本发明涉及一种人造石,特别是涉及一种装饰用的带幻彩闪光的人造石材,属于建筑装饰材料范畴。
背景技术
人造石是采用各种天然石粉与树脂混合后经高强度粘合而制成,既具有天然石材的质感,又具有一定的强度和与天然石材相近似的颜色,且无放射线污染,是新一代的环保型石材装饰材料,被广泛应用于各类建筑物的地面、墙面、台面的装饰。然而,现有的人造石板颜色单调、硬度不佳,功能单一,使消费者缺少挑选空间。公开号为CN1597779的中国发明专利申请,给出了一种“幻彩闪光人造石材及其制备方法”,主要由不饱和聚酯、天然云母、固化剂、促进剂为原料组成,其中天然云母为1-30%(重量、余同)、固化剂为0.1-5%,促进剂为0.1-5%,其余为不饱和聚酯;还可在原料中加入0-5%各种染料或颜料、0-1%硅烷偶联剂、0-5%聚合物微纤维、0-20%增韧剂、0-60%无机矿物质或普通石粉填料。这种幻彩闪光人造石材祢补了现有的人造石板颜色单调的不足,属于更新换代产品。可正是因为这种立体幻彩闪光效果才会引人注目而纷纷抚摸,直接导致人造石材表面的不洁,很容易传播疾病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述不足,通过改进人造石材的配方,给出一种带幻彩闪光的人造石材,该人造石材除具有可与天然花岗岩媲美的立体幻彩闪光效果外,还具有抗菌和香味功能,人造石材表面幻彩闪光、绚丽多彩、自然逼真,不仅无辐射、防腐蚀、易清洁、无污染,还能自动散发香味和抗菌保健。
本发明给出的这种带幻彩闪光的人造石材,其特点是有不饱和聚酯树脂、RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂、天然云母、彩色石粉、天然石粉、氢氧化铝、硬化促进剂和香料,其中各组份的重量份数为:
不饱和聚酯树脂30-50份,RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂0.5~1份,
天然云母10-20份,彩色石粉10-20份,天然石粉20-30份,
氢氧化铝30~50%,硬化促进剂1-5份,香料0.5-1.5份。
本发明给出的这种带幻彩闪光的人造石材的制备工艺为:
先将天然石粉着色处理成为按客户需要的彩色石粉,将不饱和聚酯树脂、RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂、天然云母、彩色石粉、天然石粉、氢氧化铝、硬化促进剂和香料等原材料搅拌混合,注入模具成型,经真空振荡压缩密实,硬化后成为人造石半成品,最后经定厚、打磨、抛光、边角处理成具有抗菌、可自动散发香味的带幻彩闪光的人造石材成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明给出的这种带幻彩闪光的人造石材的有益效果是:除具有可与天然花岗岩媲美的立体幻彩闪光效果外,还具有抗菌和香味功能,人造石材表面幻彩闪光、绚丽多彩、自然逼真,不仅无辐射、防腐蚀、易清洁、无污染,还能自动散发香味和抗菌保健。
具体实施方式
实施例
先将天然石粉着色处理成为按客户需要的彩色石粉,将不饱和聚酯树脂40份、RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂0.8份、天然云母15份、彩色石粉15份、天然石粉20份、氢氧化铝40份、硬化促进剂3份、香料1.5份搅拌混合,注入模具成型,经真空振荡压缩密实,硬化后成为人造石半成品,最后经定厚、打磨、抛光、边角处理成具有抗菌、可自动散发香味的带幻彩闪光的人造石材成品。

1.一种带幻彩闪光的人造石材,其特征在于有不饱和聚酯树脂、RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂、天然云母、彩色石粉、天然石粉、氢氧化铝、硬化促进剂和香料,其中各组份的重量份数为:
不饱和聚酯树脂30-50份,RHA-T-10人造石抗菌剂0.5~1份,
天然云母10-20份,彩色石粉10-20份,天然石粉20-30份,
氢氧化铝30~50%,硬化促进剂1-5份,香料0.5-1.5份。
