Abstract
本发明属于一种弹力发动机。为了解决能源短缺的问题,提供一种完全或局部利用自然力(太阳热力或地热)发动的机器,该发动机以记忆金属弹簧作为动力源头。本发明采用的技术方案是以任何能够造成记忆金属的金属材料,如镍钛合金,制成弹簧形状,通过加在其上的铁板或重物的下坠力使其压缩,并在压缩后加热使它回复原来形状,然后待它冷却后又被其上的重物使其压缩,周而复始,从而使其支杆不断移动来推动其它机器转动或移动。对记忆金属弹簧加热的方法可以通过玻璃制成的多面球体将阳光的热力传给它,也可以以燃料生火、电力生热或地下集热的方法传给它。本发明可以代替活塞或叶轮推动涡轮发电机发电,亦可以用于建筑业上,以更少的能源将重物从低处搬往高处。

本发明属于一种弹力发动机,特别是一种以记忆金属弹簧作动力的弹力发动机。
背景技术
长久以来,以燃料生火使空气膨胀继而放出空气的方法使活塞前后移动或使叶轮转动,从而推动涡轮发电机转动而发电。这种方法固然有效,但必须依赖可燃材料的供应才能达到目的。在全球能源短缺的情况下,再采用这种方法就必走入困境。
发明内容
为了避免依赖可燃材料的供应,本发明提供一种完全或局部利用自然力(太阳热力或地热)发动的弹力发动机,该发动机以记忆金属弹簧作为动力源头。本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:以任何能够造成记忆金属的金属材料,如镍钛合金,制成弹簧形状,通过加在其上的铁板或重物的下坠力使其压缩,并在压缩后加热使它回复原来形状,然后待它冷却后又被其上的重物使其压缩,周而复始,从而使其支杆不断移动来推动其它机器转动或移动。对记忆金属弹簧加热的方法有几种:一、以玻璃制成多面的球体,从不同角度收集阳光并将热力通过铁枝传给它;二、以燃料生火并将热力通过铁枝传给它;三、以电力产生热力并通过铁枝传给它;四、将从地下收集得来的热力通过铁枝传给它;五、以其它任何形式产生的热力通过铁枝传给它。发动机外壳是散热箱,当弹簧回复原状推动铁板或重物上升时,同时拖高散热箱的四边及封盖使散热箱闭合,当弹簧被铁板或重物下压时,同时拖下散热箱的四边及封盖使散热箱敞开;散热箱可以贴上以非晶硅增强纤维及高温陶瓷涂层造成的防热瓦或任何其它材料,来加强隔热或散热的能力。本发明的有益效果是:可以因应不同地域或不同时间的情况独立或混合使用自然力(太阳热力或地力)及可燃材料来发电;若用于建筑上,如将重物由低处搬往高处,则可以以更少的能源造成同样的效果。

图中1.记忆金属弹簧,2.铁板,3.用玻璃制成的多面球体,4.连接记忆金属弹簧与玻璃球的铁枝,5.铁脚肢,6.长木棒,7.散热箱体,8.叶帘,9.盒盖,10.加热器,11.喷火嘴或传热筒,12.计时器,13.计时器开关制,14.计时器推动杆,15.加热器开关制,16.连接铁板与盒体的支杆。
具体实施方式
图1中,在记忆金属弹簧(1)上方加上铁板(2),利用地心吸力使其压缩,同时也在其上方以铁枝(4)连接用玻璃制成的多面球体(3),让阳光的热力通过玻璃球(3)聚焦在铁枝(4)上并传热至记忆金属弹簧(1)使其回复原状。记忆金属弹簧(1)下方连有铁脚肢(5),可以以其它加热方式使其回复原状。铁板(2)中央加有长木棒(6),一则作为前后推动其它机器转动或移动的支杆,二则用于按动计时器(13)。
图2中,散热箱体(7)四边为叶帘(8),作用是当箱体(7)上升并封盖后阻挡阳光的照射,其间有空隙让箱内的热气散发。散热箱体(7)上方是三角形盒盖(9),当记忆金属弹簧(1)被其上方的铁板(2)压缩时,盒盖(9)处于低位并成垂直10至20度之间;当记忆金属弹簧(1)授热回复原状并拖高箱体(7)时,盒盖(9)处于高位并完全闭合成垂直40至50度之间,与此同时,盒内热气开始散发。叶帘(8)及盒盖(9)表面可以贴上以非晶硅增强纤维及高温陶瓷涂层造成的防热瓦或任何其它材料,来加强隔热或散热的能力。
图3中,加热器(10)可以是燃料箱,可以是电力炉,也可以是地热存贮器。在其上设有几枝喷火嘴或传热筒(11),刚好与铁脚肢(5)紧套。加热器(10)中央是其开关制(15),加热器开关制(15)上方为计时器(12)。当记忆金属弹簧(1)被其上方的铁板(2)压缩时,长木棒(6)便压着计时器开关制(13)使计时器(12)开始计时;当记忆金属弹簧(1)授热回复原状同时拖高长木棒(6)时,长木棒(6)离开计时器开关制(13)使计时器(12)停止计时。当计时器(12)开始计时并达到预定时间时,.计时器推动杆(14)便下压加热器开关制(15)使加热器(10)通过喷火嘴或传热筒(11)使铁脚肢(5)授热。
图4中,连接铁板与盒体的支杆(16)的作用是当铁板(2)上下移动时同时带着散热箱体(7)同步上下移动。
Claims (7)
1.一种弹力发动机,以其支杆(6)前后移动来推动其它机器转动或移动;其特征是:以任何能够造成记忆金属的金属材料,如镍钛合金,制成弹簧形状(1),通过加在其上的铁板(2)或重物的下坠力使其压缩,并在压缩后加热使它回复原来形状,然后待它冷却后又被其上的重物压缩,周而复始,从而使其支杆不断移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:以玻璃制成多面的球体(3),从不同角度收集阳光,将其热力传至记忆金属弹簧使它回复原来形状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:以燃料生火并将热力传至记忆金属弹簧(1)使它回复原来形状。
4.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:以电力产生热力并传至记忆金属弹簧(1)使它回复原来形状。
5.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:将从地下收集得来的热力传至记忆金属弹簧(1)使它回复原来形状。
6.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:可以以任何形式产生的热力传至记忆金属弹簧(1)使它回复原来形状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的弹力发动机,其特征是:其外加上散热箱(7),当弹簧(1)回复原状推动铁板(2)或重物上升时,同时拖高散热箱(7)的四边及封盖使透气箱闭合,当弹簧(1)被铁板(2)或重物下压时,同时拖下散热箱(7)的四边及封盖使散热箱(7)敞开;散热箱(7)可以贴上以非晶硅增强纤维及高温陶瓷涂层造成的防热瓦或任何具有强力隔热或散热能力的材料,来加强散热速度。
