在帘布层套编织过程中,优选由预固化的弹性体优选弹性的预固化的氨基甲酸酯形成弹性帘线作为水平帘线被编织到套中,其中所述水平帘线提供了横向套扩张并且在横向扩张力被去除时将套拉回以紧密配合接合在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部上。在帘布层套的形成中,圆筒平纹织物或纱罗织物(leno weave)被利用,其中是水平的,并且弹性帘线是通过绕预固化氨基甲酸酯弹性帘线并沿其被包覆棉线,而垂直编织的帘线是由人造丝优选2440/2但尼尔形成。所述织物优选被形成为具有七点五(7.5)每英寸端的垂直人造丝帘线,并具有八(8)每英寸数的棉线包覆的预固化氨基甲酸酯帘线。为了提供筒形套的期望的伸展或横向扩张从而允许其横向伸展以容易地经过芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部,并且在伸展力被去除时收缩成在芯部制造心轴上锁扣接合,预固化氨基甲酸酯弹性帘线是由弹性氨基甲酸酯形成,其中所述氨基甲酸酯是预固化弹性体,所述弹性体将固化并与弹性优选通过的氨基甲酸酯成分的流结合,其中所述成分在轮胎形成的操作过程中通入成型腔内。预固化聚氨基甲酸酯加热与聚氨基甲酸酯成分流固化,其中所述流包含通过所述成分的混合而产生的放热反应的热量,提供了均匀固化的氨基甲酸酯,其中帘布层棉线和人造丝帘线化学地并机械地锁定至轮胎材料。
相邻的预固化氨基甲酸酯弹性帘线之间的间距是数(N)或每英寸纬密,并且所述间距被选择用于平坦的宽度,并且,针对本发明优选的实施例而言,八(8)N或每英寸纬密被选择用于三十八(38)英寸平坦的宽度,其将在横向扩张力被去除时收缩到大致九又二分之一(91/2)英寸平坦的宽度,提供了在套平坦的宽度内的大约四(4)倍扩张。所述预固化氨基甲酸酯作为水平帘线被编织到套中,其中在从侧部观看套时,织物通过作为连续螺旋编织垂直构件的人造丝帘线形成,而人造丝2440/2但尼尔帘线优选间隔大致七点五(7.5)每英寸纬密。这样设置,本发明的套容易地扩张配合附着在轮胎制造芯部心轴的顶侧表面或冠部上,并且将在其上紧密闭合。因此,在轮胎成型或浇铸的过程中,预固化弹性帘线被固化,与弹性材料、优选氨基甲酸酯材料结合形成均匀的轮胎芯部。

具体实施方式
根据本发明,帘布层套10具有如图1所示的前端11a,所述前端与帘布层套扩张器20的后端21对正。帘布层套扩张器20如图所示为截头锥体,所述截头锥体具有前端22,所述前端被设置成装配在制造架50的芯部制造心轴30上。帘布层套10被形成为在其沿帘布层套扩张器20滑动时向外扩展,沿周向增大,并且在其从帘布层套扩张器20移动离开时,收缩,同时横贯芯部制造心轴的顶侧表面或冠部31抓紧芯部制造心轴30,如图6至9所示和所述。为了提供这种扩张和抓紧,帘布层套10优选被制造成允许套伸展离开,形成均匀的管体,如图2至5所示。这种制造是通过传统的编织方法例如利用筒形平纹编织或纱罗编织或者其它合适的编织方法,所述方法将提供这样的套,所述套将横向伸展并且在伸展力被去除时将返回至其最初结构。因此,应该理解的是,本发明并不限于特定的编织方法,只要所选择的编织方法产生帘布层套10,所述帘布层套适于横向伸展并返回至其最初形状。帘布层套的编织优选利用人造丝帘线,而人造丝帘线为2240/2但尼尔,其被示为垂直帘线13,而所选择的编织方法允许帘布层套10横向伸展,伸展的幅度在图4中示出,并且帘布层套的松弛状态在图5中示出。对于本发明而言,棉线包覆的帘线12设置用于在伸展力被消除之后,帘布层套10返回到其最初形状。弹性帘线12是由弹性芯部14形成,所述弹性芯部是由预固化的弹性材料优选氨基甲酸酯形成。预固化被选择成提供由弹性材料成分的混合产生热量条件之下的固化,其中各弹性材料成分混合在一起以便在形成轮胎时穿入包含芯部的模具中,其中所述芯部包括本发明的帘布层套10。优选地,氨基甲酸酯被选择作为弹性材料,弹性材料被形成为弹性帘线,所述弹性帘线卷绕有棉线,如图4和5中的附图标记15所示,弹性帘线设置用于在伸展力已经被消除之后,将帘布层套10返回至未伸展的状态,如图5所示。对于本发明,伸展力通过以下方式被提供,即如图6所示,帘布层套10沿帘布层套扩张器20移动,将水平帘线11展开,并伸展弹性帘线12。
弹性帘线12如图4和5所示包括弹性芯部14,其是预固化体,即在成型或浇铸工艺中加热时固化,其中在所述成型或浇铸工艺中,弹性体成分在混合时承受放热反应,产生热量,而该混合物,在穿入包含形成有帘布层套10的芯部的模具之后,固化预固化体,形成均匀固化的轮胎,提供棉线圈15绕芯部14的化学-机械锁定以及人造丝2440/2但尼尔帘线13的锁定。最终的轮胎因而由芯部成分、帘布层和胎圈制成,并且束带如果被使用,则不能从轮胎外壳分离,甚至在承受高热量例如在轮胎内有很少空气或无空气运行时。
为了提供帘布层套10的横向扩张,从而允许其经过图1的帘布层套扩张器20,所述套被纺织成具有折状外形(accordion appearance),允许其向外横向伸展,扩张其外周,伸展弹性帘线12,所述弹性帘线然后牵拉织物,从而在伸展力被取消之后,牵拉回到其未伸展状态。实际上,优选的编织工艺是提供这样的折状织物,所述折状织物是筒形平纹织物或纱罗织物,如上所述,其中织物采取间距N或每英寸纬密(spacing distance N or pics per inch),如图3棉线包覆的预固化弹性帘线12之间的平坦部分所示,而对于本发明的帘布层套的织物具有优选七点五(7.5)每英寸纬密的人造丝2440/2但尼尔帘线,并具有八(8)每英寸纬密的棉线包覆的预固化氨基甲酸酯帘线。这样布置,织物将具有大约平坦宽度的四倍的扩张度,如图2和3所示,允许套伸展,从而容易地在图1的帘布层套扩张器20上滑动并滑动到芯部制造心轴30上,并且在其上通过弹性预固化氨基甲酸酯帘线12的作用而闭合,使得帘布层套10抓持芯部制造心轴30的顶侧或胎表面31。
相邻的预固化氨基甲酸酯弹性帘线之间的间距是数(N)或每英寸纬密,并且选择用于平坦的宽度,针对本发明,具有八(8)每英寸纬密,其被选择用于三十八(38)英寸平坦宽度,后者将拉到大约九又二分之一(9 1/2)英寸平坦的宽度,提供了套平坦宽度中的四(4)倍的扩张。预固化聚氨基甲酸酯帘线12作为水平帘线被编织到连续的人造丝帘线13中,在从侧向观看套时,其中所述帘线被螺旋作为横向构件编织到套中,提供了期望的间距。实际上,垂直的人造丝2440/2但尼尔帘线13间距每英寸大致七点五(7.5)。
图1示出了使用帘布层套10形成弹性轮胎制造中所用的芯部。在芯部的形成中,帘布层套10的前端11a设置成在帘布层套扩张器20的后端21上滑动,应该理解的是,帘布层套后端11b与前端11a是相同的。帘布层套扩张器20的前端22示出设置用于部分地横贯芯部制造心轴30的胎面区域31装配。制造心轴用于在其上制造帘布层、胎圈和束带的芯部,以便装到模具中用于在其上浇铸、成型或真空形成轮胎。芯部制造心轴30轴向安装至轴40,其中所述轴40在一个端部被固定成从制造支架50的头部或顶端51向外直角延伸,其中所述制造支架在底座52被安装至底板,并装配成支承帘布层套心轴。
图6至12示出了利用本发明的帘布层套10的芯部的形成,以及由浇铸、成型或真空形成方法在这种形成过程中所用的设备。图6是沿图1的线6-6的剖视图,示出了相对于芯部制造心轴的中心横贯芯部制造芯部30的边缘定位的帘布层套扩张器20。帘布层套扩张器20如图所示包括相应平行间隔的前和后内壁22a和22b,它们每个分别贯通形成有中心孔23a和23b,所述孔对正以接收通过它们的轴40的端部40a。在帘布层套扩张器锥体20沿所述轴40来回滑动时,所述轴支承并引导所述帘布层套扩张器锥体。帘布层套20的前端11a如图所示已经被相应地牵拉跨过帘布层扩张器锥体20的前端21和后端22,在帘布层套10内大致对中芯部制造心轴30,并且帘布层套10如图所示已经横向扩张,而弹性帘线12牵拉套使其与芯部制造心轴30的顶侧表面或冠部31紧密装配接合。此后,帘布层扩张器锥体20被取出,并且一对硬板组件60其用于胎圈对中以及帘布层帘线定位,如图所示设置成装配在帘布层套10的端部11a和11b,以便如图7和8所示将一对胎圈61的每个定位在芯部制造心轴侧上,以便将帘布层套端部卷绕在其上,如下所述。
图7示出了帘布层套10装配在其上的芯部制造心轴30,并且示出了每个硬板组件60,其已经在芯部制造心轴30的每侧旁移动就位,推压胎圈61抵靠着帘布层套10。帘布层套端部22如图所示已经折叠附着在胎圈61上,并且已经伸展越过芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31。还如图7所示,帘布层套端部21如箭头B所示绕胎圈61折叠,以重叠安装在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31上的帘布层套区段。帘布层套10端部21和22在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31上的折叠在图8中完全示出,而硬板组件60如箭头C所示被取出。在帘布层端部折叠中,操作者可将帘布层套端部拉在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31上,如图7中的箭头B所示,而帘布层套10伸展以装配附着在芯部制造心轴30上,而弹性帘线12合适地伸展,并且帘布层套端部紧密装配附着在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31上,如图8所示。帘布层套端部优选通过施加绕线被保持就位,其中所述绕线优选由棉絮材料形成,其将重叠的帘布层套端部21和22保持就位,如图8所示。可选地,用于在芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31上卷绕帘布层套端部的过程是自动完成的,如图9至12的结构所示,并在以下提出。
图9示出了与图6类似的视图,除了一对囊状物和硬板70已经与帘布层套端部11a和11b对正。每个囊状物和硬板70包括柔性的囊状物72和硬板71,所述硬板71是由硬金属或塑料形成,并且用于在芯部形成过程中将胎圈61定位至芯部制造心轴30的侧部。硬板安装在气球式囊状物72的侧部上,所述气球式囊状物通过阀杆73填充有带压力的空气。胎圈61如图所示已经沿套10滑动就位,以接收抵靠其装配的硬板71的端部71a。这样安置,套10如图所示已经越过芯部制造心轴30。
图10是与图9类似的视图,仅仅示出了两个囊状物和硬板70,如图所示它们已经通入帘布层套10端部11a和11b,在那里,硬板71和连接的囊状物72已经通入每个帘布层套10端部11a和11b,每个硬板71边缘71a如图所示已经接合胎圈61,并且将其推压就位抵靠着芯部制造心轴30的侧部。其中,囊状物和硬板70通入套端部11a和11b,每个囊状物72合适地通过阀杆73排出空气,在那里,囊状物通过套端部装配。在这种结构中,胎圈61被保持抵靠着芯部制造心轴30的侧部,并且帘布层套10端部11a和11b已经折叠附着在胎圈61上并且向上延伸到芯部制造心轴侧部。
图11是与图10类似的视图,仅仅示出了左囊状物和硬板70的囊状物72,并且示出了左囊状物和硬板70的囊状物72其已经由于压力空气而扩张,所述压力空气通过杆73,如向内指向的箭头D所示。由于该扩张,帘布层套端部11b被抬起,以与芯部制造心轴30的侧部对正,并且压板80与扩张的囊状物72接触并与其压靠。所述压板80包括平活塞端部81,所述平活塞端部的前面与扩张的囊状物72接触,并且包括推杆端部82,其中所述推杆端部从活塞端部81的后面直角延伸。优选地,帘布层套10端部11a和11b留下足够长,从而以一个在另一个之上的方式折叠在芯部制造心轴30顶侧表面或冠部31上。
空气然后从囊状物72排出,如向外指向的箭头E所示,并且同时地,压板80向芯部制造心轴移动,而囊状物塌缩并且推压帘布层套10端部11b,以流动到芯部制造心轴30侧部上并越过顶侧表面或冠部31到达如图12所示的位置。囊状物72的折叠将帘布层套10端部11b的帘线推压在胎圈61上并从其推离,而帘线端部推压抵靠在帘布层套上并伸展越过芯部制造心轴30顶侧表面或冠部31。所述操作可包括在帘布层帘线端部通过囊状物72的放气以及压板80的移动而移动之前,利用诸如预固化弹性体的粘合剂将帘布层帘线套在胎圈上。
在所述囊状物的折叠中,任何捕获的空气从结合材料并在帘布层帘线与帘布层帘线端部之间被排出。尽管仅仅示出了左囊状物和硬板70的操作,但是应该清楚的是,右囊状物和硬板70的操作是同样的,所述囊状物和硬板70可同时操作,在囊状物和硬板被取出时,制造形成芯部制造心轴上的帘布层和胎圈的芯部,所述芯部准备接收束带,其中所述束带围绕芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部31施加,如下所述。
图1和6至12的上述说明提出了一种设置包括本发明的帘布层套10和胎圈61的芯部的过程,而帘布层套端部区域在芯部制造心轴30的顶侧表面或冠部31上重叠。而如图所示,帘布层套10的端部11a和11b彼此横贯附着在顶侧表面或冠部上。然而,应该清楚的是,取决于帘布层套帘线端部的长度,套帘布层帘线可连接至芯部制造心轴侧,在与顶侧表面或冠部31的侧连接点停止。
如图13所示,如图12所示的帘布层和束带的芯部已经接收单个层或多个层85,其中所述层优选是围绕芯部制造心轴30顶侧表面或冠部31安装的棉絮的部分。同样的和功能同样的束带扩张器90实际上可以与图1的截头锥形帘布层扩张器20相同,所述束带扩张器如图所示安装在芯部制造心轴30的侧部上,在所述芯部制造心轴上已经安置帘布层套和胎圈。束带扩张器90如图所示优选延伸至芯部制造心轴30的中心或其附近。这样安置,如图13所示,第一束带95以及如需第二束带95a可越过束带扩张器90的较小直径端部,并且沿扩张器滑动,如箭头F所示。第一层95移动横贯芯部制造心轴30顶侧表面或冠部31,随后分隔层,如分隔体,随后第二带95a。此后,束带扩张器90被去除,并且顶分隔体或隔离层施加至第二带95a的顶侧表面。优选的隔离材料是四层棉絮,其大致为八英寸宽,并且沿周向绕顶侧表面或冠部31卷绕,同时将帘布层保持就位。最后的分隔体隔离层的侧部反过来绕芯部制造心轴30肩部向下拉,接合帘布层套10,并且未示出的轮胎帘线通过将单轮胎芯部缆股卷绕束带周边卷绕而被应用,卷绕在顶侧表面或冠部31的一侧上开始并直至另一顶侧表面或冠部侧部,完成帘布层套10、束带95和95a以及胎圈61的芯部的组件,其然后可定位在模具中,并且绕其形成轮胎,这是利用浇铸、真空成型或适于形成轮胎的其它成型方法实现的。
尽管已经在此示出和说明了用于形成车辆轮胎芯部的帘布层套的本发明的优选实施例,但是应该理解的是,在不脱离权利要求书的范围内的主题以及本发明所要求保护的合理等价物的前提下,各改型和变型可用于帘布层套和用于形成轮胎的方法、以及所用的材料。
Claims (5)
1.一种帘布层套,用于由帘布层、胎圈和束带形成的结构中,所述结构将被安装在模具内,从而围绕所述结构形成弹性轮胎,所述帘布层套包括编织的筒形套,沿所述编织的筒形套的长度具有均匀的直径,选择用于形成所述筒形套的织物被选择成允许所述筒形套绕其周边伸展,以配合附着在轮胎芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部上,并且绕所述筒形套收缩,以紧贴装配接合附着并围绕轮胎芯部制造心轴顶侧表面或冠部,并且所述织物包括横向延伸的螺旋编织的人造丝帘线,而在所述织物内具有水平编织的弹性帘线,所述弹性帘线是由弹性聚氨基甲酸酯预固化材料形成,其中沿每个弹性帘线长度卷绕有棉线,所述预固化材料将由于选择的氨基甲酸酯混合物的放热而固化,以绕包括所述帘布层套的芯部形成轮胎,在所形成的轮胎内为所述人造丝帘线和棉线线圈提供化学机械锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的帘布层套,其特征在于,所选择的织物提供了大致四倍于其未伸展状态的横向套扩张。
3.根据权利要求1所述的帘布层套,其特征在于,所述人造丝帘线是人造丝2440/2但尼尔帘线,其以七点五(7.5)每英寸纬密的间距被螺旋编织。
4.根据权利要求1所述的帘布层套,其特征在于,所述棉线卷绕预固化氨基甲酸酯弹性帘线以八(8)每英寸纬密的间距被编织到所述筒形套中。
5.根据权利要求1所述的帘布层套,其特征在于,所述帘布层套被切割至一段长度,从而在轮胎芯部制造心轴在所述帘布层套内居中时,所述帘布层套端部将向下延伸到每个心轴侧,以在所述芯部制造心轴侧上绕胎圈位置折叠,并向回且附着在所述芯部制造心轴的边缘顶侧表面或冠部边缘上。
