本发明公开了一种高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法。属于有机高分化合物的技术领域。其用于解决料质强度底、回弹性差、原料成本高的问题。该生产方法包括以下步骤:将含有重量比为47%成品边角料,用密闭式炼胶机混炼15分钟,投入重量比为47%的LDPE,投入含有重量比为1.2%的碳黑密炼至熔化混炼均匀,然后投入重量比为0.8%的过氧化二异丙苯、重量比为2%的发泡剂H和重量比为2%的尿素脂混炼6分钟出料;用开放式炼胶机将混炼体薄炼3遍达5mm厚,打成50cm×100cm的料卷;装入油压机的模具中,模具温度要求达到155℃,用15MPa的油压锁模,发泡40分钟后取出发泡体。采用这种高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法可广泛地应用于聚乙烯发泡材料的生产。

Description

高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法。其属于有机高分化合物的技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上对水利工程垫层和高速公路等水泥伸缩缝所用的高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料,存在的不足之处是强度底、回弹性差、原料成本高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种强度高、回弹性好、原料成本低的高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法。
为了解决上述技术的问题,本发明的生产方法,包括以下步骤:
(a)将含有重量比为15~48%由高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料切割后的边、角、皮组成的耳皮在35~40转/min、循环冷却水温50~60℃和空气压力为0.55~0.6MPa的密闭式炼胶机中混炼10-20分钟,投入重量比为47~85%的LDPE,再投入含有重量比为0.5~1.2%的碳黑密炼至熔化混炼均匀,然后投入重量比为0.2~1%的过氧化二异丙苯、重量比为1.5~4.5%的发泡剂H和重量比为1.5~4.5%的尿素脂混炼6-8分钟出料,所述组分重量比之和为100%;
(b)在开放式密炼机上,将混炼体薄炼2~5遍达5~8mm厚,然后打卷成45~55cm宽,90~110-cm长的料卷,切割,称量;
(c)将称好的小块预压成与模具相近的长方体料块;
(d)一次发泡剂热板温度要求达到150~158℃,将料块装入油压机的模具中,用13~15MPa的油压锁模,发泡38~45分钟,取出发泡体。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:通过本发明的生产配方和生产工艺制成的高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料质轻、强度高、回弹性好、耐化学腐蚀性强,其物理化学性能完全符合水利工程垫层和高速公路等水泥伸缩缝材料的需要,可降低原材料成本50%左右。
并大大降低了高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的原材料成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法包括以下步骤:
(1)密闭式炼胶机工序:密炼机要求40转/min,设定密炼机循环冷却水温60℃,加压盖空气压力为0.55MPa。准备重量比为47%的LDPE原料(聚乙烯)、辅料,及回收重量比为47%由高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料切割后的边、角、皮组成的耳皮。辅料分别用袋子装好,分为A袋和B袋。A袋包括重量比为1.2%的碳黑;B袋包括重量比为0.8%的过氧化二异丙苯、重量比为2%的发泡剂H、重量比为2%的尿素脂。先将由高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料切割后的边、角、皮组成的耳皮在密闭式炼胶机中混炼15分钟,然后投入LDPE原料和A袋,密炼至熔化,再升8℃,再投入B袋,混炼6分钟,至混炼均匀,出料。
(2)开放式炼胶机工序:在开放式密炼机上,将混炼体薄炼3遍达5mm厚,然后打卷成50cm宽,100cm长的料卷,切割,称量。
(3)预压成型:将称好的小块预压成与模具相近的长方体料块。
(4)一次发泡油压机工序:将长方体料块装入油压机的模具中,模具温度要求达到155℃,用15MPa的油压锁模,发泡40分钟左右,一次发泡完成,取出发泡体。
在上述方案步骤(1)中,要求密炼机40转/min,设定密炼机循环冷却水温60℃,加压盖空气压力为0.55MPa,都是为了使混炼体混炼均匀。
在步骤(2)中,薄轧混炼体主要是为了进一步混炼均匀。
在步骤(3)中,预压时间要保持50秒以上,热板温度在85℃,主要为了保证板面平整,避免料块温度降低。
在步骤(4)中,装入料块之前,要在模具内和热板上均匀的涂甲基硅油,因为聚乙烯高温熔化后,对铁制品易产生粘膜,选择15MPa油压是最合适的锁模压力,太高油压,易损坏油缸,模具变形;太低油压,混炼体发泡后,内压增高,混炼体容易益出。在155℃左右的温度下,发泡剂H和过氧化二异丙苯在混炼体中的分解速度刚好匹配,40分钟左右刚好将料块加热透。温度高,时间长会使发泡体交联过渡,产品内部有洞;温度低,时间短,会造成发泡剂分解不完全,板材达不到要求尺寸。
本发明的产品,经水利部海河水利委员会基本建设工程质量检测中心检测产品所达到的物理性能指标如下表所示:

Claims (1)

1.一种高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料的生产方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(a)将含有重量比为15~48%由高压聚乙烯低倍发泡材料切割后的边、角、皮组成的耳皮,在35~40转/min、循环冷却水温50~60℃和空气压力为0.55~0.6MPa的密闭式炼胶机中混炼10~20分钟,投入重量比为47~85%的LDPE,再投入含有重量比为0.5~1.2%的碳黑密炼至熔化混炼均匀,然后投入重量比为0.2~1%的过氧化二异丙苯、重量比为1.5~4.5%的发泡剂H和重量比为1.5~4.5%的尿素脂,混炼6~8分钟出料,所述组分重量比之和为100%;
(b)在开放式密炼机上,将混炼体薄炼2~5遍达5~8mm厚,然后打卷成45~55cm宽,90~110cm长的料卷,切割,称量;
(c)将称好的小块预压成与模具相近的长方体料块;
(d)将长方体料块装入油压机的模具中,一次发泡剂热板温度要求达到150~158℃,用13~15MPa的油压锁模,发泡38~45分钟,取出发泡体。
