒状构造,沟槽5两端的空间部7构成为具有球状的空间,上述球状的空间具有比上述中央部的直径大的直径。
图2是将图1的(A)部分放大表示的详细图,图3是沿着图2的C-C线切开后的剖视图。优选地,将哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5的中央部6的直径D1设定为胎肩凸起长度L3的约25~35%,优选地,将圆筒状沟槽两端的空间部7的直径D2设定为上述直径D1的约120~140%。
另外,优选地,如图2所示将哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5的间隔D设定为凸起4间的间隔L的40~45%。
另外,优选的,如图3所示将从第三带束层边缘部8到本发明涉及的哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5的距离L1设定为从第三带束层边缘部8到胎侧2的距离L4的约40~60%,优选地,将从上述第三带束层边缘部8到哑铃构造的圆筒状沟槽5的高度L2设定为从上述边缘部8开始大约1.0mm~2mm的范围内,优选地,将胎肩凸起长度L3设定为主沟10长度d的约100~115%。
特别是,根据本发明,如图3所示在沟槽5的内壁形成有锯齿状的凹凸部9,以便能够扩展散热表面积,优选地,在圆筒状沟槽的中央部6的直径D1的约10~20%的范围内形成锯齿状的凹凸部9。
另外,上述沟槽5的上部B以半径R1进行倒圆处理,另外,为了防止嵌入石子的现象,上述沟槽5的下部A也形成圆形的凸起状,上述圆形的凸起状是由R2和R3构成的。
这样构成的本发明的轮胎,和在周向上设置去耦花纹沟的轮胎一样,具有防止偏磨耗的作用,利用在周向和主强度带束层方向上挖出的长沟槽能够解决由主强度带束层产生的散热问题,并且能够减少行驶时的胎面边缘部的活动,由此减少了胎侧部的活动,其结果是具有提高轮胎耐久性的效果。
本发明发挥了比以往的轮胎更高的散热性能。即在以往轮胎中,在胎肩部的凸起上形成的孔较窄,通过该孔的空气的出入不很自燃,但本发明以球状空间部来形成圆筒状沟槽的两端,并且上述球状的空间部具有比沟槽的直径大的直径,轮胎在行驶时且与地面接触时具有泵的功能,使空气的吸入和排出自然顺畅地进行。另外,若以锯齿状的凹凸部来形成圆筒内部的壁面,则散热表面积增加,从而能够进一步提高了散热性能。

Claims (4)

1.一种载重汽车轮胎,其包括:表面形成有花纹沟的胎面和胎侧及胎圈部,并且胎面设有3~4层的带束层,胎肩部形成有凸起,凸起上沿胎面的带束层中的主强度带束层方向形成有圆筒状沟槽,载重汽车轮胎的特征在于:
上述凸起上沿与轮胎行驶方向平行的方向反复地形成有哑铃构造的上述圆筒状沟槽,并且将上述圆筒状沟槽的间隔维持为上述凸起之间间隔的40~45%,上述圆筒状沟槽的中央部呈具有规定长度的圆筒状构造,上述圆筒状沟槽的两端的空间部构成为具有比上述圆筒状沟槽的中央部的直径大的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的载重汽车轮胎,其特征在于:将上述圆筒状沟槽中央部的直径(D1)设定为凸起长度(L3)的25~35%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的载重汽车轮胎,其特征在于:将上述圆筒状沟槽两端的空间部的直径(D2)设定为上述圆筒状沟槽中央部的直径(D1)的120~140%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的载重汽车轮胎,其特征在于:上述圆筒状沟槽的内壁上形成有锯齿状的凹凸部,并且将上述锯齿状的凹凸部形成在圆筒状沟槽中央部的直径(D1)的10~20%的范围内。
