技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有矩形横截面的电绕组导体,用于生产电气设备的绕组,所述电气设备含有被用作冷却剂的液体,所述绕组在使用位置处被浸没在所述液体中(EP 1 079 500A1)。
背景技术
绕组导体比如一般首先设置有绝缘,然后经过处理以形成例如用于变压器或电机中的绕组。绕组的各匝彼此绝缘。根据DE 199 03 137A1,例如,通过施加漆层,或者,使用不同的已知技术,通过把纸缠绕在所述绕组导体周围而使其得以实现。

发明内容

根据本发明,该目的得以实现在于由绝缘材料构成的凸起区域在所述绕组导体的至少一侧上在其整个长度上彼此隔开一定距离被安装。

如图4所示的凸起区域2也可是加厚区域或绝缘层7的加厚部分6的形式,其中所述绝缘层7可被施加到绕组导体1并是使用传统方法由例如漆构成。加厚区域6的配置是由和以点或圆形式的凸起区域4相同的因素控制的。
在另一实施例中,如图5所示的所述绕组导体1也可设置有缠绕物8,该缠绕物8以彼此隔开一定距离围包围绕组导体1。缠绕物8可再次被施加到裸绕组导体1或被施加到已经绝缘的绕组导体1。它们有利地由纸构成。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有矩形横截面的电绕组导体,用于生产电气设备的绕组,所述电气设备含有被用作冷却剂的液体,所述绕组在使用位置处被浸没在所述液体中,其特征在于,由绝缘材料构成的凸起区域(2)在所述绕组导体(1)整个长度上彼此隔开一定的距离被安装在所述绕组导体(1)的至少一侧上。
2.如权利要求1的绕组导体,其特征在于,所述凸起区域(2)是带状凸起区域(5)。
3.如权利要求1的绕组导体,其特征在于,所述凸起区域(2)是点或圆状凸起区域(4)。
4.如权利要求1的绕组导体,其特征在于,所述凸起区域(2)是由围绕所述绕组导体(1)的绝缘(7)的加厚区域(6)形成的。
5.如权利要求1的绕组导体,其特征在于,所述凸起区域(2)是由彼此隔开一定距离布置的绕组导体(1)的缠绕物(8)形成的。
