Abstract
本发明涉及一种可以进行车辆用轮胎的气压调节及爆胎时也可维持一定水平行驶的装置,将包括胎面、胎侧部以及胎圈部构成的轮胎的胎圈部结合于轮辋(rim),其特征在于,设有:在轮辋上高压储藏空气的储气囊;爆胎时用于支承轮胎的支承气囊;用于从储气囊连接支承气囊以及轮胎内部的阀装置;并包含有:用于检测轮胎各部分压力的压力传感器;针对来自上述的压力传感器的信号来控制阀装置的控制部,通过较轻的气囊来将重量增加问题最小化,提高油耗性能,可在爆胎时提高行驶距离,对轮胎给与安定机能,特别是具有通过在平时调节轮胎气压,可确保最佳行驶性能的效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及可进行车辆用轮胎的气压调节及爆胎时维持一定水平的行驶的气压调节装置。
背景技术
用于车辆的轮胎的耐久性是涉及安全的一个重要问题。行驶时轮胎的损伤,例如爆胎等是车辆翻车及丧失转向性而安全性大大受损的主要原因。另外,在充气轮胎的内压处于非适当气压的情况下,是影响车辆性能例如油耗、乘车感、耐久性等的主要原因。
其中,作为防止轮胎损伤而具备的以往的技术,代表性的是漏气保用(run flat)轮胎。漏气保用轮胎是在轮胎爆胎时可进行一定程度的行驶及具有充足行驶性能的轮胎。
漏气保用轮胎可大致分类为侧加强式(SSR)与插入式(PAXSystem)。
首先,若试着看一下侧加强式(SSR)轮胎,在漏气保用轮胎中,加强橡胶是用于即使发生爆胎时也能维持胎侧部一定刚性的橡胶,确保安定性是必须的,然而在一般行驶中,由于过大的胎侧部刚性,路面的冲击会不变地传递到车体,不只降低了乘车感,也会成为因重量较大而使车辆的油耗性能降低的原因。
为了解决该问题,不将加强橡胶形成到胎面部分而只是形成于肩部分(shoulder),平时加强橡胶不会影响到胎侧部的刚性,而仅在爆胎时才用到加强橡胶的刚性,由此公开过一种可同时改善轻量化和乘车感的技术。然而,该技术却有存在一个缺点,即在爆胎时加强橡胶的耐久性不足。
作为其他的技术还存在下述技术,即在胎侧部形成有多层的帘布(carcass)层,在内侧使用硬度小且不易压缩的橡胶,在外侧使用硬度比内侧大且易于拉伸的橡胶。然而,却存在着由于使用多层的胎体,轮胎整体重量增大的缺点。
插入式(PAX System)是在轮胎与轮辋(rim)之间采用下述的构造,即在轮辋部位安装任意截面形状的构造物来支承爆胎时的负荷。已知有韩国专利148314号及韩国专利第138817号等多项技术。
例如,作为插入式的问题点,如上所述由于过大的胎侧部刚性,路面的冲击会不变地传递到车体,不只降低了乘车感,也会成为因重量较大而使车辆的油耗性能降低的原因。另外,若降低胎侧部的刚性,则就有爆胎时加强层的耐久性不足的缺点。另外,还可列举下述问题点,如由于插入物而引起重量增加、拆装的不便、由于插入物而造成的轮辋形状的变形等。前面介绍的韩国专利第138817号发明是采用气囊来将重量及轮辋的变形问题最小化的发明。
发明内容
本发明的车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置,是除了进一步发挥该气囊技术来付予轮胎漏气保用性能,还附加有平时调节轮胎气压机能的装置,其特征在于,包括:高压储藏空气的机构;用于爆胎时支承轮胎的机构;用于从上述空气储藏机构连接支承上述轮胎的机构及轮胎内部的机构;用于检测轮胎各部分压力的机构;以及根据来自上述的检测压力机构的信号来控制上述连接机构的机构。

具体实施方式
附图中的图1是表示由胎面1、胎侧部2、以及胎圈部3构成的通常的轮胎的胎圈部3结合于轮辋(rim)4状态的图,本发明的车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置包括:上述轮辋4、储气囊5、支承气囊6、设有阀的连接配管7、压力传感器8、控制部9、以及数据发送部10,并且发挥下述作用,即根据轮胎的状况将上述储气囊5的高压空气送入轮胎内部或支承气囊6。
例如,上述储气囊5是高压储藏空气的机构,上述支承气囊6是用于轮胎爆胎时支承轮胎的机构,上述连接配管7作为从上述储气囊5连接上述支承气囊6以及轮胎内部的配管,分别被区分为第1及第2配管(71,72),上述压力传感器8是用于检测轮胎各部分压力的机构,上述控制部9具有根据来自上述压力传感器8的信号来控制上述连接配管7的第1及第2配管(71,72)的开关阀的作用。
在本发明的上述连接配管7中,上述第1配管71具有将空气从上述储气囊5输送到上述支承气囊6的作用,第2配管72具有将空气从上述储气囊5输送到轮胎内部的作用。
上述压力传感器8间隔2秒钟测定轮胎的内压,并向控制部9发送所测定的信息,发送的信息被数据发送部10的RF天线11接受。
另一方面,如图2说明的那样,上述控制部这样控制,即在轮胎的内压T1处于轮胎规定气压的80%与110%之间的情况下密闭第1配管71的阀,在未满50%的情况下开放将空气从储气囊5输送到支承气囊6的第1配管71的阀,在处于50%与80%之间的情况下,开放将空气从储气囊5输送到轮胎内部的第2配管72的阀。
在图1中,优选地,从上述支承气囊6的上端到胎面1的底部的距离a为5mm以上,调节上述支承气囊6的宽度b,可在紧急拐弯时辅助胎侧部。
也就是说,根据本发明,通过采取气囊构造,将作为插入式(PAXSystem)的问题点的重量增加问题最小化,由此,可提高油耗性能,即使在轮胎爆胎时候也可以进行一定水平的行驶,对轮胎施与安定的机能,特别是具有下述效果,即通过在平时轮胎气压的调节及在急转弯等恶劣行驶时对轮胎加以辅助可确保最佳行驶性能。
Claims (4)
1.一种车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置,将包括胎面、胎侧部以及胎圈部的轮胎的胎圈部结合于轮辋,其特征在于,包括:
在上述轮辋上具有高压储藏空气的机构;
用于爆胎时支承轮胎的机构;
用于从上述空气储藏机构连接上述轮胎支承机构及轮胎内部且安装有阀的连接机构;
用于检测轮胎内部各部分压力的机构;以及
根据来自上述检测压力机构的信号来控制上述连接机构的阀的机构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置,其特征在于,上述连接机构包括:
将空气从上述空气储藏机构输送到轮胎支承机构的第1配管、以及将空气从上述空气储藏机构输送到轮胎内部的第2配管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置,其特征在于,上述压力测定机构间隔2秒钟测定轮胎的内压,并向控制机构发送所测定到的信息。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任意一项所述的车辆用充气轮胎的气压调节装置,其特征在于,上述控制部这样控制,即
在轮胎的内压(T1)处于轮胎规定气压的80%与110%之间的情况下密闭第1配管的阀;
在未满50%的情况下开放将空气从空气储藏机构输送到轮胎支承机构的第1配管的阀;以及
在处于50%与80%之间的情况下,开放将空气从空气储藏机构输送到轮胎内部的第2配管的阀。
