技术领域
本发明涉及一种按照权利要求1前序部分的特征所述的多件式电路板。
背景技术
多件式电路板在现有技术中公知的是,为了将较大的电路装置安装在例如柱状造型的壳体中。其中这种多件式电路板由多个分电路板组成,它们通过柔性的信号连接例如带状电缆相互连接并且在分电路板之间被折弯成一个应用构形,因此例如形成一个四面的中空柱体,其可以被推入到该柱状造型的壳体中。为了将各个分电路板相互固定在一个规定的位置上,按照现有技术通常是,将各个分电路板相互粘接或通过另外的附加配件例如插塞连接器或框架结构彼此相对地固定。例如由Skiffy公司已知了所谓的PCB间隔架,借助该PCB间隔架可以将多件式电路板相互以一个确定的间距固定。
这种连接方案的缺陷是,借助插塞连接器或框架的固定则导致附加的用于装配这些附加配件的工序以及相应的用于该附加配件的生产成本。对于将印刷电路板相互粘接的情况还可能由于粘接剂与另外填料或该板的化学反应而发生另外的问题。这个则是很费时和增加成本的并且隐藏着另外的缺陷源和/或故障源。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种多件式电路板,借助其能够将两个或多个印刷电路板相互固定在一个限定的位置上,而无需另外的装配件。另外能实现所述多件式电路板更快速及更方便的装配。
这一目的通过一个具有权利要求1的特征的多件式电路板来实现。
本发明的多件式电路板具有至少两个分电路板和其间设置的柔性的连接,其中在第一分电路板上成形至少一个夹紧元件,所述夹紧元件可插入到另一分电路板的至少一个夹紧孔中。
通过本发明多件式电路板的构造能够将两个分电路板相互固定,而无需另外的安装元件或粘接。这种构造的优点尤其是少的安装时间以及该夹紧连接的与例如粘接连接相比提高的耐温性。
在本发明之一个优选的构造中,该夹紧孔被设计为夹紧缝并且该夹紧元件整体地优选侧向地成形到所述分电路板上并且由电路板材料制成。在这个优选的构造变型中特别有利的是,在一个工序中能够制造板坯和夹紧元件并且可以简单的技术和方式进行固定。
按照另一个优选的结构方案,设置多个、特别是两个夹紧鼻和夹紧缝。这种结构方案的优点是,通过多个夹紧鼻的沿一板边棱上平行的设置确保该电路板相互抗扭转的固定。
特别有利的是,设置四个分电路板,它们具有相互平行延伸的侧边棱并且该柔性的连接被设置为连接导线和/或信号导线。在一个具有四个分电路板的多件式电路板情况下可优先采用本发明结构方案,因为这些分电路板在其优选的定位中相互成90°角并且这样通过用夹紧鼻和夹紧缝的结构可实现一种特别有效的固定。
本发明的有利的结构方案和扩展结构方案是从属权利要求的主题。

具体实施方式
图1示出了一个本发明多件式电路板的具体实施例的基本外形。该多件式电路板由四个分电路板1、2、3、4组成,它们在该基本外形中是相互刚性连接的。在这个状态中,该多件式电路板被装设各元件并且直至它们全部的功能被处理完,接着被测试。在成功的测试以后,该多件式电路板则在断开位置8处被分为各分电路板1、2、3、4并且然后可被设置成应用构形。在一个多件式电路板的第一分电路板1上成形一个夹紧鼻10,该夹紧鼻可插入到该多件式电路板的第四分电路板4的夹紧缝12中。各分电路板1、2、3、4具有优选平行延伸的边棱9,从而如在图2和3中所示的,该多件式电路板在应用构形中具有一个四面中空柱体的形状。在各分电路板1、2、3、4之间分别设置柔性的连接导线7,其一方面可传导在分电路板1、2、3、4之间的电信号并另一方面应用于作为各分电路板1、2、3、4的柔性连接。夹紧鼻10被成形为侧向开缝的弹簧元件,该弹簧元件具有一个第一腿10a和一个第二腿10b。夹紧作用如此产生,即:夹紧鼻10的尺寸设计成稍大于夹紧缝12。如果夹紧鼻10插入到夹紧缝12中,则夹紧鼻10的第一腿10a和第二腿10b相对接近地运动并且在夹紧缝12中夹紧。为了确保夹紧鼻10更容易地导入到夹紧缝12中,所述腿10a、10b在它们的前边缘上被倒角。
图2示出了该图1的多件式电路板在应用构形中的俯视图。如在图2所示出的,该多件式电路板在其应用位型中具有一个形状为方形的横截面。在该方形的侧表面上被分别设置单个分电路板1、2、3、4。第一分电路板1的夹紧鼻10插入到第四分电路板4的夹紧缝12中,因此通过这个夹紧连接该第一分电路板1相对第四分电路板4的定向成90°的夹角地固定并且第二分电路板2和第三分电路板3的定向也被确定。如在图2中所示出的,第一分电路板1和第四分电路板4是通过该夹紧连接相连接的,其中其它分电路板1、2、3、4通过柔性的信号连接7相互连接。
图3示出了该多件式电路板在应用构形中的透视图。在这个透视图中明显可看出的是,该多件式电路板的方形的基本型廓、以及在第一分电路板1和第四分电路板4之间的通过导引穿过夹紧缝12的夹紧鼻10形成的夹紧连接。

Claims (9)

1.一种多件式电路板,具有至少两个分电路板(1,2,3,4)和柔性的连接导线(7),其特征在于:
在至少一个分电路板(1)上成形至少一个夹紧元件(10),所述夹紧元件能插入到另一分电路板(4)的至少一个夹紧孔(12)中。
2.按权利要求1的多件式电路板,其特征在于:夹紧孔设计为夹紧缝(12)。
3.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:夹紧元件(10)一体地成形到分电路板(1)上。
4.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:夹紧元件作为夹紧鼻(10)侧向地成形到该分电路板上。
5.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:夹紧鼻(10)由电路板材料制成。
6.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:设置两个夹紧鼻(10)和两个夹紧缝(12)。
7.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:分电路板(1,2,3,4)具有平行延伸的边棱(9)。
8.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:设置四个分电路板(1,2,3,4)。
9.按前述权利要求之一的多件式电路板,其特征在于:所述柔性的连接(7)设计为连接导线和/或信号导线。
