Abstract
一种用于轧机辊颈的轴承组件中,一种内密封环通过压配合,如热套法安装在一个内轴承构件,即油膜轴承的衬套或滚子轴承的内圈的端部,该内轴承构件的端部的尺寸和构形的设计使其能在上述压配合所产生的圆周应力作用下发生径向向内的偏转,由此导致该内密封环朝着轧辊端面倾斜。该内轴承构件的端部的外径大于该内轴承构件的其余部分的外径。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于轧机轧辊上可转动地支撑着辊颈这一类型的轴承的改进。
在常规的油膜轴承组件的现有技术中,如图1中的局部视图所示,轧机轧辊具有一个连接于较小直径的辊颈12的辊身10,在其接合处至少带有一个以圆弧过渡部分14和位于与辊子轴线相垂直的平面内的轧辊端面16。一个内轴承构件18,在本例中是一个套筒,安装并相对固定在辊颈12上以便与它一起转动。该内轴承构件在安装在轴承座22内的衬套20内转动,并当轧机正常工作时,在套筒与衬套之间保持有一个流体动力的油膜。该轴承组件还包括一个密封装置24设置在轴承座22和轧辊端面16之间,用于防止污染物如冷却水和滚轧碎屑进入轴承内并防止油液从轴承内溢出。该密封装置包括一个内密封环26,该环跨接于内轴承构件18的内端和轧辊端面之间的间隙处。该内密封环26通常是用热套方法安装在辊颈上的,并要求正好与轧辊端面16上的标号28处相接触。一个“O”型环30通过内密封环的外部径向边缘支撑着,并通过一个保持圈32将其压向轧辊端面,该保持圈通过螺钉34之类可拆卸地安装在内密封环上。一个外密封环36固定在轴承座22上。该外密封环携带着可变形密封件38,和一个挡水圈40。该密封件38和挡水圈40分别与内密封环26和保持圈32相摩擦接触。除了此处内轴承构件包括一个内轴承圈之外,基本上与常规的滚子轴承组件的结构是相同的。因此,应当可以理解,这里所谓“内轴承构件”这一术语应当解释为广义的含意,它既包括油膜轴承的内衬套也包括滚子的内圈。
上述现有技术的装置中所存在的一个问题是,当内密封环26在热套过程中由于经受收缩,它存在一个离开轧辊端面16向外的倾向,由此在图1所示的接触部位28处产生一个间隙。这样就严重地损坏了“O”型环30的密封整体性。
现有技术的装置中存在的另一个问题是,为了更换已磨损的内密封环26,必须首先拆下内轴承构件18。这样就会严重地增加工时消耗和成本费用。当内轴承构件已经热套在辊颈上时,可能就要采用将该内轴承构件破坏即将它从辊颈上切割下来的方法。
本发明的一个总的目的是为内密封环提供一种安装装置,该装置可以避免或者基本上消除上述存在的问题。
本发明的一个具体的目的是这样来安装该内密封环,即使其在热套过程中的收缩将内密封环朝着轧辊的端面贴紧而不是离开该端面。这样又会大大加强通过密封环对着轧辊端面支撑着的“O”型环的密封整体性。
本发明还有一个目的,就是这样来安装该内密封环,即可以将密封环拆下并更换而不干扰辊颈上的内轴承构件的位置。
本发明的上述目的和优点是通过将该内密封环采用压配合例如通过热套配合在内轴承构件的一个端部上安装的方法来实现的。该内轴承构件的端部的构形和尺寸设计使其在内密封环中产生的圆周应力作用下发生角度的和径向向内的偏转。这些径向向内的角度偏转导致内密封环朝着轧辊端部倾斜,由此可以抵消了任何由于收缩致使密封环离开轧辊端面的倾向。
本发明的具体方案是提供一种用于可转动地支撑轧机轧辊颈部的轴承组件,该轧辊具有一个连接有辊颈的辊体,两者的接合处至少一部分是由轧辊端面构成,该轴承组件包括一个安装在辊颈的轴向的内轴承构件和一个安置在邻接辊子端面的内密封环,其特征在于,所述密封环是
以压配合安装在上述内轴承构件的端部上,所述端部与上述辊颈在径向上具有空隙,而且具有一个由一个圆柱形外表面和一个在轴向延伸和在径向向外朝着轧辊端部伸出的内圆锥形表面形成的锥形截面构形。
上述内轴承构件端部具有一个比上述内轴承构件的其余部分的外径(D2)大一些的外径(D1);上述内轴承构件端部通过一个厚度减薄的腹板与该内轴承构件的其余部分在轴向连接在一起;轧辊端面位于垂直于轧辊的轴线的平面内,内轴承构件以压配合安装在辊颈上。
还提供一种用于轧机轧辊辊颈的轴承组件的内轴承构件,该内轴承构件可以沿轴向安装在辊颈上,该内轴承构件包括一个适用于与该轴承组件的其它构件共同工作在径向上支撑着辊颈的本体部分,其特征在于,还包括:一个沿轴向与该本体部分隔开而通过一个其径向厚度比相邻的上述本体和端部的径向厚度减薄的中间腹板连成一体的端部,该端部在径向上与辊颈隔开,并且有一个比上述本体部分的外径(D2)的大的外径(D1)。此外,其中所述端部是锥形截面的。
该内轴承构件的端部外径大于内轴承构件的其余主体部分的外径,这样就使内密封环可以沿内轴承构件的轴向拆卸下来,并将一个新的内密封环装上而不干扰辊颈上的内轴承构件的位置。

图1是一个典型的现有技术的轴承组件局部剖视图;
图2是一个与图1相似的剖视图,用以显示体现本发明的构思的一个轴承组件;而
图3是本发明的一个内轴承构件的局部放大图。
现参看图2,此处所用的表示各构件的标号与图1所示现有技术的轴承组件中相同的构件的标号一致,图中可以看出,内轴承构件18′配置有一个越过在径向上支撑着辊颈的内轴承构件主体部分44的向内伸出
的端部42。在图3中可看得更清楚,该端部42具有一个由一个圆柱形外表面46和一个以一定角度朝着轧辊端部向外伸出的圆锥形内表面48形成的截锥截面构形。该端部42通过一个由外部圆形沟槽52所形成的厚度减薄的腹板50与内轴承构件本体部分44分离开。端部42的外径D大于主体部分44的外径D。内锥形表面48和腹板50的一部分与辊颈之间在标号54处具有径向间隙。
内密封环26是以压配合安装在端部42上。通常是通过将内密封环热套在圆柱形外表面46上实现的。这样,内密封环通过加热先进行膨胀,然后在轴向套入端部42上,此后就进行冷却来完成收缩过程。这样就在内密封环中形成圆周应力,该应力有力地使端部42朝着辊颈发生角度和径向偏转使其向内进入空隙54。当发生这种情况,则圆柱形外表面46就形成一个如图3中虚线所示的类似截头圆锥形。支撑在表面46上的内密封环26因此朝着辊子的端面16倾斜,导致该密封环与辊子端面在标号28处相接触。这样就保证了内密封环的外唇口56相对于辊子端面位于正确位置上。然后一个“O”型环被安置在唇口56和辊子端面之间。外端沟槽52便于端部42偏转。
当需要更换内密封环26时,只要将其再加热并沿轴向从内轴承构件上取下来就可以,而对内轴承构件在辊颈上的位置不发生任何干扰。这种可拆卸方案能够进行是因为端部42的外径D1大于本体部分44的外径D2。这一特征是非常重要的,不论内密封环如何安装,即用压配合安装或其他方法安装。
Claims (6)
1、一种用于可转动地支撑轧机轧辊(10)颈部(12)的轴承组件,该轧辊具有一个连接有辊颈(12)的辊体(10),两者的接合处(14)至少一部分是由轧辊端面(16)构成,该轴承组件包括一个安装在辊颈(12)的轴向的内轴承构件(18′)和一个安置在邻接辊子端面(16)的内密封环(26),其特征在于,所述密封环(26)是以压配合安装在上述内轴承构件(18′)的端部(42)上,所述端部(42)与上述辊颈(12)在径向上具有空隙,而且具有一个由一个圆柱形外表面(46)和一个在轴向延伸和在径向向外朝着轧辊端部(16)伸出的内圆锥形表面(48)形成的锥形截面构形。
2、如权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,上述内轴承构件端部(42)具有一个比上述内轴承构件(18′)的其余部分的外径(D2)大一些的外径(D1)。
3、如权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,上述内轴承构件端部(42)通过一个厚度减薄的腹板(50)与该内轴承构件(18′)的其余部分在轴向连接在一起。
4、如权利要求1所述的轴承组件,其特征在于,轧辊端面(16)位于垂直于轧辊的轴线的平面内,内轴承构件以压配合安装在辊颈(12)上。
5、一种用于轧机轧辊辊颈的轴承组件的内轴承构件(18′),该内轴承构件(18′)以沿轴向安装在辊颈(12)上,该内轴承构件包括一个适用于与该轴承组件的其它构件共同工作在径向上支撑着辊颈(12)的本体部分(44),其特征在于,还包括:一个沿轴向与该本体部分(44)隔开而通过一个其径向厚度比相邻的上述本体和端部(44,42)的径向厚度减薄的中间腹板(50)连成一体的端部(42),该端部(42)在径向上与辊颈(12)隔开,并且有一个比上述本体部分(44)的外径(D2)的大的外径(D1)。
6、如权利要求5的内轴承组件,其特征在于,其中所述端部(42)是锥形截面的。
