技术领域
本发明涉及医疗辅助器械技术领域,特别涉及一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫。
背景技术
脑中风是一组以脑部缺血及出血性损伤症状为主要临床表现的疾病,又称脑卒中或脑血管意外,具有极高的病死率和致残率,主要分为出血性脑中风和缺血性脑中风两大类,以脑梗塞最为常见。脑中风发病急,病死率高,是世界上最重要的致死性疾病之一。中风的死亡率也有随年龄增长而上升的趋势,由于一直缺乏有效的治疗措施,目前认为预防是最好的措施。
在脑中风发病前兆时,由于脑部病变,会造成病人的步态与正常人的步态出现一定的变化,但是现有的装置很难发现这一变化,因此,我们提出了一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明可以解决现有的检测设备很难发现具有脑中风前兆患者的步态与正常人的步态不同,不能发现脑中风患者发病前兆预知的难题。
(二)技术方案
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案,一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,包括疏水层、弹性层和导湿层,
所述疏水层粘接固定在所述弹性层的上部,所述弹性层的表面开设有第一导水孔,所述导湿层粘接固定在所述弹性层的底部,所述导湿层的底部缝制连接有保温层,所述保温层的表面开设有第二导水孔,所述保温层的底部粘接固定有集湿层;
所述弹性层包括脚跟部、脚掌部和足弓部,所述脚跟部、脚掌部和足弓部上均设置有凸点,所述凸点内均嵌装有压力传感器,所述足弓部的底部设置有AD模块,所述压力传感器与所述AD模块电性连接,所述脚跟部的底部安装有蓄电池,所述足弓部的底部还设置有处理器和信号发射器,所述AD模块与所述处理器信号连接,所述处理器与所述信号发射器信号连接。

(三)有益效果
1.本发明提供的脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,通过疏水层可以防止鞋垫表面粘附汗液,影响用户穿着时的舒适度,弹性层可以对用户的足部进行缓冲,提高用户穿着时的舒适度,导湿层可以将鞋垫上汗液导出,引导至鞋垫的底部,避免汗液集留弹性层;
2.本发明提供的脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,通过凸点的使用,在用户穿着鞋垫走路时,脚底与凸点接触,可以在行走时,对脚底提供按摩,并且在行走时,与脚底接触的凸点,可以触发压力传感器的感应,以保证压力传感器可以传递信号;
3.本发明提供的脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,在用户做检测时,将鞋垫放置在鞋子中,然后进行步态测试,在走路时,脚底部各个部位与凸点接触,根据压力传感器得到的电信号由AD模块转化为数字信号,发送至处理器,再由处理器再由信号发射器发出,以便于检测人员读取到用户在步行过程中,与正常人步态之间的区别。

如图1至图6所示,一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,包括疏水层1、弹性层2和导湿层3,所述疏水层1设置为涤纶面料层,所述集湿层7设置为空气层面料层,所述集湿层7和疏水层1的表面均涂覆有银离子涂层,通过银离子涂层的使用,可以使鞋垫具有杀菌和灭菌的作用,提高鞋垫的使用寿命,疏水层1用于防止鞋垫表面粘附汗液,影响用户穿着时的舒适度,弹性层2用于对用户的足部进行缓冲,提高用户穿着时的舒适度,导湿层3用于将鞋垫上汗液导出,引导至鞋垫的底部,避免汗液集留弹性层2,所述疏水层1粘接固定在所述弹性层2的上部,所述弹性层2的表面开设有第一导水孔4,第一导水孔4用于将弹性层2表面的汗液排出,流入到导湿层3,所述导湿层3粘接固定在所述弹性层2的底部,所述弹性层2设置为硅橡胶层,通过将弹性层2设置为硅橡胶层,可以在用户行走时,对脚底提供缓冲,提高用户穿着时的舒适度,所述导湿层3的底部缝制连接有保温层5,所述保温层5设置为涤纶织物面料层,可以使鞋垫隔绝脚底的凉气,保证鞋内的温度,所述保温层5的表面开设有第二导水孔6,第二导水孔6用于将导湿层3内的汗液排入到集湿层7内,保证保温层5的保温功能,所述保温层5的底部粘接固定有集湿层7,集湿层7用于将汗液集留;
所述弹性层2包括脚跟部8、脚掌部9和足弓部10,所述脚跟部8、脚掌部9和足弓部10上均设置有凸点11,所述凸点11设置为硅橡胶凸点,通过硅橡胶的柔性和高安全性,可以对用户在行走时,起到按摩作用,凸点11用于对用户的脚底在行走时提供按摩,所述凸点11内均嵌装有压力传感器12,所述足弓部10的底部设置有AD模块13,所述压力传感器12与所述AD模块13电性连接,所述脚跟部8的底部安装有蓄电池14,所述足弓部10的底部还设置有处理器15和信号发射器16,所述AD模块13与所述处理器15信号连接,所述处理器15与所述信号发射器16信号连接,所述蓄电池14与所述处理器15电性连接,所述处理器15分别与AD模块13、信号发射器16和压力传感器12电性连接,在用户做检测时,将鞋垫放置在鞋子中,然后进行步态测试,在走路时,脚底部各个部位与凸点11接触,根据压力传感器12得到的电信号由AD模块13转化为数字信号,发送至处理器15,再由处理器15再由信号发射器16发出,以便于检测人员读取到用户在步行过程中,与正常人步态之间的区别。
具体地,所述脚跟部8的底部开设有凹槽17,所述蓄电池14嵌装在所述凹槽17内,通过将蓄电池14嵌装在凹槽17内,可以方便蓄电池14的拆卸,便于后期蓄电池14老化,进行更换。
综上所述:在用户做检测时,将鞋垫放置在鞋子中,然后进行步态测试,在走路时,脚底部各个部位与凸点11接触,根据压力传感器12得到的电信号由AD模块13转化为数字信号,发送至处理器15,再由处理器15再由信号发射器16发出,以便于检测人员读取到用户在步行过程中,与正常人步态之间的区别,通过疏水层1可以防止鞋垫表面粘附汗液,影响用户穿着时的舒适度,弹性层2可以对用户的足部进行缓冲,提高用户穿着时的舒适度,导湿层3可以将鞋垫上汗液导出,引导至鞋垫的底部,避免汗液集留弹性层,集湿层7可以将汗液集留,避免汗液将鞋子浸湿,影响用户穿着时的舒适度,通过凸点11的使用,在用户穿着鞋垫走路时,脚底与凸点接触,可以在行走时,对脚底提供按摩,并且在行走时,与脚底接触的凸点11,可以触发压力传感器的感应,以保证压力传感器可以传递信号。

Claims (9)

1.一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,包括疏水层(1)、弹性层(2)和导湿层(3),其中:
所述疏水层(1)粘接固定在所述弹性层(2)的上部,所述弹性层(2)的表面开设有第一导水孔(4),所述导湿层(3)粘接固定在所述弹性层(2)的底部,所述导湿层(3)的底部缝制连接有保温层(5),所述保温层(5)的表面开设有第二导水孔(6),所述保温层(5)的底部粘接固定有集湿层(7);
所述弹性层(2)包括脚跟部(8)、脚掌部(9)和足弓部(10),所述脚跟部(8)、脚掌部(9)和足弓部(10)上均设置有凸点(11),所述凸点(11)内均嵌装有压力传感器(12),所述足弓部(10)的底部设置有AD模块(13),所述压力传感器(12)与所述AD模块(13)电性连接,所述脚跟部(8)的底部安装有蓄电池(14),所述足弓部(10)的底部还设置有处理器(15)和信号发射器(16),所述AD模块(13)与所述处理器(15)信号连接,所述处理器(15)与所述信号发射器(16)信号连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述疏水层(1)设置为涤纶面料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述弹性层(2)设置为硅橡胶层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述集湿层(7)和疏水层(1)的表面均涂覆有银离子涂层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述集湿层(7)设置为空气层面料层。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述保温层(5)设置为涤纶织物面料层。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述凸点(11)设置为硅橡胶凸点。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述脚跟部(8)的底部开设有凹槽(17),所述蓄电池(14)嵌装在所述凹槽(17)内。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种脑中风预警用步态检测鞋垫,其特征在于:所述蓄电池(14)与所述处理器(15)电性连接,所述处理器(15)分别与AD模块(13)、信号发射器(16)和压力传感器(12)电性连接。
