·机械损坏(刮擦),
·工业粉尘和任何类型的污染物,
·飞锈(fly rust)和细火花,
·来自高架线(铁路)的油灰和磨损,
·动物分泌物、鸟粪、树木树脂和花粉,
·气候和其他环境影响。
蜡保护从环境观点出发是不利的并且受到日益严格的法定强制。对于保护性外罩,固定是一种挑战。重要的是保护车辆免于被污染物和水渗透。这里,在某些情形中,胶带被附着粘结在敏感的基材上。施加在这些胶带上的要求非常全面。
有利的产品是不会产生任何内聚的分离或破坏并且不会对车辆表面和安装部件产生任何情形的破坏的那些。对于在高达160km/h的速度下运输而言,需要耐受性。
材料在-40℃下和在+80℃下24h后必须具有足够的机械强度,以及耐受-20℃-+50℃的温度,在这种情况下它们应该毫无问题地从车辆上除去。
在所有类型的气候条件下,必须没有与表面漆面(finish)(1-组分和2-组分透明涂料(clearcoat)漆面)、与修饰部件(trim component)、与密封件或者与玻璃窗的相互作用。
在某些情况下,对于特殊车辆而言,至少一部分保护装置将装配有水蒸气渗透率为至少40g/(m2*d)的材料。
为了密封和/或固定的目的,采用胶带是有利的,但必须被缝合或焊接。在缝合的情形中,缺点是形成了进孔,污染物和水通过其可以进入保护装置的下面。缺点还有,由于缝合孔,材料将丧失稳定性至撕裂的程度。这类例子包括基于薄膜的胶带。此外,操作费时并且需要设备。当进行布置时,有出错的可能性。由于缝合,余下的粘结面积减小;该缝合例如占粘合材料多达30%。
在焊接的情形中,仅仅非常特殊的材料是合适的。举例来说,不可能焊接基于粘胶短纤维或棉例如机织或无纺布的纤维质片状结构。并且由于加工操作,片状结构的表面改变并且粘结面积显著减少。取决于焊接点,接缝位置可能发展成预定的断裂点,其然后不再符合要求,并且不利的是,不再适合用于部件。另外,操作费时并且需要用于生产操作的设备。
本发明的目的是开发一种适用于将保护性片状结构粘结在基材上并且不具有现有技术已知的缺点的胶带。
该目的借助于如权利要求1中所述的双面胶带得以实现。一种可选实施方案是共同独立的权利要求10的主题。从属权利要求包含了本发明主题的有利方案,以及其用途。
本发明因此提供一种用于固定大的片状结构以达到向基材例如汽车漆面(automotive finish)提供运输保护或组装保护的双面胶带,其由包含涂覆量大于10g/m2并且粘结强度为至少0.2N/cm的粘合剂A的第一粘合面A和包含熔点大于50℃的粘合剂B的第二粘合面B组成,粘合剂A或B的至少一种为自粘合的并且适合于双向粘结(reversible bonding)。
作为选择,本发明提供一种用于固定大的片状结构以达到向基材例如汽车漆面提供运输保护或组装保护的双面胶带,其由包含包括异丁基橡胶或其衍生物或共混物的粘合剂A的第一粘合面A和包含基于由丙烯酸和其衍生物,优选其酯和醚的聚合得到的聚合物的粘合剂B的第二粘合面B组成。
具有粘合剂B的胶带一面在使用中面向大的片状结构并且用于固定它。
总的来说,本发明的主题由具有两个粘合层的胶带组成。在一种有利方案中,这些层被背衬材料支承。该背衬材料可以是基于天然或合成材料或其组合或混合物的机织或针织织物、麻棉布、无纺布、薄膜或纸,或者其复合材料和组合产品。
因此并且有利地,使用由聚丙烯、聚酯、聚酰胺、聚氨酯或聚乙烯单独制成和与无机纤维例如玻璃纤维或碳纤维组合制成的,或者由产品例如带有纤维素或棉纤维的机织织物、麻棉布和针织织物制成的,以及金属来源的聚合物薄膜、无纺布或机织织物。对于特殊的应用,也可以使用混合产品,例如在合适的情况下以混纺的纤维丝线、纱线或经纱(twist)形式的混合制品或混纺纤维产品。在一些情况下,这些产品可以进行着色或者另有配置以赋予背衬材料光学或机械特征和性能。
在可选方案中,也可以使用天然来源的纤维,例如棉、丝、亚麻或粘胶短纤维。
在本发明主题的可选实施方案中,无纺布被用作用于掩饰表面的背衬材料。该无纺布通过形成由来自无纺布纤维的网眼形成的针脚而增强,无纺布上的针脚数目有利的为至少3个/cm,优选5个/cm-50个/cm。
本发明主题的极限拉伸强度为至少10N/cm,优选15-450N/cm,更优选20-250N/cm,该强度基于本发明主题的宽度。
胶带的伸长率通常小于1500%。在薄膜基背衬材料的情形中,其为10%-1000%,优选15%-800%,更优选15%-500%。在无纺布基背衬材料的情形中,其为10%-400%,优选15%-300%,更优选15%-250%。机织织物具有5%-50%,优选5%-25%的伸长率。
在另一种有利的实施方案中,本发明的主题可以用手相对于取向垂直地撕裂和/或以针脚方向撕裂。这在本发明的产品自身缠绕形成卷时常常采用。
在另一种实施方案的情形中,该撕裂性是不必要的。在该情形中,所述产品可以是用于粘结大的片状结构上的冲切产品。
胶带优选包含吸收UV光的物质。
出于分类的目的,粘合面被称为A和B。
粘合剂的自粘合涂层可以通过直接涂覆和通过转移涂覆(transfercoating)进行。在转移涂覆的情形中,首先涂覆辅助载体例如隔离纸、隔离薄膜、辊或带并且然后引入背衬本身。另一种可能是例如通过图案印刷、丝网印刷、热凸版印刷或凹版印刷将粘合剂部分涂覆在背衬上。然而,在整个区域上涂覆同样是可行的。旋涂或喷涂可以赋予产品特殊的性能。
可以用粘合剂衬里将本发明的主题的一或两面施加衬里。
还有其他加工步骤,例如在现有技术中可找到的层压、冲切、印刷、中和、活化、交联、纵切(slitting)、穿孔、压花和其他技术。
对于涂覆操作,优选具有高的粘结强度的自粘合组合物。可以使用的粘合剂有利的是基于带有相应添加剂(例如增粘树脂、增塑剂、稳定剂和其他助剂例如在必要的情况下具有填料)的以下物质的自粘合组合物:天然和合成橡胶以及其他合成聚合物例如丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯、聚烯烃、聚乙烯基衍生物、聚酯或有机硅。
热塑性热熔粘合剂更特别地具有有利的性能并且在生产领域是有利的。
基于嵌段共聚物的优选的热熔粘合剂由于它们的各种变化可能性而出名:即使在人的运动器官的临界点下,通过增粘剂、增塑剂以及聚合物分子的尺寸和组分的分子分布的选择而有意降低自粘合组合物的玻璃转变温度确保了对基材必要的、在功能上合适的粘结。
热熔粘合剂的高撕裂强度通过聚合物高的内聚性而获得。有效的粘性是所用增粘剂和增塑剂范围的直接结果。
对于特别牢固粘结的系统,热熔粘合剂优选基于嵌段共聚物,更特别为A-B或A-B-A嵌段共聚物或其混合物。
硬相A主要是聚苯乙烯或其衍生物,软相B含有乙烯、丙烯、丁烯、丁二烯、异戊二烯、异丁烯或其混合物,这里更优选异戊二烯或其混合物。
在一种有利方案中,热熔粘合剂具有下述组成:
10-90wt%              嵌段共聚物,
5-80wt%               增粘剂例如油、蜡、树脂和/或其混合物,优选树脂和油的混合物,
少于60wt%             增塑剂,
少于15wt%             添加剂,
少于5wt%              稳定剂。
充当增粘剂的脂族或芳族油、蜡和树脂优选为烃油、蜡和树脂,油(例如链烷烃油)或者蜡(例如链烷烃蜡)由于它们的稠度而对于和皮肤的结合具有有利的效果。使用的增塑剂是中等链长或长链脂肪酸和/或它们的酯。这些助剂用于调节粘合性能和稳定性。在合适的情况下,使用另一些稳定剂和其他助剂。
在粘合面B上,本发明的胶带对钢材具有至少0.5N/cm(涂覆宽度)的粘结强度,尤其为1.0N/cm-25N/cm,更优选1.5-22N/cm的粘结强度。在其他基材上,可以获得不同的粘结强度。粘合剂B的熔点大于50℃,优选为60℃-300℃并且更优选70℃-150℃。
粘合面B的涂覆量优选大于12g/m2。在有利方案中,其为15-120g/m2并且特别有利为17g/m2-80g/m2
在粘合面A上,本发明的胶带对钢材具有至少0.2N/cm(涂覆宽度)的粘结强度,尤其为0.5N/cm-10N/cm,更优选0.5-7N/cm的粘结强度。同样,在不同的基材上可以实现其他的粘结强度。粘合面A的涂覆量为大于10g/m2。在有利方案中,其为12-120g/m2并且特别有利为17g/m2-80g/m2
进一步优选地,粘合剂可以是反应性的。
对于本发明的主题而言,进一步有利采用的是少于500g/m2的基重。对于平整的粘结而言,优选使用20-400g/m2,更优选30-300g/m2
本发明的胶带可以特别有利地用于粘结片状结构以达到在运输或组装过程中起到保护基材作用的目的,该片状结构具有大于1平方米的尺寸。
在其他系统当中,片状结构是指完全保护的外罩和部分保护的外罩,其也可以具有三维形状。底面面积(base area)为大于1平方米,优选大于2平方米,更优选高达12平方米。
有利的形状是接近于被保护的制品,更特别地接近于车辆形状的三维形状。
在一种特别优选的方案中,首先将粘合面B固定在大的片状结构上,并且在稍后的时间点下将粘合面A粘结在希望保护的基材上。这可以出于密封的目的和/或出于固定的目的来进行,实施的形式则不同。
面向片状结构的粘合剂优选产生持久的粘结,在不破坏的情况下其不能被除去。
进一步优选地,面向待保护的制品的粘合剂可以被分离,而没有来自被粘结的基材的残渣。

Claims (12)

1.双面胶带,其用于固定大的片状结构以达到向基材例如汽车漆面提供运输保护或组装保护的目的,该胶带由包含涂覆量大于10g/m2并且粘结强度为至少0.2N/cm的粘合剂A的第一粘合面A和包含熔点大于50℃的粘合剂B的第二粘合面B组成,粘合剂A或B的至少一种为自粘合的并且适合于双向粘结。
2.根据权利要求1的胶带,其特征在于粘合剂A不同于粘合剂B。
3.根据权利要求1或2的胶带,其特征在于粘合剂A包含选自以下的聚合物:丙烯酸酯、天然或合成橡胶,更特别地基于嵌段共聚物的聚合物,尤其是含苯乙烯的聚合物或异丁基橡胶,或者含乙烯基的聚合物,尤其是乙基-乙烯基乙酸酯,或者它们的衍生物或共混物。
4.根据权利要求1-3至少一项的胶带,其特征在于背衬是优选厚度为7-100μm的基于聚烯烃或其混合制品的薄膜背衬、基于聚酯的薄膜背衬、或其层合体。
5.根据前述权利要求至少一项的胶带,其特征在于该胶带在横向上穿孔或者可撕裂。
6.根据前述权利要求至少一项的胶带,其特征在于粘合剂A或B的至少一种以无溶剂的方法涂覆。
7.根据前述权利要求至少一项的胶带,其特征在于该胶带的基重小于300g/m2、粘合剂A的涂覆量优选为12-80g/m2和粘合剂B的涂覆量优选为15-80g/m2
8.前述权利要求至少一项的胶带用于粘结片状结构的应用以在运输或组装过程中起到保护基材作用的目的,该片状结构具有大于1平方米的尺寸。
9.根据权利要求8的用途,其特征在于片状结构用胶带粘结是以使得粘合剂B面向片状结构的方式进行的。
10.双面胶带,其用于固定大的片状结构以达到向基材例如汽车漆面提供运输保护或组装保护的目的,该胶带由第一粘合面A和第二粘合面B组成,第一粘合面A包含包括异丁基橡胶或其衍生物或共混物的粘合剂A,第二粘合面B包含粘合剂B,该粘合剂B基于由丙烯酸和其衍生物,优选其酯和醚的聚合得到的聚合物。
11.根据权利要求10的胶带,其特征在于背衬是机织织物,其更特别地具有40-300μm的厚度。
12.权利要求10和11至少一项的胶带用于粘结片状结构的用途以在运输或组装过程中起到保护基材作用的目的,该片状结构具有大于1平方米的尺寸。
