Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及防伪纸材料,尤其是用于标记和封装的防伪纸材料以及其制造方法。
背景技术
已知多种所谓的防伪纸,即提供避免可能的欺诈性复制或伪造或检测这些复制或伪造的功能的多种策略;具体地,带有能够输出识别信号的电子芯片的防伪纸是已知的。
已知的防伪纸中,芯片被施用到载体上,然后将其粘贴或固定到之前已形成的纸张上。
这类防伪纸并非没有缺点的,这既因为芯片的施用相对复杂且昂贵,又因为芯片不能被适当地锚定到纸张下方,而且仍旧暴露在纸张的表面上并因此受到可能的损坏,除非芯片涂有保护层,然而该保护层意味着制造工艺的复杂性和成本增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防伪纸材料,该防伪纸是由带有电子识别芯片的纸张所形成的类型,其没有上述提及的现有技术的缺点;特别地,本发明的目的在于提供一种防伪纸材料,其制造相对简单及经济有效并且芯片被牢固且高效地锚定于纸张上。
因此,本发明涉及一种防伪纸材料,尤其是用于标记和封装,包括带有至少一个电子芯片的纸张,其特征在于在制造纸张的步骤期间,将芯片引入到所形成的纸张中并且该芯片至少部分嵌入该纸张。
根据本发明的优选实施方式,纸材料还包括与该纸张结合的辅助纸张,且芯片被插入两纸张之间。
本发明还涉及制造防伪纸材料,尤其是用于标记和封装的防伪纸材料的方法,包括由湿的纤维素纤维纸浆形成纸张并且向纸张提供电子芯片的步骤,该方法的特征在于在纸浆向纸的转变步骤期间,将芯片引入到所形成的纸张中,该芯片被直接沉积到湿纸浆上并且至少部分嵌入纸浆中。
具体地,本发明的方法提供下述步骤:将湿的纤维素纤维纸浆送料到造纸机,在成形台上沉积该纸浆;和通过逐渐从纸浆中除去水形成一张纸;芯片被直接沉积到成形台上的纸浆中,在所形成的纸张的上侧面。
优选地,通过设置在该成形台上的分配装置将芯片送料并且通过重力使芯片落到纸浆中。
根据优选的实施方式,本发明的方法还包括,在将芯片引入到所形成的纸张步骤后,将辅助纸张与所述纸张结合的步骤;芯片被施用到所形成的纸张的上侧面,并且将辅助纸张结合到该面。

具体实施方式
参考图1,尤其是用于标记和封装的防伪纸材料包括由纤维素纤维基体3形成并具有至少一个已知类型的电子芯片4的纸张2,该芯片例如主动和/或被动RFID芯片。
芯片4至少部分嵌入纸张2(如图1左侧部分的实线所示)并优选地,芯片4全部嵌入基体3(如图1右侧部分的虚线所示)。
可选择地,纸材料1包括结合到纸张2的辅助纸张5和插入在辅助纸张5和纸张2之间的芯片4。
根据本发明的又一方面,参考图2,该纸材料1有益地通过下述方法所制造,图2示意性地示出纸材料1的制造系统10。
系统10包括长网(Fourdrinier)型连续造纸机11,该造纸机实质上是已知的并且出于简化的目的在此不再详述。一般条件下,造纸机11包括流浆箱12,用于将湿的纤维素纤维纸浆送料到平的成形台13,该成形台具有成形构造14,纸浆被沉积到该成形构造上;造纸机11还包括与成形构造14协作的案辊15、所谓的“湿端”16和干燥器部分17。如所知,湿纸浆中水的循序渐进的减少使纸浆逐渐变成纸张。图2中,所形成的纸张由数字20表示并且一旦干燥就将形成上述纸材料1的纸张2。
在近流浆箱12的成形台13的初始部之后以及案辊15的下游,将分配装置21设置在成形台13上,该分配装置以预定间隔在所形成的纸张20的前进方向以及横向方向上将芯片4沉积到纸浆上。具体地,芯片4通过重力落入成形构造14所承载的纸浆,至所形成的纸张20的上侧面22并且至少部分嵌入纸浆中。
因此在将湿的纤维素纤维纸浆转变成纸的步骤期间,将芯片4引入所形成的纸张20中。
就在分配装置21下游,机构25携带辅助纸张5去接触所形成的纸张20的侧面22并且使后者与辅助纸张5结合。
随后是湿辊步骤,其利用辊组件28进行,该辊组件28设置在湿部16中并且具有诸如两对或更多对平衡的辊对;所形成的纸张20与辅助纸张5湿辊,后者也还是湿的,保证两纸张的粘附。
纸张2的成形以及因此纸材料1的成形通过流经湿端16和干燥器部分17而完成。
根据一个变化,造纸机11没有案辊15并且分配装置21被设置在成形台13上机构25的上游;事实上,因为不需要提高所形成的纸张20(辅助纸张5置于其上)的表面特性,所以与辅助纸张5的结合使得不需要在成形台13上使用案辊15。
根据又一变化,分配装置21被设置在紧邻流纸浆箱12的成形台13的初始部后和案辊15的上游而不是案辊15的下游,如图2中虚线所示。显然,如果没有案辊15,分配装置21被设置在成形台13上,在流纸浆箱12和机构25之间。
本发明的优点从上述说明中显而易见。
本发明的纸材料通过查询结合到材料自身的芯片而允许快速、安全识别。
芯片优选地与该材料结合并且牢固固定到材料内,从而防止可能的损坏。
另外,本发明的纸材料优选地可用提供高印刷质量的常规印刷技术打印。
此外,制造方法简单并且是经济有效的,尤其因为芯片的引入是在制造纸材料的步骤中直接进行。

Claims (8)

1、一种防伪纸材料的制造方法,该纸材料尤其用于标记和包装,包括由湿的纤维素纤维纸浆形成纸张和向所述纸张提供电子芯片的步骤,所述方法的特征在于,在所述纸浆转变成纸的步骤期间,将所述芯片引入所形成的纸张,将所述芯片直接沉积到所述湿纸浆中并且将所述芯片至少部分嵌入所述纸浆中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,包括下述步骤:将所述湿的纤维素纤维纸浆送料到造纸机,在成形台上沉积所述纸浆;和通过逐渐从纸浆中除去水形成一张纸;将所述芯片直接沉积到所述成形台上的所述纸浆中,至所形成的纸张的上侧面。
3、根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,通过设置在所述成形台上的分配装置将所述芯片送料并且通过重力使所述芯片落入所述纸浆。
4、根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法,其特征在于,包括:在将所述芯片引入所形成的纸张的步骤后,进行将辅助纸张与所述纸张结合的步骤。
5、根据权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述芯片施用到所形成的纸张的上侧面并且将所述辅助纸张结合所述面。
6、一种防伪纸材料,尤其用于标记和封装,其特征在于,其通过根据上述权利要求之一所述的方法制造。
7、一种防伪纸材料,尤其用于标记和封装,包括带有至少一个电子芯片的纸张,其特征在于,所述芯片在所述纸张的制造步骤期间被引入所形成的纸张,并且至少部分嵌入所述纸张中。
8、根据权利要求7所述的纸材料,其特征在于,包括:将辅助纸张与所述纸张结合,将芯片插入所述辅助纸张和所述纸张之间。
