This glass fiber binder composition contains an organic polymer emulsion and a gelatinizing agent for gelatinizing the organic polymer emulsion in an amount of 0.1-200 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of a solid content of the emulsion. The glass fiber binder composition efficiently adheres to points of intersection of the glass fiber. Further, the glass fiber binder composition is not powdered.
