The monitoring equipment comprises a plurality of cameras and video monitoring devices which are at least arranged in an access control area, a book self-help borrowing and returning equipment area and a book library area, and the video monitoring devices are connected with a library master control room and a master control computer of the access control equipment.
The book self-help borrowing and returning equipment is arranged in a library and comprises a main control computer with a display screen, a book self-help borrowing and returning equipment, and a bar code recognizer, an RFID recognizer and a magnetizing and demagnetizing instrument are connected with the main control computer. The book self-help borrowing and returning equipment performs automatic demagnetizing and book returning and automatic magnetizing operations on books during borrowing and returning and prevents multiple books from being used as one book for borrowing and returning.
In addition, library management system interface software is arranged in the two main control computers, and the software respectively receives information returned by the access control equipment, the book detection equipment, the monitoring equipment and the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment and carries out data input, adjustment and comparison on a reader information database. And can send out appointed instruction, control controllable gate, speaker, the work of video snapshot equipment.
And establishing a plurality of networked independent closed unattended libraries or self-service libraries. The readers in different self-service libraries can conveniently borrow and return books.
Claims (10)
1. A method for an unattended operation and an independent borrowing and returning of a book by a reader is characterized in that:
a self-service area is arranged, the self-service area contains books, book placing equipment, book self-service borrowing and returning equipment and monitoring equipment and is a self-service book borrowing and returning cabinet, in the self-service area, a reader can handle the book borrowing procedures of the books after returning, selecting and selecting by utilizing the equipment by virtue of effective reader certificates,
the self-service book borrowing and returning cabinet comprises the following use steps:
the reader firstly selects 'borrowing' or 'returning' on an operation prompt interface of the self-service borrowing and returning bookcase;
if the book borrowing is selected, the reader is prompted to place reader certificates according to the requirement;
reading reader certificate information in the self-service borrowing and returning bookcase, and checking the reader certificate information with the related information of the self-service borrowing and returning bookcase or a library service system database computer;
prompting a reader with book borrowing authority to select a book to be borrowed;
after the reader selects the books to be borrowed, the related equipment automatically performs book borrowing processing and pushes out the books through a book borrowing port to complete book borrowing, and a book borrowing list can be printed;
if the book return is selected, the book return is prompted to be placed into a book return port, and relevant equipment automatically performs book return processing, prints a book return list and performs book shelf returning;
or,
setting a self-service area, wherein the self-service area contains equipment for placing books and access control management
The device, the book detection device, the video monitoring device, the book self-help borrowing and returning device and the independent closed area of the library service computer form an unattended library or a self-help library;
the operation steps of self-help borrowing and returning books in the independent closed area are as follows:
(1) the access control management equipment of the independent closed area comprises a controllable door, and the controllable door is set to be in a locking state or an unlocking state by default under the normal condition. When the controllable door is set to be in a locked state by default, a reader needs to hold a reader certificate to verify on an access control identification device outside the controllable door, the access control identification device reads reader information, the reader information is transmitted to a library service computer through a master control computer of the access control management equipment, and when the reader is verified to be a valid reader, the controllable door is unlocked, and the reader can enter a self-service area; when the controllable door is set to be in an 'unlocked' state by default, a reader can directly enter a self-service area without any certificate;
(2) before the readers come to the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment, identity recognition is carried out on the own reader cards on the card identification device of the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment, the card identification device transmits the acquired information to the library service computer through a network, the information of the validity period, the book borrowing authority and the like of the reader cards is verified, and the verification result is fed back to the readers. The reader identifies that the reader is a valid reader and then performs book borrowing operation on the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment,
(2.1) if the book is returned, reading the identification (bar code or RFID chip) in the returned book by the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment, and performing corresponding book returning treatment; after the operation is finished, the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment displays relevant operation information and prints a book returning list;
(2.2) if the book is borrowed or the book is borrowed after the book is returned, identifying reader certificates on a certificate card identification device of the book self-service borrowing and returning equipment, prompting readers with book borrowing authority to put books to be borrowed on an appointed position by the book self-service borrowing and returning equipment, carrying out corresponding book borrowing processing on the book self-service borrowing and returning equipment, and displaying relevant operation information and printing a book borrowing list by the system after the operation is finished;
in the process, cameras of video monitoring equipment are used for monitoring, and the video monitoring equipment is connected with a library security center and a master control computer of access control management equipment;
(3) after the reader borrows and returns the book, the detection information of the detection door is written into the library service computer and checked through the main control computer of the entrance guard management equipment through the detection door of the book detection equipment,
(3.1) if the reader does not carry books or the carried books pass through normal book borrowing procedures, the control controllable door in the access control management equipment is in an unlocked state, and the reader can freely leave the library;
(3.2) if the books carried by the readers do not pass through the normal book borrowing procedure, the controllable door in the access control management equipment is in a locked state, the readers cannot walk out of the library, meanwhile, the video monitoring equipment starts snapshot and alarm, and the site situation can be seen by the security center of the library and corresponding processing is carried out.
2. The method of unattended and autonomous book borrowing and returning by readers according to claim 1, wherein: the self-service area can realize the functions of verifying the book borrowing authority of readers and monitoring the book borrowing and returning conditions, and the safety of books in the area is ensured.
3. The method of unattended and autonomous book borrowing and returning by readers according to claim 1, wherein: in the self-service area, 24-hour unattended uninterrupted book borrowing and returning service is provided.

The system for automated book borrowing and returning by an unattended reader according to claim 4, wherein: another class of systems described herein is an independent enclosure, wherein: the entrance guard management equipment comprises a controllable door, an information prompting device, an entrance guard identification device arranged outside the controllable door and a main control computer of the entrance guard management equipment, wherein the main control computer of the entrance guard management equipment is connected with the library service computer and is provided with interface modules of the entrance guard identification device and the library service computer; the book detection equipment comprises a detection door which is arranged on the inner side of the controllable door, and the book detection equipment is connected with a master control computer of the entrance guard management equipment.

The system for automated book borrowing and returning by an unattended reader according to claim 4, wherein: books in the self-service area are provided with book identifications, namely at least a magnetic strip and a bar code are added, or an RFID chip is added, and the book self-service borrowing and returning equipment is connected with a library service computer.
8. The system for automated book borrowing and returning by an unattended reader according to claim 4, wherein: the monitoring equipment is connected with the book self-help borrowing and returning equipment and the security monitoring center equipment.
9. The system for automated book borrowing and returning by an unattended reader according to claim 5, wherein: places for setting up an open unattended book borrowing and returning area, a self-service book area or a book self-service book borrowing and returning cabinet comprise supermarkets, various station waiting halls, living communities and enterprises.
