Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于液体的供给设备,其形成为使液体基本上沿腔室的切线被引入到腔室中,以将固体与液体分离。为了将液体以非常小心且平稳的方式引入到腔室中从而使液体可设定成小心地进行转动运动,该供给设备包括流入元件,该流入元件具有用于使流入物在垂直方向上散开的缝(15)或一个布置在另一个上方的多个排出口(15)。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及按照权利要求1的前序部分所述的用于液体的供给设备。
背景技术
在啤酒酿造过程中有多个步骤,在这些步骤中,必须将固体与液体分离。一个例子是涡流器,酿酒厂在麦芽汁煮沸锅(wort copper)之后的加工中利用涡流器进行热凝絮物分离(hot break separation)。麦芽汁基本上沿涡流器腔室的切线被引入到涡流器腔室中。同时,麦芽汁被设定成转动运动,使得可以借助于涡流效应以已知方式(例如,参照Ludwig Narziβ"Abriss der Bierbrauerei<Outline of Beer Brewing>",5th edition,Ferdinand Enkel Verlag,Stuttgart,1986,第319页)分离热凝絮物。例如,还使用如基本上沿腔室的切线被引导的液体同样被设定成转动的旋液分离器等不同的装置来进行啤酒过滤,以使固体与液体分离。
发明内容
出于上述考虑,本发明的目的是提供一种将液体平稳地引入腔室中用于进行固体与液体的分离的液体供给设备,其中,腔室中的容纳物可以小心地进行轻微的转动运动。
借助于权利要求1的特征实现根据本发明的目的。根据本发明,液体可以基本上沿腔室的切线被引入到腔室内部。由于流入元件具有用于使流入的麦芽汁在垂直方向上散开的缝或一个布置在另一个上方的多个排出口,因此流入物能在腔室的垂直方向上散开,从而使液体能被小心且平稳地引入到腔室内。因此,通过利用涡流效应,可以使腔室中的容纳物小心地进行转动运动。这一小心的引入对于非常敏感的麦芽汁是特别有利的。
根据本发明,流入元件可以靠着内腔室壁,由此截面的尺寸可以沿流出液体的方向增大。
所述供给设备有利地形成为特别用于涡流器或过滤器。

具体实施方式
图1a示出了根据本发明的用于例如麦芽汁等液体的供给设备13,该供给设备13将麦芽汁基本上沿腔室的切线引入腔室壁5。供给设备13包括流入元件14,该流入元件14确保流入物在垂直方向上散开。在图1a、图1b、图1c中,供给设备以使液体沿腔室的切线被引入到腔室中的方式布置在腔室壁5上,以使固体与液体分离。腔室2具有实质上为中空筒状的形状。该腔室壁5可以是例如涡流器腔室2的腔室壁5。腔室壁5也可以是用于使固体与液体分离的过滤器的腔室壁,在该过滤器中,液体被设定成通过供给设备而进行轻微的转动运动。
从图1a和图1c可知,流入元件14被布置在腔室壁5的内侧。供给设备13使液体流以可基本上沿腔室的切线朝向腔室壁5流入腔室壁5的方式偏转。根据本发明,如图1a所示,流入元件14具有用于使流入物在腔室2的垂直方向上散开的一个布置在另一个上方的多个开口15。因此,容纳物可以被设定成以特别小心的方式进行转动运动。代替一个布置在另一个之上的多个开口,也可以在流体元件14中设置沿腔室2的垂直方向延伸的缝15。
从图1a和图1c以及图3中可知,流入元件14靠在腔室壁5的内部并具有大致楔形的形状。同时,截面尺寸沿着流出液体的方向增大。楔形截面的两个侧边是弯曲的。
从图1b中可知,在区域17中,用于液体的进料管(图1b中未示出)与布置在腔室5外部的稍长的连接件16连结。连接件16沿腔室或涡流器的垂直方向延伸,使得液体能平稳地流向流入元件14。
如图1所示,这里使用例如涡流器仅作为例子来说明根据本发明的供给设备。
图2中示出的涡流器具有内腔室2,其具有大致中空筒状的形状并由内壁5和腔室底部4界定。内腔室2具有根据本发明的麦芽汁供给设备13,麦芽汁通过示出的麦芽汁泵沿腔室的切线被引导到该供给设备上,从而通过利用涡流效应使内腔室2的容纳物进行转动运动。利用涡流效应,在内腔室的中间形成圆锥状的沉淀物22。内腔室2还包括位于底部4中的排出部18,净化后的麦芽汁可经由该排出部被排出。在这个例子中,涡流器具有集成的剥离器(stripper),该剥离器包括围绕内腔室2布置、并且用于从由内腔室2传递的麦芽汁中将不需要的挥发性物质蒸发排出的外腔室3。同时,在外腔室3的上部区域中设置有分配装置7,由此,所述装置将麦芽汁从涡流器腔室2引导至外腔室3中。麦芽汁可以借助于泵(未示出)经由排出部20被排出到外腔室3的外部并且被供给到例如冷却器。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.一种用于液体的供给设备,该设备将液体基本上沿腔室(2)的切线引入到腔室(2)中并使容纳物进行转动运动,以将固体与液体分离,

所述供给设备(13)包括流入元件(14),该流入元件(14)具有用于使流入物在垂直方向上散开的缝(15)或一个布置在另一个上方的多个排出口(15)。

所述供给设备(13)具有位于所述腔室(2)的外部的连接件(16),所述连接件(16)沿垂直方向延伸并使得液体平稳地流向所述流入元件(14)。

所述供给设备(13)包括流入元件(14),该流入元件(14)具有用于使流入物在垂直方向上散开的缝(15)或一个布置在另一个上方的多个排出口(15)。
