Surface treatment agent for powder is selected from one or more of stearic acid, stearate, silane coupling agent;
Mineral filler is selected from one or more of talcum powder, lime carbonate, kaolin, white carbon black;
Stablizer is selected from one or more of benzophenone, Hinered phenols, phosphorous acid esters, hindered amines stablizer.
