技术领域

背景技术
现代的内燃机通常具有很高的工作温度,以提供高热力效率和燃油消耗率。然而,对于邻近热源的零件,很高的工作温度是实践中产生主要困难的根源。因此,对于确保不适于在高工作温度环境下工作的发动机零部件,能被适当的隔离高热源,良好的热能管理是非常必要的。适当的防护将确保系统和组件在发动机整个生命周期中可靠的运转。
隔热板过去常用于车用发动机的热能管理技术。按照现有技术,隔热板通过支架或夹子固定于要被防护的组件上。这种技术需要把安装结构附加于隔热板或要屏蔽的组件上,以使隔热板固定在其位置上。由于隔热板的精确配置能变换多种不同的模式和应用,在一些应用中,提供安装结构是非常困难而且昂贵的。另外,当安装机构由铆钉或其他紧固件固定于隔热板上时,产生的应力集中将导致隔热板过早破裂或其他失效模式。
因此,可替代夹子、支架或其他附加结构的安装隔热板的技术将会更为有益。
发明内容
一种车用多层隔热板总成,用于在热源与热敏元件之间形成热屏蔽,所述隔热板总成包括具有平行周缘的第一和第二金属面板;位于两面板之间直接与所述第一和第二面板相连接的金属芯板。所述芯板在第一和第二面板之间确定了大体一致的间隔,所述芯板包括多个从所述第一和第二面板的周缘以悬臂状向外伸出的整体式法兰。整体式法兰构成了延伸的固定点,用于支撑相对于热源的所述总成。
按照本发明的另一个方面,一种制造车用多层隔热板总成的方法,该隔热板用于在热源与热敏元件之间形成热屏蔽,所述方法包括如下步骤:
成型带有周缘的第一金属面板;
成型带有周缘的第二金属面板,与第一面板具有大体相同的尺寸和形状;
将金属片材成型为金属芯板;
在芯板上间隔一定的距离打孔;
将至少一个支腿从每个孔弯曲倾斜伸出所述芯板材料;
将每个支腿固定在第一和第二的面板各自的内表面,使第一和第二面板以重叠的、大体上平行的方式设置,以便所述芯板在第一和第二面板之间确定大体一致的间隔;
在所述芯板整体式成型多个法兰,从所述第一和第二面板的周缘以悬臂状向外伸出,以使整体式法兰构成了延伸的固定点,用于支撑相对于热源的所述总成。
从芯板延伸的整体式法兰能直接连接于支撑件上,以使本发明的隔热板总成固定在工作位置上,无需任何附加的支架、夹子或其他用于固定的结构。

具体实施方式
参考附图,在全部的视图中,相同的数字指示相同或相应的零部件,图1中现有技术的钢隔热板一般以10表示。隔热板总成10包括一对片状的铝面板,其由芯板材料14基本上平行导向的间隔的设置。芯板14是由穿孔的钢材或不锈钢以偏移的,锯齿形的方式制成的,以使在芯板10和一个铝面之间的连接点是偏离芯板10与另一铝面的连接点的。因此,通过铝面板12之间的芯板材料14的热传导需要穿过的距离将比两个铝面板间常规的间隔要远得多。另外,芯板14是穿孔的,因此通过通风和自然对流可提高冷却。现有技术的隔热板总成10有边缘16限定的周界,其可以通过简单的剪切或冲压操作制成,其中三层材料12,14同时成型和修剪。
如图2所示,隔热板总成10可以应用配置在邻近热源20的要被防护的元件(或组件)18上。从而,隔热板在热源20与组件18之间形成了一个屏蔽,可根本上阻隔热辐射能量和热传导能量。补充的连接结构如支架22和夹子24用于把隔热板总成10安装到要将防护的组件18上。这些支架22和夹子24增加了装配作业的成本和复杂性,且可能导致隔热板总成10的过早失效。例如,支架24需要一个附加的固定螺钉23伸入并压紧到螺孔中。夹子24需要成型特定的配合结构25,它将增加系统的重量和复杂性。而且,由于铆钉26在面板12之间提供了直接的热传导路径,可能会减小总成10的整体隔热效率。由于铆钉26引起的应力集中,也可能导致隔热板过早失效。
相比之下,图3和图4显示了改进的隔热板,图中一般以30来示意。隔热板总成30与现有技术的装置的结构基本相似,包括一对铝面板32,以一致的间隔设置,且由穿孔的芯板材料34平行导向,芯板材料34具有如前所述的以偏移、锯齿形挡板的方式的特征。铝面板32的边缘36确定了用于将组件隔离热源的有效区域的大体边界。
如图3所示,芯板34包括多个穿孔50,穿孔50通过冲压或其他适当的方式成型。用于成型穿孔的工具使镦锻材料产生上下交错的支腿52。支腿52依次连接于第一和第二面板32的内表面,如焊接,形成整体式总成。芯板34的刚性本质导致了硬性的皱状结构,第一和第二面板32平行的设置,彼此分离,空气能通过孔网间的空隙传导流通。等同的芯板34的结构包括多个不连续的部分以所述锯齿形挡板的方式与支腿52一起连接于第一和第二层面32的各自的内表面,用于维持整体的连续间隔。参考图4,显示了隔热板总成30安装于邻近将被防护的组件38的工作位置的一个实施例。热源40位于附近。由于现有技术中增加支架和夹子等结构具有一定的缺点,本发明中,替代安装结构,隔热板总成30带有整体式法兰42,其从芯板34伸展,并超过铝面材料32的边缘36。显然的,将被防护的组件38无需附加的固定螺钉以及铆定夹子和支架的特定匹配结构。法兰42优选的由非穿孔材料,例如芯板34的余料制成,也就是说,位于铝面32之间的部分设置穿孔,更有利于空气循环和更好的热传递。

而现有技术的隔热板总成不允许直接焊接,除非基材结构外面带有附加的结构,本发明的隔热板总成30克服了这个缺点。通过制造带有非穿孔带的芯板34(包括不锈钢材料),法兰42在超过铝面34的终端边缘36之外成型,以便能提供方便的焊接点44。
显然的,根据以上描述可以对本发明做各种改良和变换。因此,可以理解,在所附权利要求的范围内,除上述特定实施例外,本发明可以采用其他方式实施,而不限于上述说明书中所描述。
Claims (10)
1.一种车用多层隔热板总成,用于在热源与热敏元件之间形成热屏蔽,所述隔热板总成包括具有基本平行周缘的第一和第二金属面板;位于两面板之间直接与所述第一和第二面板相连接的金属芯板,所述芯板在第一和第二面板之间确定了大体一致的间隔,所述芯板包括多个从所述第一和第二面板的周缘以悬臂状伸出的整体式法兰,该整体式法兰构成了延伸的固定点,用于支撑相对于热源的所述总成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述芯板包括多个间隔布置的穿孔,而所述法兰部分没有穿孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述芯板包括邻近于每个穿孔成型的至少一个支腿,所述支腿固定安装于所述第一或第二面板中的一个的内表面上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述芯板包括一对邻近于每个穿孔的支腿,所述每对支腿以相反方向延伸,分别固定连接于所述第一或第二面板的内表面上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述第一和第二面板由铝片材制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述芯板由片状金属材料制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的隔热板总成,其特征在于,所述第一和第二面板在所述周缘界定的区域内连续地不间断地延伸。
8.一种车用多层隔热板总成,用于在热源与热敏元件之间形成热屏蔽,所述隔热板总成包括由片状铝材制成的具有基本平行周缘的第一和第二金属面板;以及位于两面板之间直接与所述第一和第二面板相连接的金属芯板,所述芯板在第一和第二面板之间确定了大体一致的间隔,所述芯板包括多个间隔布置的穿孔,和一对成型于邻近的每个穿孔的支腿,所述每对支腿以相反方向延伸,分别固定连接于所述第一或第二面板的内表面上,所述芯板还包括多个从所述第一和第二面板的周缘以悬臂状向外延伸的整体式法兰,所述法兰部分没有穿孔,该整体式法兰构成了延伸的固定点,用于支撑相对于热源的所述总成。
9.一种车用多层隔热板总成的制造方法,该隔热板用于在热源与热敏元件之间形成热屏蔽,所述方法包括如下步骤:
成型带有周缘的第一金属面板;
成型带有周缘的第二金属面板,与第一面板具有大体相同的尺寸和形状;
将金属片材成型为金属芯板;
在芯板上间隔一定的距离打孔;
将至少一个支腿从每个孔弯曲倾斜伸出所述芯板材料;
将每个支腿固定在第一和第二面板各自的内表面,使第一和第二面板以重叠的,大体上平行的方式设置,以便所述芯板在第一和第二面板之间确定大体一致的间隔;
在所述芯板整体式成型多个法兰,从所述第一和第二面板的周缘以悬臂状向外伸出,以使整体式法兰构成了延伸的固定点,用于支撑相对于热源的所述总成。
10.根据权利要求9所述的隔热板总成的制造方法,其特征在于,所述穿孔步骤中包括将所有的孔设置为远离法兰。
