Abstract

Description

鞋垫
技术领域：
本发明涉及一种鞋垫，尤其是一种吸湿性鞋垫，设计作为鞋外底或鞋底的衬里层，从而改善鞋子的舒适度。
本发明的目的，是为用户提供一种新型鞋垫，此鞋垫不仅成为弹性、适应性好和减震的脚底基础，而且具有多层结构，可实现吸湿和蒸发双重功能。
背景技术：
众所周知，大部分鞋子都有合适的或固定的鞋垫，来覆盖鞋底并形成脚底的支撑基础，因此鞋垫一般是平面的或热成型的。
单层的鞋垫，其唯一用途是成为鞋底的衬里层，以改善鞋子的美观程度，尽管多层鞋垫可以达到较好的脚底适应性和减震性等。
此外，还有的鞋垫具有或多或少的蒸发性，其它鞋垫则有吸湿效果。
然而，尚未发现能提供上述全部功能的鞋垫。
发明内容：
本发明所提出的鞋垫，具有上述全部功能，即具有蒸发性、吸湿性、弹性。
为此，更具体地讲，所述鞋垫的构造的第一层为多孔疏水层，由天然皮革或其他类似材料构成，具有不同尺寸的孔，这一层直接收集脚汗，由于它的特殊性质和结构，可立即将脚汗排向鞋垫的下一层。
鞋垫的第二层由吸湿性织物制成，脚汗可以通过第一层上的孔进入本层，并让脚汗仅向一个方向流动，引导上述脚汗流向鞋垫的更低层，并阻止脚汗回流到用户的脚底，因此可即时收集脚汗。
第二层接着将脚汗输送到位于前两层下面的第三层，这一层也由吸湿性材料制成，可收集上两层的所有水分。
第四层由热成型和多孔材料制成(比如，相当厚的海绵材料)，并且本层的厚度随着鞋垫的长度和宽度的不同而变化。本层除了填塞鞋垫之外，还充当第三层与第五层(最终层)之间的导湿层。第五层(最终层)由超级吸湿性材料制成，充当脚汗收集层，作为前述鞋垫结构的补充层，并且是为了使鞋垫具有符合解剖学的外形和/或与鞋底内表面极为适应的外形。
根据鞋子的具体设计用途的类型，可对本鞋垫进行结构上的细微改动，这样本鞋垫在用于小尺寸“精品”鞋子(常称为“晚会鞋”的女士鞋子)时，上述最后两层可以从鞋垫中去掉，只留下前三层，这样鞋垫的厚度大大降低，这样的鞋垫就能令人满意地完成它的功能。

具体实施方式：
从示图中可以看出本发明所提出的鞋垫的结构：顶层(1)是疏水层，由天然皮革或其他类似材料构成，本层具有许多流孔(2)，它们适宜地分布在整个层面上，具有不同的尺寸，较大的流孔(2’)被凸显出来，其中之一位于相对于脚跟而言的中间位置，另一个则位于脚底内侧的中间，因为这些部位是脚汗最集中的地方。流孔的尺寸和分布会根据鞋垫的设计或型号而有所差异。
皮革层(1)具有的疏水性，将脚汗导向分布在整个鞋垫的流孔(2-2’)，从而启动从鞋垫表面消除本来要与脚部接触的脚汗的过程。
在上述由天然皮革或其他相似材料构成的疏水层(1)的下面，是由吸湿性材料(特别是多孔、亲水材料)构成的一层(3)，如前所述，本层可让脚汗只向一个方向流动，引导上述脚汗流向鞋垫的更低层，并阻止脚汗回流到用户的脚底，因此可即时收集脚汗。
之后形成第三层(4)，本层由基于微纤维的纯吸湿性材料制成，用来收集从邻近的上一层(3)来的所有水分。
第四层(5)相当厚，由热成型和多孔材料制成，除了衬垫鞋垫之外，还用作第三层(3)与第五层(6)之间的导湿层。第五层形成了完整的鞋垫的构造。
最终层(6)用吸湿性材料制成，具有与第三层(4)极其相同的结构，即它是一种超强吸湿性材料，具有收集所有进入本层的水分的明显功能。
最后，还要说明的是(如前所述)，本鞋垫在用于小尺寸鞋底时，可去掉最低的两层，即第四层(5)和第五层(6)，由于这种鞋子的性质，本鞋垫无需热成型，必要的吸湿水平也会大大降低。

Claims (3)

1.一种采用多层结构的鞋垫，其特征是包括以下结构：第一层，即由天然皮革构成的疏水层；第二层，由吸湿性的多孔、亲水材料构成，使脚汗只向下方流动；第三层，由基于微纤维的吸湿性材料构成，从上一层收集水分；第四层，由多孔、保温材料制成，充当向第五层的导湿层；第五层，即最终层，也由基于微纤维的吸湿性材料制成，充当最终的水分汇集层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的鞋垫，其特征在于由皮革构成的疏水层具有许多流孔，这些流孔分为小孔径、中等孔径和大孔径，大孔径流孔所处的位置与脚底排汗量最大的位置相对应。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的鞋垫，其特征在于当本鞋垫用于称为“晚会鞋”的女士鞋子鞋底时，在鞋底只放入本鞋垫的前三层，即由天然皮革制成的疏水层，由吸湿性多孔、亲水织物构成的第二层，由基于微纤维的吸湿性材料构成的第三层。
