Abstract
本发明公开了一种活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，安装于活塞装置的筒体的顶部，包括：贯通的凸缘卡头；沿所述凸缘卡头的底部外侧面斜向下延伸形成的伞状壁；自所述凸缘卡头的底部竖直向下延伸形成的破拆口；密封紧固在所述凸缘卡头内，并与破拆口相通的外部连接头。从而能有效破拆和防止堵塞。

技术领域
本发明涉及活塞装置的自动破料装置。
背景技术
目前，对活塞装置内部密封胶袋破拆和防堵塞的结构很少，基本都是整个活塞套件内部直接与胶体接触的一次性结构，或者是需要人工破拆料袋，这样不但繁琐，同时也会导致胶体污染整个活塞内壁，费时费力费物资。为了节约时间和工序，减少污染浪费，需要设计稳定、简洁的破料结构。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，能有效破拆和防止堵塞。
实现上述目的的技术方案是：
一种活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，安装于活塞装置的筒体的顶部，包括：
贯通的凸缘卡头；
沿所述凸缘卡头的底部外侧面斜向下延伸形成的伞状壁；
自所述凸缘卡头的底部竖直向下延伸形成的破拆口；
密封紧固在所述凸缘卡头内，并与破拆口相通的外部连接头。
优选的，所述破拆口的底部边沿向下延伸形成相对的两个尖端。
优选的，所述伞状壁内部靠近底端位置嵌接有环状阻隔筋，该环状阻隔筋和所述凸缘卡头之间等间距地连接有若干加强筋。
优选的，所述外部连接头连接外部的胶体容器。
优选的，所述外部连接头的顶部所处高度低于所述凸缘卡头的顶部所处高度。
优选的，所述凸缘卡头探出所述筒体的顶部，并且和所述筒体可拆卸连接；
所述伞状壁的外壁与所述筒体的顶部内壁相互密闭贴合。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构简单合理，对胶体原料密封袋有效破拆，并能防止堵塞。通过环状阻隔筋起到阻隔少量胶体溢出的作用。同时通过破拆口和伞状壁的设计，有效防止堵料。清洁高效节约。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
请参阅图4和图5，本发明的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，安装于活塞装置的筒体100的顶部。活塞装置包括筒体100，以及置于筒体100内的活塞200和袋装胶体300。筒体100的顶部向上凸起，并设有开口。
如图1、2、3所示，自动破料装置包括：凸缘卡头1、伞状壁2、破拆口3和外部连接头4。凸缘卡头1上下贯通。凸缘卡头1自筒体100的顶部开口探出筒体100，并且和筒体100可拆卸连接。
沿凸缘卡头1的底部外侧面斜向下延伸形成伞状壁2。伞状壁2的外壁与筒体100的顶部内壁相互密闭贴合。
自凸缘卡头1的底部竖直向下延伸形成破拆口3。外部连接头4密封紧固在凸缘卡头1内，并与破拆口3相通。外部连接头4的顶部所处高度低于凸缘卡头1的顶部所处高度。外部连接头4连接外部的胶体容器。
破拆口3的底部边沿向下延伸形成相对的两个尖端31。
伞状壁2内部靠近底端位置嵌接有环状阻隔筋21，该环状阻隔筋21和凸缘卡头1之间等间距地连接有若干加强筋22。通过环状阻隔筋21起到阻隔少量胶体溢出的作用。
活塞200压缩，使得袋装胶体300朝向自动破料装置靠近，尖端31刺穿袋装胶体300，胶体沿着破拆口3、外部连接头4挤出。每次挤出胶体，筒体内部保持干净，挤完以后只需更换新的袋装胶体300，多次使用也只需更换自动破料装置，可用于玻璃胶、美缝剂、电缆喷涂绝缘胶等胶体原料密封袋的破拆和防止堵塞。从而有效减少活塞装置的成本。

1.一种活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，安装于活塞装置的筒体的顶部，其特征在于，包括：
贯通的凸缘卡头；
沿所述凸缘卡头的底部外侧面斜向下延伸形成的伞状壁；
自所述凸缘卡头的底部竖直向下延伸形成的破拆口；
密封紧固在所述凸缘卡头内，并与破拆口相通的外部连接头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，其特征在于，所述破拆口的底部边沿向下延伸形成相对的两个尖端。
3.根据权利要求1所述的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，其特征在于，所述伞状壁内部靠近底端位置嵌接有环状阻隔筋，该环状阻隔筋和所述凸缘卡头之间等间距地连接有若干加强筋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，其特征在于，所述外部连接头连接外部的胶体容器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，其特征在于，所述外部连接头的顶部所处高度低于所述凸缘卡头的顶部所处高度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的活塞装置内密封胶袋的自动破料装置，其特征在于，所述凸缘卡头探出所述筒体的顶部，并且和所述筒体可拆卸连接；
所述伞状壁的外壁与所述筒体的顶部内壁相互密闭贴合。
