Abstract

The bottle cap, this invention, is designed to mix and drop the secondary materials contained in the container such as liquid or powder or granule or tablet when opened or touched. The bottle cap is characterized by its catching projections mounted in the bottom of bottle cap and designed to be fixed by being caught by the skirt catching jaw of container neck for preventing the easy separation of bottle neck from the container neck after being assembled in the container neck of screw shape (screw thread).

Description

TITLE BOTTLE CAP
TECHNICAL FIELD C 1 ] This invention is on the bottle cap intended to seal the secondary material. In detail, this invention is on the bottle cap designed not to be opened by the children by combining the bottle cap into the container neck.
[2] The purpose of this invention is not to open the bottle cap by assembling the bottle cap in the screw type container neck.
Background Technologies
C 3 ] Many safeguards are mounted on the common bottle caps. Especially, the PP Cap with nipple has been improved to prevent the bottle cap from being separated from the container neck. However, the container neck must be improved accordingly.
[4] Some bottle caps are designed not to be opened by the children by designing the container neck as the one -touch type and assembling the bottle cap in the container neck. However, the problem of improving the container neck is found in these bottle caps as previously stated.
[5] Some technologies are invented focused on specially designing the skirt to prevent the separation of bottle cap by combining the bottle cap in the container neck designed as the screw type. However, these technologies are not satisfactory because the container neck must be improved.
Detailed Descriptions of Invention Technical Problems [6 ] The purpose of this invention is not to allow the children to separate the bottle cap intended to seal the secondary material from the container neck without improving the screw-type container neck once the bottle cap is combined into the container neck.
[ 7 ] Another purpose of this invention is to prevent the illegal transformation of secondary material by opening the bottle cap intended to seal the secondary material.
How to Technically Solve the Problems
[8] The bottle cap, created through this invention and intended to accomplish above purposes, is designed to mix and drop the secondary materials in the container when opened or touched after being combined into the container neck. In detail, the bottle cap consists of catching projections designed to be fixed by being caught by the skirt catching jaw of container neck for preventing the opening of bottle neck after being combined into the container neck.
[ 9 ] The catching projections created through this invention are designed to remain in the skirt catching jaw by being caught by the skirt catching jaw even when the screw thread of bottle cap is rotated and opened. [ 10] In addition, it is available to assemble the bottle cap in the container neck by weakening the screw thread of bottle cap. However, it is possible to design the screw thread of bottle cap to rotate along the screw thread of container neck if the certain force is acquired when opening the bottle cap. [11] In addition, the screw threads mounted in the interior sides of bottle cap are designed to prevent the separation of bottle cap once the catching projection of bottle cap is caught and fixed by the skirt catching jaw. Also, the bottle cap may be designed not to be separated from the container neck because its catching projection is caught by the round frame of container neck. Expected Effects
[12] This invention is characterized by its excellent safety of bottle cap by preventing the separation of bottle cap used to seal the secondary material from the container neck without improving the container neck of screw type.
[13] The users may considerably reduce the cost resulted from the replacement of container neck by using the container necks of 26.78MM or 28. OMM without replacing the existing container necks.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[14] The figure 1 shows that the catching projection of bottle cap is fixed by being caught by the skirt catching jaw of container neck.
[ 15 ] The figure 2 shows that the bottle cap with screw thread showing the weak coherence is assembled in the container neck.
[16] The figure 3 shows that the bottle cap without screw thread is combined in the container neck.
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION [ 17 ] The operation examples of this invention recommended according to enclosed drawings or figures are as follows:
[ 18] The figure 1 shows a recommended operation example of this invention. The bottle cap (1), this invention, is combined in the beverage container through the screw. Also, above bottle cap is flexibly designed to accommodate the storage space (2) or other secondary materials through the diverse design changes. In addition, above bottle cap (1) is designed to be combined into the container neck (101) with screw thread (102) of container (100) in principle.
[ 19 ] The bottle cap (1) used to contain and seal the secondary materials is flexibly designed to drop and mix the secondary materials in the container when opened or touched after being combined into the container neck (101) of container (100).
[ 20 ] As shown in the figure 1, above bottle cap remains at its position because its body (3) with screw thread (4) is caught by the screw thread (102) of container neck. Above bottle cap (1) is designed not to be separated from the container neck (101) because the catching projection (5) is caught by the skirt catching jaw (103) when opened after being assembled.
[21 ] Also, the catching projection (5) of above bottle cap (1) may be diversely transformed. The catching projection (5) may be fixed by being caught by the round frame (104) of container neck (101) as per the case.
[22] How to use this invention is explained based on the figure 1 as follows^ If you intend to open the bottle cap (1) under the condition shown in the figure, bottle cap (1) is not separated from the container neck (101) because the catching projection (5) is caught by the skirt catching jaw (103). If you open the operating section (6) under above condition, contents contained in the storage space (2) will be dropped and mixed in the container (100) via an operating section (6). In other words, if you open the operating section, operating section (6) will be opened and contents contained in the container will be discharged, so you may drink the contents via an opened space.
[23] The figure 2 shows another operation example. It is available to assemble the bottle cap along the screw thread (102) of container neck by weakening the screw thread (8) mounted inside the body (3). However, if you open the bottle cap (1) by applying the certain force, screw thread (8) will go over the screw thread (102) of container neck, so the bottle cap (1) is not separated from the container neck (101) because the catching projection (5) is caught by the skirt catching jaw (103). [24] The figure 3 shows other operation example. Exclude the part of being caught by the screw thread (102) of container neck in the interior wall (9) of body (3). Position the catching projection to be fixed by being caught by the skirt catching jaw (103) of container (100) in the bottom of body (3).
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
[25] This invention is on the bottle cap used for effectively mixing the concentrate and water or concentrate and general beverage or granule and water or powder and water. The bottle cap, this invention, may be used for the children because it may be safely assembled in the existing container neck without improving the container.

Claims

L l J This invention is characterized by the bottle cap enabling the secondary materials contained in the container such as liquid or powder or granule or tablet to be dropped and mixed in the container when touching or opening the bottle cap in a part. Also, this invention is characterized by the catching projection designed to be caught and fixed by the skirt catching jaw, mounted in the bottom of bottle cap, preventing the separation of bottle cap from the container neck after being assembled in the container neck of screw shape.
[2] The catching projection stated in above clause [1 ] is caught by the container neck because the catching projection is caught by the round frame of container neck. The bottle cap is characterized by above functions.
[3] The interior wall of bottle cap is not influenced by the screw thread so that the bottle cap may not be separated from the container neck once combined into the container neck as stated in above clause
[I ]. The bottle cap is characterized by above design.
[4] The contents contained in the storage space are dropped and mixed in the container when opening the operating section forming a part of bottle cap. Above mixed contents are discharged via a top of body. The catching projection, mounted in the bottom of bottle cap, prevents the bottle cap from being separated from the container neck once the bottle cap is assembled in the container neck. Above catching projection is designed to be caught and fixed either by the skirt catching jaw of container or round frame. The bottle cap is characterized by above design.
