背景技术
在当今技术发展状况下,用于叶轮的叶片通常采取一体的、连续的实施方式。使用这种通行的、封闭式的叶片结构,会在叶片的背面产生干扰涡流。
发明内容
本发明的任务是,为叶轮配备能改善叶片背面干扰涡流状况的叶片。
该任务通过本发明借助开篇时提到的叶片如此完成,即叶片包括至少两个元件。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述元件通过中间空间分开,和/或布置成叠片形式。
本发明的另外的优点在于,所述元件是错位安装的。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,所述元件在迎流方向上具有弧度,并且在流出方向上伸展开。所述弧度可以是凸起的,也可以是凹陷的。
本发明进一步的优点在于,所述元件相互间具有角度。
元件与假想的轴线叶轮的角度由内向外变大,这是有利的。
在优选的实施方式中,元件之间的距离大小可以相等。

具体实施方式
图1是已知实施方式的叶轮(3)的截面示意图,按图1叶轮(3)包括至少一个叶片(1)和一个轮毂(2)。
在图2的示意图中示出了符合本发明的元件(4)的斜视图,一个在迎流方向,另一个在流出方向。图中还注明了水(5)的流动方向和叶轮(6)的旋转方向。元件(4)可以在其和水接触的侧面上具有弧度,并且向轮毂(2)或向元件(4)的里端方向伸展开或者可以是直的。如果弧度是凸起或凹陷时,则是特别有利的。
图3示出的是本发明的一种特殊的实施方式。多个由元件(4)构成的叶片(1)安装在叶轮(3)上,由于整个叶片(1)围绕叶轮(3)的轮毂(2)旋转,使得元件(4)相对水流的位置持续改变。在叶片(1)浸入时(元件(4)一个接着一个)最外部的元件(4)处在水流阻力很小的位置。随着叶片(1)的继续转动,里面的下一个元件(4)也浸入水流。在处于和水流垂直的位置时,元件(4)所起作用几乎相当于只由一个零件所构成的叶片(1)那样。当符合本发明的叶片(1)处于其它位置时,水流可以通过中间空间流过。这个中间空间表明了叠片式或者条板式叶片(1)的特性。叶片(1)背面的干扰涡流得到降低,并且叶轮(3)的运转阻力也得到减小。这种由多个元件构成的叶片(1)或假想的中线(7)即可以是弯曲的,也可以是直的。
在符合本发明的实施方式中,如图4所示,配有由元件(4)所制成的叶片(1)的叶轮(3)可以从两个方向(5)迎流,根据水流强度,有必要将叶片(1)在水流方向上构造成敞开式或者封闭式。
图5示出的是本发明的特别有效的实施方式。一体的叶片(1)的纵向截面具有中线(7)。这个中线(7)应和叶片(1)的弧度相应。至少两个根据本发明的元件(4)在假象中线(7)上如此布置,使得假想中线(7)和第一元件(4)之间的夹角小于假想中线(7)和第二元件(4)之间的夹角。元件(4)和中线(7)的交点可以在中线(7)上具有彼此相等的距离。在一种变型实施方式中,上述距离也可以不同。在特别有效的实施方式中,元件(4)的大小可以不同。元件(4)可以从外向内变小。由此也会造成元件(4)之间的距离也不同。当上述距离从外向内变小时是特别有效的。

其特征在于:
元件(4)相互之间具有角度。
7.符合权利要求6的叶片(1)
其特征在于:
元件(4)与中线(7)的角度由内向外变大。
8.符合此前权利要求中任一项所述的叶片(1)
其特征在于:
元件(4)在迎流方向上具有弧度,并且在流出方向上伸展。
