Abstract

一种复合加工车床,在复合加工车床的主轴下方配备工件装卸装置,谋求工件加工区的有效性。复合加工车床(1)在底座(10)上具备主轴(20)和工具主轴(30)。配备在主轴(20)下方的工件装卸装置(40),沿着平行于主轴的轴线(C1)的W轴被移动控制。工件装卸装置(40)具有环绕轴线(C2)向箭头F方向旋转的工件装卸头(50),用它的夹钳(60)把持工件(K1)。轴线(C2)是与含有主轴(20)的轴线(C1)的铅直面垂直的轴,将工件装卸头(50)90度竖起,夹钳(60)从主轴(20)收取工件(K1)。分度工件装卸头(50)的角度位置,利用工具主轴(30)的工具(T1)加工工件(K1)。

复合加工车床
技术领域
本发明涉及一种除了主轴以外还具备工件装卸装置、能够以紧凑尺寸实现各种加工的复合加工车床。
背景技术
下述专利文献中揭示了一种复合加工车床,其除了把持工件的主轴以外,还有从主轴收取工件进行进一步加工的装置。
专利文献1:日本特开2003-25169号公报
上述专利文献所揭示的车床是用来加工棒材的装置,除了把持工件作为第1夹具的主轴和刀架以外还具备第2夹具。
该第2夹具具备配置在环绕垂直轴旋转的支架上的构成。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种复合加工车床,其具备环绕与含有主轴的轴线的铅直面正交的水平轴旋转的工件装卸装置,能够在紧凑的加工区内实现复合加工。
本发明的复合加工车床具备更换自如地安装工具的工具主轴,为了实现上述目的,具备装备在主轴的铅直线下方的工件装卸装置,
工件装卸装置具备:环绕与含有主轴的轴线的铅直面垂直的轴线转动的工件装卸头和设置在工件装卸头上且把持工件的夹钳。
并且,工具主轴沿着平行于主轴的轴线的Z轴、正交于主轴的轴线的X轴、与Z轴和X轴形成的平面垂直的Y轴移动,环绕与Z轴和X轴形成的平面垂直的旋转轴即B轴转动。
另外,工件装卸装置沿着与主轴的轴线平行的轴线被移动控制,工件装卸装置的工件装卸头被分度成多个角度位置。
再有,工件装卸装置的工件装卸头除了夹钳以外还具备尾座,将工件装卸装置的工件装卸头分度的机构具备伺服马达和联轴器。
发明效果
本发明的复合加工车床由于具备以上装置,从而能够在比较狭窄的加工区内进行车削、钻削加工、铣削加工等各种加工。
因而能够减小机床整体的宽度尺寸,能够获得紧凑的复合加工车床。

图中,1—复合加工车床,10—头,20—主轴,30—工具主轴,40—工件装卸装置,50—工件装卸头,60—夹钳,80—工具库。
具体实施方式
以下根据附图,说明本发明的复合加工车床的构成功能。
图1是表示本发明的复合加工车床概要的立体图、主视图及主要部分主视图。
以符号1表示整体的复合加工车床在底座10上具备把持工件的主轴20。
与主轴20对置配置的工具主轴30具备除了车削加工以外还实施钻削加工、铣削加工的功能。该复合加工车床1中,工具主轴30在沿着主轴20的轴线C1设置的Z轴和正交于主轴20的轴线C1的X轴方向上被移动控制。另外,该工具主轴30具有环绕与Z轴和X轴形成的平面垂直的B轴转动的功能。
另外,在该复合加工车床1中,也沿着与含有X轴和Z轴的平面正交的Y轴控制工具主轴30。
该复合加工车床1中,在机床前面具备用于更换工具的工具库80。工具库80储存车削工具、钻削工具、铣削工具等各种工具,根据需要向工具主轴供给工具T1
操作员能够监控加工区内的加工状态,同时能够监控配置在机床前面的工具库。
因而,能够确认下一工序中使用的更换工具和识别用完的工具的状态,例如当发现附着在用完的工具上的切屑时等,能够打开往工具库存取的门,进行工具整理。
从而,一般情况下能够识别配置在机床上面和背面等操作员视野外的工具库,作业性提高。
另外,削减了站入机床背面的必要性,能够将复合加工车床横排连续排列。从而,能够排列更多台复合加工车床,能够谋求空间的有效利用。
本发明的复合加工车床1在主轴20的下方具备工件装卸装置40。
工件装卸装置配置在主轴20的铅直线下方,沿W轴移动控制。W轴设定成与作为工具主轴30的移动轴的Z轴平行。
工件装卸装置40具备环绕轴线C2转动的工件装卸头50。
轴线C2被设定为与含有主轴20的轴线C1的铅直面垂直的轴线。
工件装卸头50具备夹钳60,从主轴20收取在主轴20上加工的工件K1。当从主轴20上收取工件K1时,转动工件装卸头50,使夹钳60正对主轴20。
工件装卸头50向环绕轴线C2的箭头F所示的方向转动。转动由例如伺服马达驱动,在分度位置进行夹紧。分度角度能够形成例如以水平轴线为基准每隔45度进行分度的构成。各分度位置利用联轴器进行夹紧。
该工件装卸装置40在工件装卸头50上除了夹钳60以外,还能够具备没有图示的尾座。尾座在长条工件K1被把持在主轴20上时,具有芯撑其前端的功能,防止长条物加工时的振动等,提高加工效率。
图1表示分度工件装卸头50以使工件装卸装置40的夹钳60位于水平的状态。
工具主轴30利用工具T1对由夹钳60把持的工件K1实施必要的加工。图1的状态中,工具主轴30被设定在环绕B轴旋转某一角度的位置。在此状态下,工件K1的轴线和工具T1的旋转轴线形成加工所需要的角度β。
复合加工车床1从正面看具有宽度尺寸D1
该复合加工车床1中,在主轴20的前面端部和机床本体的盖12的内面S1之间形成加工区E。
当将工具主轴30在Z轴上沿远离主轴20的方向移动时,在某一位置上工具主轴30的后端部与盖12的内壁面干涉。
于是,图1的状态中,加工区E内的工具主轴在Z轴上的移动界限被限制。
图2表示将工件装卸装置40的工件装卸头50从夹钳60正对主轴20的位置旋转45度进行分度的状态。角度G表示工件装卸头50从水平位置旋转的状态。在该位置,与图1的状态相比,能够将工具主轴30环绕B轴转动,工具主轴的轴线设定在靠近铅直轴线的位置。
在此状态下,工具主轴30成为远离盖12内面S1的形态,在相同加工区E内能够对工件K1实施工件K1轴线和工具T1旋转轴线所成的角度β为更宽范围的加工。
图3表示在将工件装卸装置40的工件装卸头50分度到角度G的位置,环绕B轴转动以使工具主轴30的轴线成为垂直位置的状态。
图4表示在将工件装卸装置40的工件装卸头50分度到角度G的位置,环绕B轴转动以使工具主轴30的轴线成为水平位置的状态。
通过将工具装卸装置40在W轴线上向主轴20侧移动,从而在加工区E内,即使将工具主轴30从垂直状态旋转到水平状态,后部位置也不会与盖12的内面S1干涉,能够实施工件K1轴线和工具T1旋转轴线所成的角度β为更宽范围的加工。
本发明的复合加工车床如以上,除了主轴以外还具备工件装卸装置,能够将结束了在把持于主轴上的状态下的加工的工件移动到工件装卸装置上,实施各种加工。
由于工件装卸装置转动,因此能够变化工件的姿势,提高了在受限的工件区内的加工自由度。
并且,能够缩短机床的宽度尺寸,能够构成紧凑的复合加工车床。

Claims (6)

1.一种复合加工车床,具备把持工件的主轴和更换自如地安装工具的工具主轴,其特征在于,
具备装备在主轴的铅直线下方的工件装卸装置,
工件装卸装置具备:环绕与含有主轴的轴线的铅直面垂直的轴线转动的工件装卸头和设置在工件装卸头上且把持工件的夹钳。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合加工车床,其特征在于,
工具主轴沿着平行于主轴的轴线的Z轴、正交于主轴的轴线的X轴、与Z轴和X轴形成的平面垂直的Y轴移动,环绕与Z轴和X轴形成的平面垂直的旋转轴即B轴转动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的复合加工车床,其特征在于,
工件装卸装置沿着与主轴的轴线平行的轴线被移动控制。
4.根据权利要求1所述的复合加工车床,其特征在于,
工件装卸装置的工件装卸头具备如下功能,即除了将夹钳旋转定位在主轴的轴线上这一位置以外还分度成多个旋转位置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的复合加工车床,其特征在于,
工件装卸装置的工件装卸头除了夹钳以外还具备尾座。
6.一种复合加工车床,具备把持工件的主轴和更换自如地安装工具的工具主轴,其特征在于,
具备装备在主轴的铅直线下方的工件装卸装置,
工件装卸装置具备:环绕与含有主轴的轴线的铅直面垂直的轴线转动的工件装卸头和设置在工件装卸头上且把持工件的夹钳,
工件装卸装置的工件装卸头具备如下功能,即除了将夹钳旋转定位在主轴的轴线上这一位置以外还分度成多个旋转位置,
将工件装卸装置的工件装卸头分度的机构具备伺服马达和联轴器。
