本发明提供了一种驱蚊植物精油配制及其复合载体,其中驱蚊植物精油配制采用长穗薰衣草精油为主料,梧桐树皮精油为次料,以天竺葵精油、柠檬香茅精油、绿薄荷精油为辅料物理混合搅拌制成,其中驱蚊植物精油的复合载体采用由活性竹炭基体和无机硅胶外包层组合而成,这是一种原料广泛、配比独特的驱蚊植物精油,复合型载体储存精油的体量更大,不仅延长了驱蚊手环的天然驱蚊功效,而且使它更实用、更廉价。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种驱蚊植物精油的配制及储存该驱蚊植物精油的载体。
背景技术
目前,在国内外市场上推出了一种将驱蚊植物精油储存于一种载体(亦称模块)装配在橡胶手环上使用的产品,人们只需要在手腕或脚踝上佩戴它,其中的驱蚊气味便能持续地挥发出来,达到既能避免蚊虫叮咬又有美观的装饰效果,所述的精油是一种天然芳香物质,通常是用蒸餾法、油脂分離法从植物中萃取出来的芳香液体。
(一)常见的驱蚊植物精油采用香茅精油、熏衣草精油、丁香精油、薄荷精油、玫瑰精油配制,不同的产品配方不同,配比也不一样,驱蚊时效(质量)差别很大,这类配制驱蚊精油植物的技术、经济特征是:
“香茅”属于禾本科,是一种驱虫草药,其天然状态就能驱赶蚊虫,用香茅制成的精油靠的是植物本身的味道来驱避蚊虫,有很好的驱蚊功效,不会对身体产生任何危害,但香茅精油极易挥发,萃取精油的成本高、价格昂贵;
“薰衣草”被称为““百草之王”,它代表了一种重要的花香型,其香气清新优雅,性质温和,欧美国家很早就用薰衣草精油加酒精配制成“薰衣草水”非常流行,薰衣草也是利用植物本身的味道来驱避蚊虫,我国新疆是重要的种植薰衣草产区,尤其是生长于伊犁的长穗薰衣草,其数量大、产量高、品质优良,适宜降低驱蚊精油的生产成本;
“丁香”属小乔木,枝叶繁茂、花色淡雅,其花蕾中富含挥发油即丁香油,油中主要成分是丁香油酚,干燥处理过的丁香花蕾像颗圆头钉子,它是配制高级香料的原料,丁香精油就是从未开放的花蕾芽经萃取制得,其浓烈的香味浓具有驱虫作用,用蒸餾法萃取容易破坏其香气,用油脂分法提取精油质量好但成本高;
“薄荷”有着悠久的使用历史,其中胡椒薄荷和绿薄荷是最常见的两个品种,薄荷醇是薄荷最重要的成分之一,也是薄荷香味的来源,具有杰出的杀菌功效与清新香气,薄荷的用途非常广泛,用于治疗伤风感冒、鼻塞、头痛、蚊虫咬伤、是居家旅行必备良品,收集方法是将新鲜的薄荷花、叶、茎、根部清洗后加水低温蒸馏,然后从蒸馏出来的精油中收集,用不完的薄荷花要用20%食盐水淹没在干净防渗的池子里密封存放备用;
“玫瑰”精油是精油的典型代表,用途很广,也是一种芳香的驱虫剂,采用玫瑰鲜花经过蒸气蒸馏或用溶剂萃取而得,得油率很低,通常约为0.02-0.03%,通常采用油脂分離法来获取,尤其单方玫瑰精油是世界上最昂贵的精油,被称为“精油之后”。
所述的用蒸馏法从植物中萃取出芳香液体的工艺分为两种,即水蒸馏法和蒸气蒸馏法,有时候也可以同时交換使用这两种蒸馏法。
所述的水蒸馏法是将植物浸没于水中逐步加上高压使水在最短的时间加热至沸腾,水蒸气从管道通到容器內已装置好的植物中,此水蒸气通过盘管冷却系统凝结成含有精油及花露水的液体,该液体再经过另一个冷却系统流入另一个容器內,因位精油及花露水的比重不同,当两者经过一段时间分层后便可在具有高差的出口流进不同的容器中,即收集到精油与花露水;冷凝器是一个螺旋形的管子(盘管),周围环绕着冷水,使蒸汽冷却转化为油水混合液,然后流入油水分离器。
所述的油脂分離法是非常传统的方式,先在玻璃板上涂上纯净的脂肪,再将花瓣铺撒在这层脂肪上,使脂肪吸收花瓣中的精质,不斷的更換花瓣,直到脂肪无法再吸收精油为止,然后除去脂肪中的杂物成为香脂,再加入酒精(最好用天然乙醇),使脂肪与精油分离,得到的精油称为原精。对于娇嫩的玫瑰花瓣就要用此方式获取精油,因为经过高温蒸餾的玫瑰花瓣其香气会大量消失,其它如白玉蘭.夜來香.紫羅蘭、蓮花也是如此,原精的液体浓稠、顏色較深,其香味非常濃郁,但获取精油的過程非常的費事,成本就高,因此原精价格也相当昂贵。
(二)常见的驱蚊植物精油载体是用单纯的无机硅胶制成,无机硅胶具有良好的微孔结构,它是一种上佳的吸附材料,其热稳定性好、化学性质稳定、有较高的机械强度,但其比表面积不大,且材料及工艺成本较高。
活性竹炭是采用蒸汽活性化工艺烧制出来的竹质活性炭,它是最近年代发展起来的一种新型环保材料,它比普通竹炭有较强的硬度,尤其是它具有优良的吸附储存功能,细微颗粒状的活性竹炭其比表面积甚至可达到800m2/g,因此具有强大的吸附液体或气体的功效。
发明内容
针对上述常见的精油植物的技术、经济特征及驱蚊植物精油载体的缺陷,本发明提供了一种包含薰衣草精油、香茅精油、绿薄荷精油为原料的驱蚊植物精油配制及其复合载体。
(一)本发明中的驱蚊植物精油配制采用
(1)以生长于新疆伊犁的长穗薰衣草精油为主料,用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的45%;
(2)以梧桐树皮精油为次料,用水蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的35%;
(3)以天竺葵精油、柠檬香茅精油、绿薄荷精油为辅料,这些辅料都采用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,其中天竺葵精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的12%,柠檬香茅精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的5%,绿薄荷精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的3%。
将上述容重比例的五种主、辅料物理混合搅拌后制成本发明所述的驱蚊植物精油,再储存于一个不锈钢容器内,密闭备用。
(二)本发明中驱蚊植物精油的载体采用由活性竹炭基体和外包层两部分组成的复合载体,所述的活性竹炭基体是采用比表面积在500-700平方米/克的活性竹炭颗粒制造,所述竹炭颗粒的细度在900-1200目之间,所述的活性竹炭基体外观设计成两端是半圆、正立面为条形的造型,垂直于该条形活性竹炭基体轴线的剖面是一个梯形状,采用压力机静压定型;所述的外包层材料采用无机硅胶,所述的无机硅胶在高温条件下利用模具包裹在所述活性竹炭基体的外表面,厚度在1.0-1.5毫米之间,通过硫化机施加压力制成一个复合载体;
所述的无机硅胶掺合进色膏制成各种颜色的外包层。
所述的驱蚊植物精油复合载体造型采用正立面为圆形或正立面为矩形吸附储存精油的体量更大。
(三)本发明所述复合载体浸没于储存着本发明所述驱蚊植物精油的密闭容器中,充分吸附了该精油后制成驱蚊植物精油复合载体,再用不透光的铝箔纸封装备用;所述驱蚊植物精油复合载体利用其梯形状的底面装置在一个具有相应梯形状凹槽的手环卡槽中不易脱落,该手环卡槽两边各连着手环扣带,所述的手环卡槽及手环扣带用彩色硅橡制成,在所述手环扣带的两端正反面分别固定着正、反粘布条,利用该正、反粘布条的粘合易分特性便能形成一个可调节周长的驱蚊手环。
本发明有益效果是:提供了一种配比优质、天然、价廉的驱蚊植物精油及储存该精油体量更大的载体,不仅延长了驱蚊手环的驱蚊功效,而且使它更健康、实用、廉价。
因为长穗薰衣草及梧桐树皮产量大、来源广,它们占本发明所述植物驱蚊精油总容重的80%,其中梧桐树属“芸香科”落叶乔木,是最近几年才发现的驱蚊树新品种,不仅从其脱落的干树皮萃取的精油可以驱除蚊子,其叶子特有的香茅醛物质通过高温蒸发萃取的精油散发到空气中也能达到驱蚊的效果,在农村的老式蚊香制作就有掺杂着梧桐树皮、树叶;本发明所述辅料之一天竺葵本身是一种芳香的驱虫剂,它不会对人体产生危害,天竺葵来源比玫瑰容易,所以从天竺葵萃取的精油价格比玫瑰便宜,它的味道却又与玫瑰相近,本发明使之成为玫瑰的取代品,但这并不表示它比玫瑰次等,相反的,天竺葵有许多优异的疗效,从使用者的角度来看,它可以提升驱蚊功效;本发明中占有复合载体主要体量的活性竹炭不仅以其优良的吸附储存功能增强了吸附驱蚊植物精油的作用,而且其材料成本比纯用无机硅胶为吸附驱蚊植物精油载体的成本降低了4-5倍,以彩色无机硅胶作活性竹炭基体的外包层不仅保持了驱蚊手环的美观造型,又可以延缓驱蚊气味的挥发,两者相辅相成,使驱蚊功效得以提高。

具体实施方式
(一)本发明中的驱蚊植物精油萃取都用上海制造的2500L-3000L蒸馏罐精油提取设备,配盘管式冷凝器,1.5T快装锅炉供应蒸气,与物料接触的主、辅助设备都用不锈钢材质SUS304L制成,触摸屏自动温控系统,相比同类产品具有较高的精油收集率。
(1)以生长于新疆伊犁的长穗薰衣草精油为主料,用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的45%;
(2)以梧桐树皮精油为次料,用水蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的35%;
(3)以天竺葵精油、柠檬香茅精油、绿薄荷精油为辅料,这些辅料都采用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,其中天竺葵精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的12%,柠檬香茅精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的5%,绿薄荷精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的3%。
在图1工艺流程示意图中,将上述容重比例的五种主、辅料物理混合搅拌后制成所述的驱蚊植物精油,再存放于一个不锈钢容器内,密闭备用。
(二)本发明中驱蚊植物精油复合载体(1)由活性竹炭基体(6)外包层(7)两部分复合而成,所述的活性竹炭基体(6)是采用比表面积在500-700平方米/克的活性竹炭颗粒制造,所述活性竹炭颗粒的细度通过900-1200目,所述的活性竹炭基体(6)采用两端是半圆、正立面为条形的造型,垂直于该条形活性竹炭基体(6)轴线的剖面是一个梯形状,依靠压力机静压定型;所述的外包层(7)材料采用无机硅胶,所述的无机硅胶在高温条件下利用模具包裹在所述活性竹炭基体(6)的外表面,厚度在1.0-1.5毫米之间,通过硫化机施加压力制成一个复合载体;
(三)本发明所述复合载体浸没于储存着本发明所述驱蚊植物精油的密闭容器中,加压至2.5Par,并保持25-30min,当所述复合载体充分吸附了该精油后制成驱蚊植物精油复合载体(1),再用不透光的铝箔纸封装备用。
(四)所述驱蚊植物精油复合载体(1)利用其梯形状的底面装置在具有相应梯形状凹槽的手环卡槽(2)中不易脱落,该手环卡槽(2)两边各连着手环扣带(3),所述的手环卡槽(2)及手环扣带(3)用彩色硅橡制成,具有美观的装饰效果,在所述手环扣带(3)的两端正反面分别固定着正、反粘布条(4、5),利用该正、反粘布条(4、5)的粘合易分特性便能形成一个可调节周长的驱蚊手环,以适合不同人群的需求。
本发明所述的外包层(7)无机硅胶掺合进色膏制成彩色的外观;所述的驱蚊植物精油复合载体的造型采用正立面为圆形或所述的驱蚊植物精油复合载体的造型采用正立面为矩形。
Claims (4)
1.一种驱蚊植物精油配制及其复合载体,其特征是:
(一)驱蚊植物精油的配制包含
(1)以生长于新疆伊犁的长穗薰衣草精油为主料,用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的45%;
(2)以梧桐树皮精油为次料,用水蒸馏法萃取,占驱蚊植物精油总容重的35%;
(3)以天竺葵精油、柠檬香茅精油、绿薄荷精油为辅料,这些辅料都采用蒸气蒸馏法萃取,其中天竺葵精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的12%,柠檬香茅精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的5%,绿薄荷精油占驱蚊植物精油总容重的3%;
(二)驱蚊植物精油的复合载体
由活性竹炭基体外包层两部分复合而成,所述的活性竹炭基体采用比表面积在500-700平方米/克之间的活性竹炭颗粒制造,所述活性竹炭颗粒的细度在900-1200目之间,所述的活性竹炭基体采用两端是半圆、正立面为条形的造型,垂直于该条形活性竹炭基体轴线的剖面是一个梯形状;所述的外包层材料采用无机硅胶制造,所述的无机硅胶包裹在所述活性竹炭基体的外表面,厚度在1.0-1.5毫米之间,再通过硫化机施加压力制成一个复合载体;该复合载体浸没于储存着驱蚊植物精油的密闭容器中充分吸附了驱蚊植物精油后制成驱蚊植物精油复合载体;
所述的手环用彩色硅橡制成,在所述手环扣带的两端正反面分别固定着正、反粘布条,利用该正、反粘布条的粘合易分特性便能形成一个可调节周长的驱蚊手环。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊植物精油复合载体,其特征是:所述的无机硅胶掺合进色膏制成彩色的外包层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊植物精油复合载体,其特征是:所述的驱蚊植物精油复合载体的造型正立面为圆形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊植物精油复合载体,其特征是:所述的驱蚊植物精油复合载体的造型正立面为矩形。
