Abstract

本发明公开了一种丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉及其制备方法。本发明的制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)丙烯酸聚合物的制取;(2)丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉合成前的预处理;(3)丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取。本发明产品对天然纤维有非常好的亲和力和粘附力,并且浆膜柔韧性提高,从而极大地改善了纸张的印刷过程中掉粉、掉毛现象。

丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明属于变性淀粉技术领域,更具体是涉及一种丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉及其制备方法。
背景技术:
随着高速印刷技术的迅速发展,对纸张表面强度及环压、耐破指标要求越来越高,这就对表面施胶类淀粉性能提出了更高的要求。
目前国内表面施胶淀粉主要是以氧化淀粉为主,近年又有了阳离子或氧化交联复合变性淀粉,使用这类表面施胶淀粉的纸张,用在高速喷墨和多色套印等印刷过程中易发生掉粉、掉毛现象。这很难适应新型印刷行业的要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足之处,提供一种丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉。本发明产品对天然纤维有非常好的亲和力和粘附力,并且浆膜柔韧性提高,从而极大地改善了纸张的印刷过程中掉粉、掉毛现象。
本发明的另一目的在于提供该丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制备方法,包括如下技术步骤:
(1).丙烯酸聚合物的制取:
在有夹套加热的反应缸中加入200kg水,并逐步升温至水温为38~42℃;
然后加入4~6kg的丙烯酰胺,溶解均匀后再加入1~2kg的丙烯酸丁酯,8~12kg丙烯腈和20~40kg丙烯酸,最后加入1~3.6kg过硫酸铵,反应缸搅拌速度保持在80~200转/分钟;
将反应温度升至68~78℃,反应60~70分钟后,降温至常温28~30℃,放置待用;放置时间不超过30分钟;
本配置过程中,过硫酸铵是对本聚合反应中较重要的一环,其用量大小在0.5~1.8(重量%,水的)范围内进行调节,用量小时,聚合物对纤维粘附力强,但粘度大、流动性较差;用量大时,聚合物的分子量下降,对纤维粘附力会下降,但粘度低、流动性好。这可根据产品要求进行调节;
(2).丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉合成前的预处理:
将氧化交联淀粉与O-25按重量比为1∶0.08~0.20的比例混合均匀,并在淀粉反应缸中加热至温度为45~55℃,反应35~40分钟,使淀粉得到充分润湿;
上述氧化交联淀粉为12%重量浓度,表面施胶用粘度为40~80mpa.s。
所述的O-25为C12-18脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(25)醚(C12-18H25-37O(CH2CH2O)25H,简称O-25。
(3).丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取:
将丙烯酸酯聚合物与经过O-25润湿处理的氧化交联淀粉量按重量比为0.1~0.3∶1的比例混合均匀;并继续将淀粉温度升至65~75℃,反应80~100分钟,然后进行风冷降温去湿,破碎,就为成品。
上述制备方法中制取到的丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉为本发明所要求保护的范围。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1).本发明利用O-25优良的渗透润湿性将丙烯酸酯聚合物有效地与氧化交联淀粉相结合,使产品使用过程中浆液抗老化能力大大提高,改善了淀粉浆在高浓度下的凝沉现象。
(2).本发明同时由于引入了合适分子量的丙烯酸酯聚合物,使淀粉浆膜柔韧性、伸缩性及耐磨性都大为提高,另外很好的加强了淀粉浆对天然纤维的亲和力和粘附力,从而改善了纸张印刷过程中的掉粉、掉毛现象。
具体实施方式:
以下结合具体实施例来对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1
(1).丙烯酸聚合物的制取:
在有夹套加热的反应缸中加入200kg水,并逐步升温至水温为38℃;
然后加入4kg的丙烯酰胺,溶解均匀后再加入1kg的丙烯酸丁酯,8kg丙烯腈和20kg丙烯酸,最后加入1kg过硫酸铵,反应缸搅拌速度保持在200转/分钟;
将反应温度升至68℃,反应60分钟后,降温至常温28℃,放置待用;放置时间为30分钟;
(2).丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉进行预润湿处理:
将氧化交联淀粉与O-25按重量比为1∶0.08的比例混合均匀,并在淀粉反应缸中加热至温度为45℃,反应35分钟,使淀粉得到充分润湿;
上述氧化交联淀粉为12%重量浓度,表面施胶用粘度为40mpa.s。
(3).丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取:
将丙烯酸酯聚合物与经过O-25润湿处理的氧化交联淀粉量按重量比为0.1∶1的比例混合均匀;并继续将淀粉温度升至65℃,反应80分钟,然后进行风冷降温去湿,破碎,就为成品。
实施例2
(1).丙烯酸聚合物的制取:
在有夹套加热的反应缸中加入200kg水,并逐步升温至水温为40℃;
然后加入5kg的丙烯酰胺,溶解均匀后再加入1.5kg的丙烯酸丁酯,10kg丙烯腈和30kg丙烯酸,最后加入2.3kg过硫酸铵,反应缸搅拌速度保持在150转/分钟;
将反应温度升至72℃,反应65分钟后,降温至常温29℃,放置待用;放置时间为25分钟;
(2).丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉合成前的预处理:
将氧化交联淀粉与O-25按重量比为1∶0.15的比例混合均匀,并在淀粉反应缸中加热至温度为50℃,反应38分钟,使淀粉得到充分润湿;
上述氧化交联淀粉为12%重量浓度,表面施胶用粘度为60mpa.s。
(3).丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取:
将丙烯酸酯聚合物与经过O-25润湿处理的氧化交联淀粉量按重量比为0.2∶1的比例混合均匀;并继续将淀粉温度升至70℃,反应90分钟,然后进行风冷降温去湿,破碎,就为成品。
实施例3
(1).丙烯酸聚合物的制取:
在有夹套加热的反应缸中加入200kg水,并逐步升温至水温为42℃;
然后加入6kg的丙烯酰胺,溶解均匀后再加入2kg的丙烯酸丁酯,12kg丙烯腈和40kg丙烯酸,最后加入3.6kg过硫酸铵,反应缸搅拌速度保持在80转/分钟;
将反应温度升至78℃,反应70分钟后,降温至常温30℃,放置待用;放置时间为20分钟;
(2).丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉合成前预处理:
将氧化交联淀粉与O-25按重量比为1∶0.20的比例混合均匀,并在淀粉反应缸中加热至温度为55℃,反应40分钟,使淀粉得到充分润湿;
上述氧化交联淀粉为12%重量浓度,表面施胶用粘度为40~80mpa.s。
(3).丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取:
将丙烯酸酯聚合物与经过O-25润湿处理的氧化交联淀粉量按重量比为0.3∶1的比例混合均匀;并继续将淀粉温度升至75℃,反应100分钟,然后进行风冷降温去湿,破碎,就为成品。

Claims (3)

1.丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下技术步骤:
(1)丙烯酸聚合物的制取:
在有夹套加热的反应缸中加入200kg水,并逐步升温至水温为38~42℃;
然后加入4~6kg的丙烯酰胺,溶解均匀后再加入1~2kg的丙烯酸丁酯,8~12kg丙烯腈和20~40kg丙烯酸,最后加入1~3.6kg过硫酸铵,反应缸搅拌速度保持在80~200转/分钟;
将反应温度升至68~78℃,反应60~70分钟后,降温至常温28~30℃,放置待用;放置时间不超过30分钟;
(2)丙烯酸酯聚合用氧化交联淀粉合成前的预处理:
将氧化交联淀粉与O-25按重量比为1∶0.08~0.20的比例混合均匀,并在淀粉反应缸中加热至温度为45~55℃,反应35~40分钟,使淀粉得到充分润湿;
(3)丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制取:
将丙烯酸酯聚合物与经过 O-25润湿处理的氧化交联淀粉量按重量比为0.1~0.3∶1的比例混合均匀;并继续将淀粉温度升至65~75℃,反应80~100分钟,然后进行风冷降温去湿,破碎,就为成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制备方法,其特征在于:上述步骤(2)中的氧化交联淀粉为12% 重量浓度,表面施胶用粘度为40~80 mP a.s。
3.权利要求1所述的丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉的制备方法所制备得到的丙烯酸酯聚合氧化交联变性淀粉。
