Abstract
一种用于刺穿薄膜袋的设备,包括刺钉和用于防止被刺钉意外刺穿的装置,所述用于防止意外刺穿的装置包括通过可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件(11)连接到基板(9)的袋支撑板(8)。该设备优选设计成一个单元(7)并可插入分配组件的容器内。所述设备高度安全、加工成本低廉且功能多样,其安全性体现在防止由于碰撞和运输振动而引起的意外刺穿。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于刺穿薄膜袋的设备。
背景技术
众所周知,医药业及制药业的生产商以达到其产品的最大存储稳定性为目标。存储期限主要受包装的影响,而合成材料的包装具有可透气的缺点。玻璃包装比较昂贵,对它们进行设计的可能性也受到限制,而且玻璃还容易破碎。组合包装成本昂贵而且难于操作,例如,将玻璃容器作为存储和运输包装并随后将玻璃容器的内容物转移到应用包装内,譬如玻璃瓶用于存储并且塑料注射器用于应用。
尤其在使用注射器的情况下,期望直接在应用注射器内存储和运输物质。据此,含有临界稳定性产品的塑料注射器还额外地用气密且防潮的外部铝薄膜袋进行包装。
然而,当两种不同类型的物质存储在一个单元-例如单筒或双筒注射器中时,或者当物质与包装不兼容时,上述包装方法仅仅是有条件地发挥作用或者根本不能发挥作用。
据此,需要一种允许液体、膏剂、或粉剂包装到一个袋-例如铝薄膜袋中并直接存储在分配组件-例如注射器中的技术方案。在使用过程中,管或者容器应该在分配组件启动时打开。
在这方面,其中一个问题是,一方面,用于刺穿或者打开容器或管的设备在运输或抓握的过程中必须不能被启动,而另一方面,刺穿设备在操作时应该稳定地发挥作用。
一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的设备在EP-B1-1065153中公开,其中,箔袋具有带有容纳头盔的盖部,该容纳头盔包括刺穿销钉,当盖部处于第一位置时,该刺穿销钉与薄膜管袋之间存在一定距离,而当盖部处于第二位置时,该刺穿销钉刺入袋。在这种情况下,紧固装置包括在刺穿销钉朝向袋的情况下防止盖部的意外运动的锁紧销钉。当将刺穿销钉附接到盖部时,该紧固装置需要各种附加部件。
US-A-303069公开了一种具有针导(needle guide)的皮下注射器,其中,注射器的管状构件具有可破裂的封闭件,其由具有可断裂或可折皱部分的毂构件保持。中空的针固定地附接到注射器的管状部分。使用时,可断裂部分的长度减小,针的锋利端能够自由地刺穿容器。
US-B1-6352177公开了另一种用于管状袋的分配组件,其中,盖部具有固定在其中的刺穿管和出口处的凹槽,盖部上的凸起部防止刺穿管意外地刺入袋内。这种布局需要对注射筒和盖的出口进行具体设计,并且刺穿管一体地设置在盖中。
在US-A-6012610的第一实施方式中,注射筒的入口设置有刺钉,该刺钉的高度不同于出口部分的周围壁的高度,使得只有在一定压力的作用下薄膜袋的一部分才能接触刺穿装置并被刺穿。在另一实施方式的变型中,刺钉具有标定的破坏位置(rated breaking locations),以便管内的容纳物能够尽可能地完全排空,而不会使刺钉限制排放活塞的行程。
EP-B1-0863088公开了一种用于软管袋的接收部件,其具有设置在凹部中的刺穿轴柄。
发明内容
在这些现有技术的背景下,本发明的一个目的在于提供一种用于通过启动分配装置来刺穿薄膜袋的设备,该设备不仅能够有效地防止容器或袋被意外刺穿,而且结构简单、造价低廉。该目的通过如权利要求1所述的设备来实现。
本发明的另一个目的在于将该设备设计成这样,即使得该设备能够与注射筒和分配组件的多个容器结合使用,而无需对这些容器进行改型。该目的通过如权利要求2所述的设备来实现。

具体实施方式
图1示出了注射器1形式的分配组件,该注射器1包括柱塞2、活塞3和出口4以及封装在注射器的容器6中的薄膜袋5。根据本发明的袋刺穿设备7的第一个示例性实施方式设置在容器的出口端处。
在图4中,以立体图示出了本发明的设备,该设备主要包括袋支撑板8、基板9、以及连接到基板9的刺钉10。刺钉的前侧形成锋刃尖端。
袋支撑板8通过可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件11连接到刺钉10。在本实施例中,如图7A所示,刺钉具有V形水平投影。基板位于容器的出口端处的底部。
可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件的尺寸及其数量根据所选材料的性能通过下述方式确定,即在运输过程中例如当注射器掉落或者受到撞击时,可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件可以抵挡一定压力,而当分配操作开始时,可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件能够在柱塞或活塞的作用下被破坏、撕裂或断裂,使得基板朝出口移动,从而暴露出刺钉的尖端。
图3示出了可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件11已经断裂、撕裂或折断之后,袋支撑板8接触基板,从而暴露出刺钉。所示的薄膜袋5处于分配操作的最后位置。
如图4和图6所示,可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件11一方面附接到刺钉10,另一方面附接到袋支撑板8中的开口12。为了允许从袋中自由流出分配物,开口12可具有与刺钉的截面相似且比刺钉的截面稍大的截面。基板9具有形状也对应于刺钉截面的流出口13以及凹槽13A,凹槽13A朝向容器底部并确保液体能流到出口。
在图4至图6中,显而易见的是,袋刺穿设备7设计成优选地由塑料一体地注射模制而成的单元。这样一来,就可以提供一种最大程度地用于各种分配组件或者注射器-包括双筒或多筒注射器的容器的刺穿设备。为了允许更好的公差补偿并确保良好的定心效果,三个弹性舌片15置于袋支撑板8的外表面14上,或者也可设置其他定心装置。
图7B至图7D示出了其它不同的刺钉截面,例如图7B所示的十字形钉16,图7C所示的圆弧形钉17,以及图7D所示的直的、轴向倾斜的钉18。除此之外,也可想到其他形状。袋支撑板8中的开口和基板9中的流出口都要与钉的具体形状相适应。
可断裂、可变形和/或可撕裂的分隔件可最大限度地具有各种形状,并且不限于该示例性实施方式。
图8和图9示出了具有双作用刺穿设备19的实施方式。基板20置于两个具有各自的袋支撑板8的刺钉10之间,这些部件都与前述实施方式中的相同。可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件11设计成以预定顺序变形或者撕裂并因此而以限定的方式打开包装-例如袋或薄壁容器。除了一个容器6中的两个袋21和22,该容器也可选择性地在前部具有分隔壁或者包含薄壁容器以便在容器的前部存储第二种材料。
据此,例如,含有液体的袋可容纳在后部,并且具有胶凝体或者粉剂的第二个袋或者容器位于前部。通过以限定的方式打开和引导液体,一个袋的液态内容物能够转移到另一个先前封闭的袋或容器中,或者转移到由分隔壁隔开的前部腔室。
如上所述,术语“分配组件”意在包括注射器或注射筒、双筒注射器或注射筒,以及其容器设计成容纳薄膜袋或薄壁容器的气动或电动的分配组件。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于刺穿薄膜袋的设备,该设备包括刺钉和用于防止被刺钉意外刺穿的装置,其特征在于,所述用于防止意外刺穿的装置包括基板(9),该基板(9)在其至少一侧上具有刺钉(10),该刺钉(10)上方设置有袋支撑板(8),使得该袋支撑板(8)的面向所述薄膜袋的表面定位在所述刺钉的尖端的上方,所述袋支撑板通过分隔件(11)连接到所述基板和/或所述刺钉,所述分隔件(11)能够变形、或者断裂或者撕裂。
2.如权利要求1所述的设备,其特征在于,所述设备(7,19)设计成可插入分配组件(1)的容器(6)内的单元。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的设备,其特征在于,可断裂或可撕裂的所述分隔件(11)是桥接件的形式,所述桥接件一方面附接到所述刺钉(10),另一方面附接到所述袋支撑板(8)。
4.如权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述袋支撑板(8)具有位于其环形表面(14)上的定心装置(15)。
5.如权利要求1至4中任意一项所述的设备,其特征在于,所述刺钉具有V形(10)、十字形(16)、圆弧形(17)、或直的水平投影,并且所述刺钉的前部是锋刃尖端的形式。
6.如权利要求1至5中任意一项所述的设备,其特征在于,双作用设备(19)在基板(20)的两侧上具有相应的刺钉(10)和通过可断裂或可撕裂的分隔件(11)连接到所述刺钉(10)的袋支撑板(8)。
