Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种泵,特别用于液压装置。
背景技术
传统的泵,特别用于液压装置,如图1中展示。如图1所示,传统泵1包括偏心轴承2、传动轴承3、传动轴4、电传动马达5、带有马达孔6.1的泵壳6和传动轴轴承7。如果泵1用作ABS系统和/或ESP系统的一部分,则可能在泵运行时,由于偏心空间2.1里的狭窄间隙所造成的毛细作用使得少量的制动液从泵元件流出,并且直接流入到偏心轴承2中。进入到偏心轴承2中的制动液可能通过传动轴承3被继续输送到电传动马达5中。泄漏液体的泄漏路径在图1中如箭头8所示。此外,上述的毛细作用阻止了制动液溢流到可能存在的泄漏容器中。
浸入电驱动马达5中的制动液可导致电流值的增大和/或电刷寿命的减少。极端情况下,浸入电驱动马达5中的制动液可导致短路,并因此造成电驱动马达5停止运行。流入偏心轴承2和/或传动轴承3中的制动液可能冲掉润滑脂,并因此导致磨损增加。
发明内容
为此本发明提出一种泵,其带有偏心轴承、传动轴承、传动轴、电传动马达和泵壳,其中,在泵壳中设有补偿措施,其扩大了偏心轴承的偏心空间,其中所述补偿措施设计为环形槽,并且所述补偿措施使偏心空间和所述电传动马达之间的泄漏液体的泄漏路径中断,并使泄漏液体流入泄漏贮存器中。根据本发明的泵具有如下优点,即,偏心轴承的偏心空间通过设计在泵壳中的补偿措施而得到扩大。补偿措施防止和/或阻碍了偏心空间和偏心轴承间的毛细作用,即,根据本发明的补偿措施有利地中断了泵中泄漏液体从偏心空间到电传动马达的传输通道。通过补偿措施有利地避免了偏心空间中的狭窄间隙,从而可以减少毛细作用的危险,并可几乎完全地防止液体从偏心空间流向偏心轴承。
特别有利地是,补偿措施设计为环形槽,其容易在泵壳中实现。环形槽补偿措施不需要另外的结构空间,从而不需要在泵壳中做其它改变,例如关于传动轴轴承的布置--其避免了为了扩大偏心空间而加深马达孔。环形槽的截面可为有角的或为倒圆的。
在根据本发明所述泵的设计方案中,补偿措施使偏心空间和电传动马达之间的泄漏液体的泄漏路径中断,并使泄漏液体溢流入泄漏贮存器中。
在根据本发明所述泵的进一步设计方案中,泄漏贮存器可例如地设置在泵壳中马达孔的底部。
根据本发明所述的泵可例如地应用于例如ABS系统(防抱死制动系统)的和/或ESP系统(电子平稳程序系统)的液压装置中。

具体实施方式
如图2和3所示,与根据图1的传统泵1相类似,根据本发明设计的泵1′包括偏心轴承2、传动轴承3、传动轴4、电传动马达5和泵壳6′。进一步地,如在图2中所示,泵壳6′中设计有环形槽9作为补偿措施,其扩大了偏心轴承2的偏心空间2.1。
在所示实施例中,环形槽9具有有角截面。在其它未示出的实施范例中,环形槽9可具有倒圆截面。
根据本发明设计的补偿措施9有利地避免了偏心轴承2中的偏心空间2.1中的狭窄间隙,从而抑制了已出现的泄漏液体的毛细作用,并且中断了图1所示的、在偏心空间2.1和电传动马达5之间的泄漏液体的泄漏路径8。补偿措施9还使得泄漏液体溢流到泄漏贮存器10中,在所示实施范例中,该泄漏贮存器10设计在泵壳6′中的马达孔6.1底部。
泄漏液体的溢流在图3中由黑箭头标出。如此,在根据本发明设计的泵1′中,泄油不会流到偏心轴承2中并在那里通过传动轴承3而流到电传动马达5中,而是在马达孔6.1中向下流动,并可被引流到泄漏贮存器10中。
在根据本发明设计的泵1′可以防止泄漏液体、如制动液(其从泵元件中流出)进入偏心轴承2中且随后被继续输送到电驱动马达5中。由此提高了系统对于制动液输入的鲁棒性,并因此显著提高了电驱动马达5、偏心轴承2和传动轴承3的寿命。
根据本发明所述的泵可应用于例如ABS系统的和/或ESP系统的液压装置中。

Claims (4)

1.一种泵,其带有偏心轴承(2)、传动轴承(3)、传动轴(4)、电传动马达(5)和泵壳(6′),其特征在于,在泵壳(6′)中设有补偿措施(9),其扩大了偏心轴承(2)的偏心空间(2.1),其中所述补偿措施设计为环形槽,并且所述补偿措施(9)使偏心空间(2.1)和所述电传动马达(5)之间的泄漏液体的泄漏路径中断,并使泄漏液体流入泄漏贮存器(10)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,所述环形槽(9)具有有角截面或倒圆截面。
3.根据权利要求1所述的泵,其特征在于,所述泄漏贮存器(10)设置在所述泵壳(6′)中马达孔(6.1)的底部。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的泵,其特征在于,泵(1′)可应用于ABS系统的和/或ESP系统的液压装置中。
