本发明涉及制动踏板的位移感测装置,更具体地,涉及通过简单的结构及设置而能够有效地测量制动踏板的位移或冲程的感测装置。
背景技术
在车辆上必然安装有用于进行制动的制动系统,为了获得更加稳定的制动力,并且为了根据车辆的各种运用状况而获得更稳定且有效的制动力,提出了各种系统。
在一般情况下,在以往的制动系统中,当驾驶者踩下制动踏板时,利用机械地连接的助推器而向轮缸供给制动时所需的液压。但是,近年来使用较多的是如下的电子制动系统:当驾驶者踩下制动踏板时,踏板冲程传感器或踏板行程传感器感测制动踏板的移动,并基于此以电信号接收驾驶者的制动意愿而向轮缸供给制动时所需的液压,从而进行精密的制动力控制。
这样的踏板冲程传感器设于制动踏板或与此连接的主缸侧而检测通过驾驶者的踏力而进行平移或旋转运动的制动踏板的位移,但是存在如下问题:需要根据车辆的形态或结构而单独调整安装位置,或者随着设置位置而导致制动踏板组件的大小变大,导致车辆的空间效率性下降的同时,难以实现产品的安装及应用。

参照图1至图3,本实施例的制动踏板的位移感测装置100包括:轴110,其沿着与通过制动踏板(未图示)的动作而位移的主缸40的活塞41的移动方向平行的方向延伸而形成;至少一个磁铁120,其被轴110支承;盖部件160,其覆盖轴110和磁铁120;安装部件130,其将活塞41和轴110联结;及传感器140,其感测磁铁120的磁力变化。
本实施例的制动踏板的位移感测装置100安装在油压块10。油压块10上设置有主缸40和电子控制单元等,在内侧具备多个流路及阀膛孔(valve bore),以调节形成油压的制动工作油等加压介质的流动。在油压块10具备收纳主缸40的活塞41的缸膛孔(cylinderbore)12和如后述的收纳磁铁120和轴110的轴膛孔11,在缸膛孔12中以可前进及后退的方式收纳有活塞41及将制动踏板和活塞41连接的输入杆50,磁铁120和轴110与活塞41一起以可进行前进及后退的方式收纳在轴膛孔11中。对此,将在后面进行详细说明。
输入杆50的一端与制动踏板连接,另一端经过形成于活塞41的内侧的中空部41a而与活塞41连接,由此将制动踏板的动作传递到活塞41的位移。

在驾驶者向制动踏板施加踏力的情况下,活塞41前进(以图3为基准的右侧方向)而减少通过缸膛孔12而划分及形成的压力腔42的体积,由此对收纳于压力腔42的内部的加压介质进行加压而形成液压。相反地,在驾驶者解除向制动踏板施加的踏力的情况下,活塞41通过活塞弹簧47而后退到原位置(以图3为基准的左侧方向)而增加压力腔42的体积,由此解除收纳于压力腔42的内部的加压介质的液压或形成负压。缸膛孔12以至少一部分与后述的轴膛孔11连通的状态贯通或凹陷而形成。
活塞41具备内部为空的中空部41a,外表面具备向外侧扩张而形成的凸缘部170。凸缘部170与后述的安装部件130的一面接触而支承,从而活塞41和安装部件130可一体地前进及后退。凸缘部170可以作为与活塞41独立的部件要素形成而安装,或者可以与此不同地形成为一体而将制造工序简单化。

盖部件160覆盖安装于轴110的外周面的磁铁120及间隙形成部件150而形成。轴110和磁铁120及间隙形成部件150收纳于与油压块10的缸膛孔12连通的轴膛孔11而移动,轴110和磁铁120及间隙形成部件150以露出在加压介质的状态滑动。对此,盖部件160以覆盖磁铁120及间隙形成部件150的方式设置,从而防止磁铁120及间隙形成部件150与轴膛孔11的内周面之间的摩擦,并防止磁铁120与加压介质的直接接触,从而提高产品的耐久性。
安装部件130用于将活塞41和轴110联结,以活塞41和轴110一体地进行动作。安装部件130包括:第一紧固孔131,其以贯通的方式形成在一侧,供活塞41插入及固定;及第二紧固孔132,其以贯通的方式形成在另一侧,以供轴110插入及固定。第一紧固孔131的内周面和活塞41的外周面接触而彼此被联结,安装部件130的一部分接触到在活塞41的外周面以放射状向外侧扩张而形成的凸缘部170并被支承,从而活塞41和安装部件130一体地进行动作。另外,第二紧固孔132的内周面和轴110的紧固槽111的外周面接触而彼此被联结,安装部件130的一部分接触到在轴110的一端外周面以放射状向外侧扩张而形成的支承部112并被支承,从而安装部件130和轴110也同样一体地进行动作,由此活塞41和轴110彼此被联结而一起进行动作。
传感器140设置在油压块10的外表面上,且安装到与轴膛孔11相邻的任一面,以有效地测量及感测活塞41的位移。传感器140由设于印刷电路板(未图示)而感测磁力强度的变化的霍尔IC(Hall Integrated Circuit:霍尔集成电路)构成。传感器140在无需形成于油压块10的另设的膛孔或另设的安装要素的情况下设于油压块10的外表面,从而不需要用于安装传感器140的另设的空间,从而能够缩小油压块10的大小,并提高车辆的空间活用度及设计自由度。
图5及图6是示出通过本实施例的制动踏板的位移感测装置100而测量制动踏板的位移的动作状态的图,图5示出由驾驶者向制动踏板施加踏力之前的状态,图6示出由驾驶者向制动踏板施加踏力而在活塞41发生位移的状态。
参照图5及图6,当驾驶者为了实现车辆的制动而向制动踏板施加踏力时,通过输入杆50而与制动踏板连接的活塞41前进而发生位移,并且通过安装部件130而与活塞41联结的轴110及磁铁120也发生位移。随着活塞41的移动,轴110和磁铁120也进行移动而发生磁力的变化或磁束密度的变化,安装在油压块10的外表面的传感器140测量通过磁铁120的移动而发生的磁力的变化或磁束密度的变化,从而感测活塞41的位移,基于此测量制动踏板的位移或冲程而进行输出。

Claims (13)

1.一种制动踏板的位移感测装置,其包括:
轴,其沿着与通过制动踏板的动作而位移的主缸的活塞的移动方向平行的方向延伸而形成;
磁铁,其被上述轴支承;
安装部件,其将上述活塞和上述轴联结;及
传感器,其感测通过上述磁铁而产生的磁力变化,
上述轴及磁铁收纳于轴膛孔而形成,该轴膛孔以贯通或凹陷的方式形成在具备调节加压介质的流动的多个流路及阀的油压块,
上述轴膛孔与形成于上述油压块而收纳上述活塞的缸膛孔连通而形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其还包括:
外壳,其在上述油压块上设于形成有上述轴膛孔或上述缸膛孔的一面。
3.根据权利要求2所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述外壳包括:收纳槽,其供上述轴或上述磁铁的至少一部分进入。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述安装部件包括:
第一紧固孔,其以贯通的方式形成于一侧而联结上述活塞;及
第二紧固孔,其以贯通的方式形成于另一侧而联结上述轴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述磁铁沿着上述活塞的移动方向而配置有多个,
上述磁铁还包括介于多个上述磁铁之间的间隙形成部件。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其还包括:
盖部件,其覆盖上述磁铁及上述间隙形成部件。
7.根据权利要求4所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述轴包括:
紧固槽,其供上述第二紧固孔安置;及
支承部,其在上述紧固槽的一端向外侧扩张形成而支承上述安装部件。
8.根据权利要求4所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其还包括:
凸缘部,其向上述活塞的外侧扩张形成而支承上述安装部件。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述凸缘部与上述活塞一体地形成。
10.根据权利要求3所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述外壳包括以贯通的方式形成的贯通口,以供上述活塞通过。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其还包括:
密封部件,其设置于上述活塞与上述贯通口之间。
12.根据权利要求1所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述轴膛孔在上述油压块的内侧沿着与上述活塞的移动方向平行的方向延伸而形成。
13.根据权利要求1所述的制动踏板的位移感测装置,其中,
上述传感器安装在上述油压块的外侧。
