Abstract

本发明涉及末端带有端盖的柱形或其它截面形状的压缩气体贮罐。
这种类型的压缩气体贮罐既可用于车辆特别是卡车等动态工作场所,也可用于静态工作场所如压缩机。在车辆中,压缩空气可用于启动刹车,还可用于油气悬架、辅助消耗装置、帮助齿轮变速,以及用于驾驶室的油气悬架等。
背景技术
卡车上一般装载有一个或多个压缩气体贮罐。在制造车辆时,希望车辆的重量更轻,因为,车辆的耗油量在很大程度上决定于车辆的重量。因此,压缩气体贮罐用铝或者镁制成。压缩气体贮罐通常由合适的安装装置安装至主框架或者底盘。一般用支撑支架、紧固带,以及其它各种固定与连接装置来实现上述安装。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种压缩气体贮罐,该压缩气体贮罐的结构使得,无论是将辅助附件安装到所述贮罐上、还是将所述贮罐安装到车辆上,都非常便利。
通过设置在压缩气体贮罐的外表面上的附加条来实现上述目的,将辅助附件安装到所述贮罐上、或者将所述贮罐安装到车辆上。
所述附加条可以,具有下凹槽,该下凹槽可为燕尾槽、T形槽或其它形状的槽。可将所述附加条插入到所述贮罐的壁面内,而所述贮罐壁面的两侧均与所述附加条相结合,从而封住该贮罐。
所述附加条为挤压型条,其长度可根据贮罐外壳切割。
由于压缩气体贮罐的外表面上设有燕尾形、T形或其它形状的下凹槽,因此可借助滑块、螺栓、螺钉等将任何形式的辅助零件安装至压缩气体贮罐。还可将所述压缩气体贮罐本身安装至车辆主框架或底盘。
所述槽位于压缩气体贮罐的金属片制成的柱状外壳的纵向接缝处。特别地,作为挤压成型件的所述槽,可焊接在形成所述外壳的金属片的两个配合边缘之间。无论在哪种情况下,所述槽均位于压缩气体贮罐的表面上。轻质金属如铝、镁等特别适于制造所述附加条。本领域技术人员当然会注意选择所用的材料,使之既适于焊接,又适于挤压成型。

具体实施方式
图1展示了安装至支架12的压缩气体贮罐10。该压缩气体贮罐10具有柱形外壳14,在该外壳14的每个轴向末端均设有端盖16,其中,后端盖在图1中不可见。端盖16的穹顶向外,与通常的压缩气体贮罐一致。在图中可见的前端盖16与所述外壳之间设有附加条22,该附加条中开有下凹槽。该槽18可为T形下凹槽,该T形下凹槽可用于各种类型的附加驱动系统及组件的安装。
另一个槽20位于支架12的下方。该槽20为纵向槽、沿外壳14的母线延伸。该槽20位于附加条22内,该附加条容纳所述槽20的空腔。由于所述外壳的壁相对较薄,附加条22长度稍微伸出压缩气体贮罐的壁面外。所述槽20沿压缩气体贮罐的母线延伸,容纳合适的螺栓、螺钉或滑动块,且通过两个螺钉24、26固定至L形支架12的水平表面。
图2展示了两个互相连接的压缩气体贮罐25、27的安装。上侧贮罐25通过图1所示的方式连接至支架12的水平表面,而该上侧贮罐25与下侧贮罐27之间通过组件连接,该组件由设在上侧贮罐25的底侧的、凸起的T形部分如螺柱28(图3),和设在下侧贮罐27的顶侧的、带有槽29的附加条组成。该组件如图3所示,其中部分为透视图,部分为正视图。上侧贮罐25底侧的所述凸起的T形部分28位于两个侧壁30和32之间,起稳定作用,但这不是在每种情况下都必须的。
图4展示了与图1中的贮罐10相当的另一贮罐34,该贮罐34的顶侧具有两个互相平行的槽36和38。
图5中,两排凸起的T形部分即螺柱40、42进入压缩气体贮罐34顶侧的槽44、46中,该槽44、46彼此平行并相隔一段距离。这样与只有一个槽的情形相比,能承担更大的负载。
前述实施例阐释了这种情形:压缩气体贮罐需被固定或连接至车辆的部件上。当然,所述槽也可用于将任何零件安装至所述压缩气体贮罐。
沿母线延伸的所述附加条的底部具有两个槽,这两个槽分别与构成所述压缩气体贮罐的外壳的弯曲金属片的两个配合边缘相结合。这种结合通过焊接来实现。因此必须注意:构成所述外壳的所述金属片与构成所述附加条的材料必须具有焊接兼容性。
两个互相平行的槽使得可以安装更重的压缩气体过滤器。本实施例中,通过焊接金属片来制造外壳时,必须在两个含有槽的附加条之间焊接一金属片条,此外,所述外壳的金属片必须从另一侧焊接至上述的两个开有槽的附加条。
所述附加条,特别是当它们开有槽时,优选通过挤压成型制得。根据既有经验,轻质金属如铝、镁或它们的合金,均适于这种方法。
这些附加条的焊接,例如焊接于构成柱形外壳的弯曲金属片的两个配合边缘之间,通过比如激光焊接来实现。
Claims (6)
1.压缩气体贮罐,该贮罐由末端带有端盖的柱形主体(12)构成,其特征在于:在所述压缩气体贮罐的外表面上设有附加条(18、20、22、28、36、38、40、42、44、46),该附加条用于将辅助元件安装至所述压缩气体贮罐和/或将该压缩气体贮罐安装至车辆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压缩气体贮罐,其特征在于:所述附加条具有开口向下的下凹槽。
3.根据权利要求2所述的压缩气体贮罐,其特征在于:所述槽(18、20、36、44)具有T形横截面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的压缩气体贮罐,其特征在于:所述槽具有燕尾形横截面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的压缩气体贮罐,其特征在于:在所述贮罐的外壳内设有一根附加条(20)。
6.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的压缩气体贮罐,其特征在于:至少一根附加条(20)设在所述柱形主体的母线上。
