背景技术
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分详细定义的那类带有一个控制装置外壳和一个液压机组外壳的结构单元。
实际上液压系统可发为两类:一类是把控制装置直接布置在液压机组上,而另一类则是单独布置这些部件。前者必须把控制装置外壳和液压机组外壳构成的一个容纳电元件的容纳空间加以密封,使之不受环境的影响,例如温度、像油或制动液之类的液体以及例如污物之类的机械负荷。
众所周知,这个容纳空间的密封从实践中是通过上述两个外壳的接触面的密封部借助液封来实现的。这种结构的缺点是,外壳需要较大的壁厚,从而导致高的材料费。
此外,从实践中熟知的另一种密封方式是用密封胶灌封该容纳空间。但这需要大量材料,因而对整个结构单元的重量产生负面影响。此外,大量材料导致了相应高的材料费。
从实践中还熟知一种通过单个嵌入密封部来实现位于容纳空间内的电元件的密封。这种结构型式的缺点是需要加工嵌入密封部的接触面,从而引起昂贵的加工费,并使安装过程变得困难和费事。
本发明的目的是提出一种带有一个控制装置外壳和一个液压机组外壳的结构单元,其中实现了既经济而又快速安装的密封。
本发明的优点
在本发明提出的一种带有一个控制装置外壳和一个液压机组的结构单元,控制装置外壳和液压机组外壳为至少一个带有外罩的电元件构成一个容纳空间,且该至少一个电元件至少在其接触面的范围内密封地布置在该容纳空间中。根据本发明,在该电元件的外罩和该控制装置外壳以及该液压机组外壳之间的接触面的范围内分别布置一个以液态方法涂敷的、与相关电元件单独对应的密封。
通过使用液封,以有利的方式避免了密封部的接触面的加工。从而减少了加工时间。
其次,通过本发明的单个密封可用很少的材料实现外壳的很小的壁厚而不需要在外壳之间的密封接触面,并在塑料加工时可改变挤出方向,使去毛刺长度保持很小。
密封部的一个特别简单的结构是这样实现的,即就该容纳空间来讲,密封部是径向围绕该电元件与液压机组外壳或与控制装置外壳的一个连接区域布置的。
该电元件与该控制装置外壳或与该液压机组外壳的连接区域最好这样构成,即控制装置外壳或液压机组外壳具有一个相应于该电元件的周边轮廓成形的凹槽,该电元件嵌入该凹槽中,而密封部则至少接近于环形地布置在该凹槽的周边轮廓上。
在本发明的一个有利结构中,这个电元件可设计成一个电磁线圈。在用本发明的液封的情况下,该线圈的效率以有利的方式通过保持很小轴向公差的可能性而获得改善,从而对这个结构单元的热原理产生正面影响。

具体实施方式
图1示出一个结构单元1,该组件构成未示出的汽车制动装置的调节装置,并作为主要部件具有带电动机11的液压机组3和控制装置5。在液压机组3中按熟知的方式安装柱塞泵、电磁阀8、液压蓄能器、减震器室和类似的液压件,而且它们相互液压连通。控制装置5与液压机组3连接并具有一个印制电路板42形式的电子调节电路用以触发活塞泵、与之连接的电动机11以及液压机组3的电磁阀8。
控制装置5与液压机组3的连接是通过控制装置5的控制装置外壳7与液压机组3的液压机组外壳9的连接来实现的。

如图10和11所示,印制电路板42集成在控制装置外壳7的背面的盖32中,该盖通过焊接或粘接密封固定在控制装置外壳7的框架14上,该框架从底面18的背离管15A、15B的一侧伸离,所以为将盖32与控制装置外壳7连接,在控制装置外壳7的侧壁13以外不用螺丝。
从图6和7可以看出,在凹槽20的圆周上分别装有一个最好用硅制成的液封45或46,其中第一个密封部45用于线圈40对控制装置外壳7的密封,而第二密封部46则用于线圈40对液压机组外壳9的密封。线圈40在引入凹槽20时通过一个位于凹槽20中的凹坑28嵌入其中并固定在该处。
