技术领域
本发明涉及到一种用于封闭容器的帽组件，尤其是一种具有储存腔的帽组件，该帽组件具有不可分的工作构件，用于容纳像浓缩液体或颗粒这样的区别于容纳在容器中像水或饮料这样材料(成分)的第二种材料(成分)。
这样的帽组件多用于例如医疗、制药、化妆品等不同的产业领域中。
背景技术
通常，当饮料需要将容器中的液体和例如二氧化碳、维他命粉末等作为添加剂或第二成分的颗粒或浓缩液体混合时，通常需要容器具有单独的腔室用于储存该第二种成分。
美国专利Nos.6,962,254、6,230,884和6,854,595揭露了这样具有用于混合主要成分和第二成分的结构的容器。然而，因为生产过程中的无效率、使用中的不方便等问题，以上专利揭露的容器没有获得商业上的成功。
近来，于2002年1月17日提交的专利PCT/EP2002/004523以及于2001年1月19日提交的日本专利申请No.2001-00185428提出了另外的结构，但没有获得商业成功。
尤其，以上提到的日本专利申请中揭露的结构具有一个问题，即：从排出口切掉的片落入容器中并且可能被儿童吞下。
其他用于在容器中单独储存第二成分的结构也具有一个问题，即：该结构不能适配于一般瓶子的颈部。
发明内容
技术问题
综上所述，本发明的目的是提供一种帽组件，该帽组件具有储存腔，并带有整体性工作构件，该帽组件用于容纳第二成分以便和容器中的主要 成分方便地混合在一起。
本发明的另外一个目的是提供一种帽组件，该帽组件具有工作构件或封闭件，适用于在同一时间方便地打开储存腔和容器。
技术方案
为了实现以上提到的目标，根据本发明，提供一种帽组件，该帽组件装配在容器颈部上，用于容纳与容器中容纳的成分不同的成分，该帽组件包括：帽主体，该帽主体具有形成有腔室的内部壳；工作构件，该工作构件适合于组装至帽主体的嘴部，所述工作构件形成有开口并且在其下端具有延伸部，所述嘴部形成有上开口；下部密封部分，该下部密封部分设置在延伸部的下端以便密封形成在内部壳下端的下端口；当具有延伸部的工作构件从密封所述嘴部的上开口和所述内部壳的下端口的初始位置向上运动时，下端口打开使腔室中的成分落入容器中从而与容纳在容器中的另一种成分混合，并且该混合物可从上开口排出，其中，在延伸部的上端部分的下方形成穿孔部分，与容器中容纳的成分不同的成分可通过该穿孔部分填充入腔室，然后该穿孔部分被单独的密封构件密封地覆盖。
工作构件被设置在主要成分和第二成分的混合物排出通路的方向。
下端口被工作构件的下部密封部分密封，并且在工作构件向上运动时被打开，从而第二成分可被排向容器中的主要成分。

具体实施方式
以下将参考附图详细地描述本发明。在本发明的以下描述中，相同的 构件即使在不同图中采用相同的标号，其中重复的解释将被省略。
根据图1，依据本发明优选实施例的帽组件1以传统螺纹接合、咬合或者粘附的方式可拆卸地装配在譬如饮料瓶的容器100的颈部。
该帽组件包括整体性的或组装型的帽主体10，该帽主体10包括形成有腔室21和下端口22的内部壳20。该帽组件设置有嘴部11和上开口12。工作构件30设置在嘴部用于紧密地密封内部壳20的下端口。
工作构件30可以通过将其旋转或举起从而向上移动至开口位置，并且图1显示了该工作构件可以旋转打开。工作构件30的内表面设置有止动件13，并且嘴部11设置有止动件31，用于限制工作构件30向上移动的距离。
工作构件30具有延伸部34，当工作构件被组装进帽主体时，该延伸部34的上端部分32和下部密封部分可以密封地接触分别对应的上开口12的内表面和下端口22，从而可以防止容纳在容器内部壳中的成分泄露。
穿孔部分33形成在上端部分32的下方，成分可以通过该穿孔部分填充进入腔室，然后该穿孔部分可被单独的密封构件40或铝膜密封地覆盖。
开口36形成在上端部分的上方，用于在工作构件向上移动时连通腔室到外部。
当使用者向上移动帽主体上的工作构件时，上端部分和下部密封部分分别与上开口和下端口脱离密封接触。由此，腔室中的成分可落入容器内部以便与容器中的另一种成分混合。此时，当使用者倾斜并挤压容器时，该混合成分可通过该下端口排出。
在图2所示的第二实施例中，上端部分和图1所示的不同，其区别在于该上端部分具有块形而不具有单独的密封构件40。当上端部分向上运动脱离与上开口的密封接触时，可通过该开口连通腔室。
在该帽组件的实施例中，成份优选地通过下端口填充在内部壳中，然后该下端口被下部密封部分堵塞。
在图3所示的实施例中，用于堵塞下端口的延伸部形成圆柱形。
在图4所示的实施例中，下部密封部分在其下端具有用于堵塞下端口的膜型密封构件。当延伸部和工作构件一起向上移动时，该密封构件可裂开，并且腔室中的成分可落入容器内。
图5所示的实施例具有用于密封下端口的成组装结构的下部密封部 分，并且为了卫生可以在工作构件之上设置盖子50。
图6所示的实施例中，内部壳和帽主体整体地形成。

工业应用性
由以上描述清晰可见，本发明的帽组件可适用于容纳浓缩液体或颗粒，该浓缩液体或颗粒以一种简单和改良的混合两种不同材料的方法与容器中的水、饮料或其他液体混合，该帽组件有利于不同的产业领域，例如医疗、制药、化妆品等等。

Claims (5)

工作构件，该工作构件适合于组装至帽主体的嘴部，所述工作构件(30)形成有开口(36)并且在其下端具有延伸部，所述嘴部(11)形成有上开口(12)；
下部密封部分，该下部密封部分设置在延伸部的下端以便密封形成在内部壳(20)下端的下端口(22)；
当具有延伸部的工作构件从密封所述嘴部(11)的上开口(12)和所述内部壳(20)的下端口(22)的初始位置向上运动时，下端口打开使腔室中的成分落入容器中从而与容纳在容器中的另一种成分混合，并且该混合物可从上开口(12)排出，
其中，在延伸部的上端部分的下方形成穿孔部分，与容器中容纳的成分不同的成分可通过该穿孔部分填充入腔室，然后该穿孔部分被单独的密封构件密封地覆盖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的帽组件，其中，上端部分形成在延伸部的穿孔部分上方，并且所述上端部分适合于封闭形成在帽主体的嘴部的所述上开口(12)，通过打开上开口(12)以允许成分的混合物从容器排出。
