Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及通过蒸发逐渐释放液体活性物质的材料,这种材料的制造方法以及整合了由这种材料制成的元件的配件(accessoire)。
本发明尤其但不限于涉及整合了具有驱蚊作用的元件的手镯型的可携带配件。
背景技术
在这种应用中,所带来的问题主要是配件的使用寿命问题。这是因为,即使活性物质具有良好的内在效力,但其释放具有太大的动力以致于不能保证其随时间的效力。
发明内容
本发明的目的尤其在于通过提出一种材料来克服这种问题,在该材料中,活性物质的释放动力被减慢,并且其为通过引入可参变量(paramétrable)的溶质(soluté)的受控方式。因而,本发明提供了使用寿命和效力得到优化的配件。
为此,并且根据第一方面,本发明提供一种通过蒸发逐渐释放液体活性物质的材料,所述材料包含聚合物材料基质,在其中浸渍液体组合物。该组合物包含活性物质与溶质的混合物,所述溶质能够通过减少蒸气压来减少活性物质的蒸发动力。
根据第二方面,本发明提供生产这种材料的方法,其中该浸渍通过混合该基质与该液体组合物来实现。
根据第三方面,本发明提供包括由这种材料制成的元件的配件,所述元件构成所述配件的整体的一部分。

具体实施方式
手镯1由聚合物材料制成,并且整合了两个小板联结脚(pattes),它们定位于其两边以包封其边沿的一部分。这种实施方式的优点在于生产简单,尤其是通过模制手镯1的单一件时,小板2随后可通过所述脚的局部变形而被引入到所述脚之间。
根据另一实施方式,可以通过在手镯1中复制模制(surmoulage)来联结小板2。
在这些实施方式中,小板2被置于手镯1上,小板2的材料与携带所述手镯的人的皮肤不存在直接接触,以便尤其避免可能的皮肤过敏反应。
尽管结合这种具体手镯1进行了描述,但本发明并不限于这种配置,也不限于手镯,也不限于用于抵靠皮肤配带的配件。这是因为,可以预期任何可携带的配件类型,而不论其是可由人还是由动物携带。还可以制造并不专门用于配带的配件,例如可被放置或固定到家具上或者悬挂的配件。特别地,该配件通常可以包括可携带结构,在其上联结有由释放性材料制成的元件以构成所述配件的整体的一部分。
该释放性材料包括聚合物材料基质,在其中浸渍液体组合物。该组合物包含要释放的活性物质与溶质的混合物。该溶质能够通过降低活性物质的蒸气压来降低活性物质的蒸发动力。
根据一种实施方式,该基质包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)树脂,尤其包含显著量的乙酸乙烯酯基团。例如,该树脂包含18%-42%重量的乙酸乙烯酯基团。ARKEMA公司以EVATANE销售的树脂的使用提供了与活性物质释放动力相关的良好结果。
除了上述的树脂之外,该聚合物基质可任选地包含基于聚丙烯(PP)的树脂。在联合使用的情况下,大约2EVA与1PP的重量比率在本发明的范围内提供了良好的结果。
在实施例中,活性物质具有驱除有害动物,尤其是驱蚊的作用。
为此,该活性物质可以包括一种精油或多种精油的混合物,尤其选自蒿属植物(citronnelle)的精油、杂交薰衣草(lavandin)的精油、老鹳草属(géranium)的精油、松脂(térébenthine)的精油、丁子香花蕾(clou degirofle)的精油、胡椒薄荷(menthe poivrée)的精油、广藿香(patchouli)的精油。在一个实施例中,该活性物质包含上述全部精油的混合物,重量比例以提到它们的顺序而下降。
已进行了试验并且证明使用溶质的特别效力,该溶质包括至少一种用于降低活性物质蒸发动力的食品物质(substance alimentaire)。
具体地,该食品物质选自薄荷醇甲酰胺(menthol carboxamide)、香草醛(vanilline)或者这两种化合物的混合物。在使用混合物的情况下,薄荷醇甲酰胺与香草醛之间的重量比例为4/1至2/1时提供特别有益的结果。
根据本发明的材料可以包含20-80%重量的浸渍液体组合物,所述组合物可以包含10-30%重量的溶质。但是,基质可以用大于100%重量的液体组合物浸渍,并且可根据该材料所针对的特定应用制成包含不同溶质的量的组合物。
而且,该材料可以包括已知添加剂,例如着色剂或成形剂。
根据本发明,可以在打开包装后将浸渍的材料的效力保持一至两个月。也就是说该蒸发动力使得能够在整体这个期间逐渐释放活性物质。而且,通过调节组合物和/或基质的配制,可以根据所针对的特定应用调节活性物质的释放持续时间。
关于上述材料的制造方法,通过将基质与液体组合物混合来进行浸渍。该混合物可以在相对长的持续时间内制备,例如几天,以确保最佳浸渍。而且,该混合可以在环境温度下在密封室中或者在真空中进行,以改善该组合物的效力的保持。
在混合之前,通过将溶质溶解在活性物质中来形成该液体组合物。例如,该溶质可以是固体的形式,尤其是粉末的形式,并且该活性物质可以适度加热并且进行搅拌以改善溶质的溶解。
在混合之后,浸渍的材料可以进行成形,例如以图中所示的小片的形式,这可以按照已知技术如注射或挤出来进行,没有任何特别的限制。
因而,该材料制成的元件可以具有任何所希望的形状以更好地整合到包括其的配件中。作为一种变化形式,该配件可以完全由浸渍的材料制成,因为其具有由基质赋予的机械内聚力。还可以预期利用相容的材料复制模制该浸渍的材料以形成整合了这种复制模制的配件。
Claims (13)
1.通过蒸发逐渐释放液体活性物质的材料,所述材料包含聚合物材料基质,在其中浸渍液体组合物,所述材料的特征在于该组合物包含活性物质与溶质的混合物,所述活性物质包括一种精油或多种精油的混合物,所述溶质包括至少一种选自薄荷醇甲酰胺或者薄荷醇甲酰胺与香草醛的混合物的食品物质并且能够通过减少蒸气压来减少活性物质的蒸发动力,
其中该液体组合物通过将溶质溶解在活性物质中来形成并且该溶质是固体的形式。
2.权利要求1的材料,其特征在于该基质包含乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)树脂。
3.权利要求2的材料,其特征在于该树脂包含18%-42%重量的乙酸乙烯酯基团。
4.权利要求1-3中任一项的材料,其特征在于该基质包含基于聚丙烯的树脂。
5.权利要求1-3中任一项的材料,其特征在于该活性物质具有驱除有害动物的作用。
6.权利要求5的材料,其特征在于该活性物质包括一种精油或多种精油的混合物,选自蒿属植物的精油、杂交薰衣草的精油、老鹳草属的精油、松脂的精油、丁子香花蕾的精油、胡椒薄荷的精油、广藿香的精油。
7.权利要求1-3中任一项的材料,其特征在于其包含20-80%重量的浸渍液体组合物。
8.权利要求1-3中任一项的材料,其特征在于该液体组合物包含10-30%重量的溶质。
9.权利要求1-8中任一项的材料的制造方法,其中通过将基质与液体组合物混合来进行浸渍。
10.权利要求9的制造方法,其中,在浸渍之前,通过将溶质溶解在活性物质中来形成液体组合物。
11.包括由权利要求1-8中任一项的材料制成的元件的配件,所述元件构成所述配件的整体的一部分。
12.权利要求11的配件,其特征在于该配件包括支撑结构,在该支撑结构上联结了该元件。
13.权利要求12的配件,其特征在于该配件包括手镯,在该手镯上联结了小板形式的元件,形成所述元件的材料具有驱蚊的作用。
